They messed up my dad’s appointment and we drove 45 mins and even after arriving before time the receptionist clearly refused us and assumes we cannot complete paperwork in time. She told is to book next appointment. It was wasted for 2 hours doing up and down for this appointment. Dr gave all right to the receptionist to spoil her clients / patients
I have experienced a lot of unrelated problems with both of my ears. I have experienced everything from negligence to excellent care. Dr. Bennett has provided the best care that I have ever received. She has an extraordinary level of knowledge and empathy. After other doctors failed, Dr. Bennett gave appropriate diagnosis and treatment, and put me in touch with other specialists for comprehensive care. I am very grateful for Dr. Bennett.
My doctor referred me here and the minute the provided walked in she was rude and inconsiderate. She prescribed me medication on a Friday, I told the front receptionist my pharmacy. It is now a week later and I called three days in a row. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and told them my pharmacy again and again. Still no medication
While my doctor and the back office assistants are great, the practice can only be as great as the back office and the administrative support on whom the physicians depend to free them to see the patients.It has been my experience within the past 2 months that the admin staff here don’t return phone calls; they aren’t very customer friendly when you call to make an appointment; and they don’t give concise check in instructions. Ohhhh don’t even think about being a few minutes late (by no fault of your own)- even though you call the main number to notify them, you’re placed on a long hold where no one answers so you arrive still on hold. When you check in, the front desk drills you as to why the tardy arrival and proceeds to ask you if you called to notify them that you will be late….if you or the main appointment line would pick up the phone, you would have known!!!So then it gets better, the front desk reminds you that you have a bill that you should have received for a co-pay balance due from a prior visit- but the bill was just generated one day prior. Then there’s the 1 hour wait. I didn’t expect to be called right away but waiting 64 minutes must be the front desk punishment.Maybe it’s all just post Covid growing pains.
This place is fast. I showed up for my appt. Fill out my paper work. Turned it in. Then was called in 10 min later. When I arrived, there was about 4 people ahead of me.Dr. Dong is awesome! He is so friendly and really helped me with all my concerns. I was there for a NASAL ENDOSCOPY. Felt nothing. The numbing nose spray worked in 5 seconds after application. I was so scared and nervous before this procedure too. I have a low pain tolerance. And I was terrified it could be uncomfortable or painful. But nope. I felt nothing. I stayed numb for another hour after the appt... so I didn’t eat until after as it numbs your swallowing muscles too. My bill with PPO insurance was lower than expected. $80. I was expecting $125 or more. So that’s nice for me as I’m currently only working part time.I did notice that it’s first come first served type of place and the appointment they give you is to help spread visitors apart to help it run smoother. So be mindful of that. I noticed one women wasn’t in the office to hear her name called so she had to wait again.
Very poor experience..Our appointment is scheduled for 10:50 am and we reached there at 10:40 am then also the attendant bluntly told us that we are late and Doctor cannot see us today..we came from Tracy and this is the response..We were before scheduled time and still they didn’t pay any attention and more concerned towards cancelling the appointment..She even told us Doctor does not want us to see us today..if they are not ready to accommodate patients then they should not schedule appointments..I will strong recommend pls refrain from this hospital..it is waste of time..
Very bad staffing.bad manegment.the girls at front desk gives you behaviour like nightclub bouncer .shouting is normal from the staff . Brought the situation to manager instead of listing she laughed at me because i was writing a review . and yes she tried to escape to blamed the corona .🤦good doctors with bad staffing
I had the worst experience today! We drove for one hour to get here and when we arrived staff told me they were going to deny me service if I had nowhere else to leave my baby, I dont need to explain that I have no one here but the super rude receptionist still asked if I really had no one, my son is 20 months old and it was so hurtful to know a place wont offer service if I dont leave my baby taken care of... All of this was mentioned in the worst manners, I shouldve read these reviews before, as other people mention, customer service here is THE WORST! And ladies in front desk shouldnt have a work here if they dont like attending people.
Great experience here. Specifically with Dr. Susan Cordes and her assistant Maria. I had a tonsillectomy about a week ago and they both were so helpful in making the process as informative as possible. I’d highly recommend this place & Dr Cordes!
They are unprofessional and wasted our time.
Arrived at 8:50am for 9:30am (was instructed to arrive 30 minutes early even though I have been there twice before) appointment.At 10:345am asked about how much longer. Response from receptionist was rude and sharp and uncalled for. Finally after 11:30am I was seen by doctor. Two hours after my scheduled appointment time.
Dr Cordes is great the office staff are GHETTO AND RUDE
My first appointment was with Dr. Nguyen, i had my testing done by a gentleman who was very friendly and professional, the lady at the front window was nice she signed me in quickly. The Dr. was fantastic, she was well spoken, friendly, through, and made sure i understood everything that was happening to me. She listened to what i said, and that is saying a lot. When i called for my second appointment the receptionist answered within 3 rings and had my appointment set up fast. I had a great 1st impression. All this and i had my 4 yr old nephew with me.
I’ve seen Dr. Josefine Nguyen twice now, and I am extremely happy with her care. Both nurses I’ve been checked in by have been very kind. The most recent nurse (6/3) was very personable. Dr. Nguyen is honestly making a crummy situation a lot easier to deal with. I am pretty grateful for that.
This place is very unorganized,They spent 2 weeks and couldn’t even give me a set price on surgery, I’m a cash paying patient and I’m not going to go into surgery not knowing the price, in the end the lady was extremely rude told me to call the place myself and figure out the price, that’s real professional, they called me repeatedly just to tell me they don’t know, beware people very disorganized, hopefully I can find a doctor who is passionate about helping others.
I was referred by my doctor. He asked me to call them directly, if I did not hear from them within three days. After more than a week I called them, leaving a message. The VM states a phone call will be returned within 24 hours. It was not. The next one wasnt either. The one after that has remained unanswered.I have been to this location before, and its unfortunate things have not improved. The (primarily) women who answer the phones, and those that register patients, are some of the most hostile people you will ever encounter. Its almost like that was a (lack of) personality trait Sacramento EN&T was looking for, in the first point of contact the public has.Look, I get it. I staff people for a living. I deal with, sometimes, hundreds of people a day. Some of you are pretty annoying, BUT I also get that every one of you is coming to me in need. Much like the potential patients calling in for an appointment and dealing with women who have issues they are unloading on us.Get it together, SAC EN&T. Fire them all. I will help you find better employees, because this is ridiculous.
Sent here by referral for my son for a pointless hearing test by his pediatrician. Our appt was at 1pm and we were told to arrive 30 mins early. We arrived at 1220am, signed in, and were not called to do paperwork for another 30 mins. After paperwork was done, we had to sit for another 15 mins. A blonde woman called us outside and we went to go do his hearing test. The hearing test room was incredibly small. And inside the room is a smaller room, where the child and parent sit inside to see and hear sound.In the beginning of the test, the blonde woman attempts to put a rubber ear plug device into my sons ear but of course my son freaks out. He is terribly scared (traumatized) of doctors. He used to have seizures and we had multiple visits to ER.As the woman tries to test his ears, my son fights and swats the things out of his ears. We tried to hold him down the best we could, and even tried to comfort him, the blonde woman showed some frustration. She told me to play something on my phone so he can watch or to do something that can calm him down. He had to be quiet for at least a minute. As a mom, I was already getting frustrated with her! My husband and I know how our son is.Then another woman, this time in scrubs, comes in and hands a light up toy to me to help him. Im trying the best can and she goes and says, Can you guys try to be more enthusiastic? What did you just say to us? Are you kidding me?The ladies now wanted to try the sound room. In the sound room, my husband and son went inside and did the sound test. I stood by and watched. As Im watching, the blonde woman turns to me and says, Mom, can you move over there so hes not distracted? He keeps looking at you and its messing up the test And I said, I think hes looking at you. The nurse was also tapping on the window which made him look at the glass and made him look in our direction. He was not even looking at me and even my husband said he wasnt looking for me. The blonde says I just dont want him to look this way and get distracted, you can still watch. And I said, Its fine. I was already annoyed, I really wanted to slap both of the ladies, mainly the blonde one for watch she said to me. After that test was done, we tried the rubber ear plug test again and he passed on one ear but not the other because he screamed and fidgeted. He was scared. For some reason, the ladies just wouldnt give up on the test!We left angrily and were told to sit in the waiting room again. It was already 130pm. I asked the receptionist how long it would take and she said we should be called in shortly. At 150pm we were called in and sat in the doctors office for another 20 mins. Ugh the frustration! When the doctor comes in he says it looks like your child hears fine but he didnt pass on one ear. And we said yeah because he was fighting the whole time. Hes traumatized! And the doctor says, it could be because of that as well. Like what?Pretty much our son hears fine but our pediatrician made us still come here to get paper proof that he can hear. My son is nonverbal and has autism spectrum disorder and I think those ladies need to be more understanding. Telling us to be more enthusiastic with our son when we know our son hates anyone that is in medical. And he cant speak. How could we possibly calm him down? Singing songs and trying to make my son laugh and giggly when hes clearly traumatized is not going to freaking work! We just dont want to return to this office. I didnt appreciate what those two ladies said to us and to myself. We will try to never return to this office.If anyone else has a child who is traumatized by doctors or nurses, I would recommended trying another place. Try a place that is more child and parent friendly. This place was NOT it. Plus the wait times, going back and forth from rooms is inconvenient.
This office has some very unprofessional, uneducated, ghetto girls working as receptionist. They are very rude and have ZERO phone skills. Please can you train your staff to at least act professional on the phone or assist them in correct phone etiquette. Also, it would be greatly appreciated by all your clients in Stockton if you upgraded your faxing system because it seems that is a constant issue when calling to schedule an appointment.
MUST ARRIVE 30 minutes early or risk your appointment being given away. My 10:30 appointment started at 11:40 then the room waiting,they had wrong mri, but didn’t know ahead of time. So no appointment happened.Total time spent 2+hrs
The doctor I see is good but the receptionists never answer the phone. I had to drive to there facility because I couldn’t get a hold of them to get the exact date and time of my appointment. When I got there the receptionists told me I had to wait even though I told them I had to drive there since I couldn’t get a hold of them on the phone.

So far bad experience took my mother-in-law had her test for hearing was told would get a call back for her appointment in 3 weeks if i dont i should call the office. Been waiting 3 weeks later i call and i got transferred to 4-5 places last place said to leave a message and they will get back in 1 day time now its past over a week and never got a call back. I just went to the office to ask and had to wait 15-20 still nothing i left leaving my number again for an update waited an hour and no call back on what happened. I would have stayed but it took me 35 mins to get there and had to rush back to Lodi to pickup my kids so couldnt stay long to find out what happened as to why no update on her next appointment very very disappointed.Other then that the staff on first day were very respectful
Today I took my children for a their hearing test. Thanks to SAC ENT communication was efficient. I’ve never experienced a signing audiologists!!!😊 Thank you!
Thats to many stars. I went in today thinking my appointment was at 10:am I was told to be there by 9:30 I was there by 9:20 got right in on hearing test was done in 15 mins THEN I had to wait until just after 11 am to be seen by a female that just was VERY argumentative. Needlessly I WILL be finding a new Dr.
Wasted my time going here for then to cancel my appointment and surgery with less than 24 hours notice. Suggest you don’t waste your time going here either.
If I could I would give no stars....my son has super sensitive ears and cant talk at a normal level because it hurts... He was referred here by his doctor, to the audiologist. She was pregnant & looked like she was just out of high school.... She was suppose to be a specialist...... I have never been to a specialist that tells you I dont know what to tell you..... Really! you dont know what to tell me. What is my son suppose to do about his ears? Arent you suppose to know? You are a SPECIALISTagent you!!! This office is a joke! I would not recommend you go here for anything! Look in another town for assistance. Being as this, Sutter Gould and Kaiser are the only places to see an ENT
Good doctor but he was so backed up i saw him for like 5 minutes after i waited over an hour and a half to see him! Me and my mom were yelling at him to keep him in the room so we could properly finish the appointment
My daughter was at Dr Lowe yesterday 3/8/2018 and they have not sent her medical prescription yet to the pharmacy. I ve been trying to contact them by phone to solve it and operator passes me to a message recorder machine. Incredible!!
I was seen back in 2017 and the doctor was really rude not didnt explain enough information good enough to us. This is how I felt. He could of explain more info and our options on what we can do to help my son. Dont know if doctor was just having a bad day or what. But doctor also said someone would be calling me in 6 months to come back and I never recieved a call back. I did try to call the office but was told that if doctor said someone would call me back then I need to wait for that call back for an appointment. Still 2019 still no call back.
This rating is based on just the phone contact like all the other comments posted here. Mu doctor had to resend a referral 3 times since 3/4/19 to 4/1/19 i called them three times left VM and finally they returned my call with VM on 4/8/19 i called back the same day and left them a VM,them i called back 4/9/19 and they had no record on the VMs,finally made the appointment for 4/24/19...so tuned
I called around 2:30 asking to set up a fallow up and they told me if it’s not a emergency to call back tomorrow. Poor Customer service 100%👎
They never pick up the phone. I’ve called multiple times through the span of about 3-4 days (leaving voicemails as well) and I have yet to receive a call back.
Have been waiting for an hour and 8 minutes. Why even bother to make an appointment? Seriously? This is not acceptable in any business. Imagine making an appointment to view a home with your realtor, then waiting an hour for them to show up. Sacramento Ear Nose & Throat, get your act together.
Don’t recommend. They were supposed to schedule my dad for surgery it’s been 3 months and nothing. Each time I try to reach the doctors medical assistant she never answers.
