I really appreciate how patient everyone in the office is with my mom. I know that she can be incredibly difficult. It is very impressive how patient and caring everyone is with her. I dont even have that much patience, and she is my mom!

All of the friendly staff made my challenged granddaughter feel welcome and normal, for which I am grateful. Tony showed us charts and educated us in terms we could understand. He even made us multiple copies to bring home, so that we could visually see how hearing enhancement works. We received exceptional service and had a very good experience.

Great service and products. Bought my second hearing aid here after not being satisfied with the 1st one from another business. These people really take care of you and treat you with the greatest respect. There product is 100% better than the others.

It is amazing that they offer free batteries and free cleaning for life! I have put off wearing aids for 50 years and now I dont miss anything. My family loves that I can now hear, too! I am used to having all kinds of tests like typanogram but regardless the test was very accurate, easy, and Tony’s chart for me was the same as all the others. He is very good.

I went to my appointment on a promotion deal they were offering expecting just another office appointment being treated like a number. It was nothing like that at all. The staff are warm and friendly and i felt like family right away. This is how i expect to be treated especially if in spending my hard earned money. No long waiting lines. Tony even offered me coffee. Tony and Lizzie talked to me like theyve known me for years. And I felt very comfortable and confident talking with Ashley. He took his time with me and explained the different options. My hearing aids fit nicely and i can hear everything! I have a 3 year warranty and batteries and servicing for free for 3 years. What an amazing office. Oh yeah, dont let me forget Lilly. She came out to greet me and waited with me so i wasnt alone.

Wow, wow, wow! I am so happy that I decided to go to this office. The staff and hearing aids are so great! The hearing aids have made all of the difference in the world for me and the rest of my family (especially at family events). The Love Lizzie! She and the rest of the staff make me feel that I am a family member. They all care and are real with me.

I am very pleased with this location. They treat me so well! They are very patient while answering all of my questions. They are very knowledgeable and not pushy. I felt like they just educated me and then I made the decision that was right for me. No pressure at all. I love that I get free cleanings and batteries for 3 years.

My daughter needs hearing aids the doctor referred us to this place Stockton hearing and speech and is the best decision! They have friendly staff and always in a very good mood they treat you very good! Definitely recommend this place to everyone! I came in for the last warranty check for my hearing aids. Elizabeth gave me a hearing test and my hearing aids were sent back to the manufacturer for inspection. I was given a loaner set that she tuned to my current hearing test. This business is locally owned, very professional, and very prompt and friendly. I rate them excellent.

I tried two other places prior to going here. I should have started with this office. They were happy to help me (even after they found out what insurance I have). They were friendly, answered all of my questions and booked an appointment for me. The atmosphere made me feel very comfortable right away. They made me feel like family.

Stockton Hearing & Speech has been go to for my sons hearing needs since 2016. Its always been a nice and clean friendly atmosphere, Ashley and Clarissa were very nice. Recently new owners have taken Over and they are also wonderful, they also have children with special needs and I feel like they take their job personal and seriously. Which is an important value in the medical field, they go above and beyond to accommodate their patients and I think thats really nice. As a mom with a child that has hearing loss it makes me feel good knowing my son has such great staff working to make sure his hearing is where it should be.And they have the cutest golden retriever walking around the clinic my kids get a kick out of her, She Makes the office feel very friendly and inviting.Thank you Stockton hearing speech!

I am so glad that I went to this practice. They took the time to make sure that I understood everything that was happening, step by step! I tried on a set of trial hearing aids fir free. I had them for a week and I did not have to give them money or my credit card . They just trusted me. I worn them for 1 week and came back. I knew after trying them that they were perfect for me! The professionals at Stockton Hearing and Speech Center are friendly, welcoming, accommodating, people of integrity, and above all knowledgeable.I responded to a mailer from them for an Oticon hearing aid promotion for me and my wife. I have worn hearing aids since 2003, and was on my third pair. I was not particularly interested in a new pair of hearing aids, but was interested in what was currently available in 2019. My wife has been reluctant to try hearing aids.The office is in the Brookside area of Stockton and the office is nicely appointed. Tony Perkins, the owner, and his wife, Elizabeth, tend the business side; Ashley Barnett is the Audiologist.My wife and I were examined with a hearing evaluation and fitted with demo pairs of hearing aids. Ashley Barnett is patient and made every effort to make the hearing aids work for us. Although we did not get the Oticons, my wife and I each purchased a pair of Starkey Hearing Aids from the Stockton Hearing Hearing and Speech Center. For us the Starkeys were the right choice. And, it was a no brainer for us to continue with the Perkins and Ashley Barnett. Their service and attention to detail leaves nothing to be desired. We are pleased to be patients of the Stockton Hearing and Speech Center and believe that you will be, too.
