University of the Pacific Hearing and Balance Center has been there for me since 2006 and through Covid-19. They provide quality care, service from highly qualified doctors. Their hearing devices are wide range and the best. I highly recommend UOP Hearing and Balance Center.

Appointment time was 1 p.m. and Miss Awad was punctual, pleasant and efficient. I had a complete hearing test and results were shared with me immediately.. Miss Awad explained everything to my satisfaction..

My experience was an audiologic evaluation followed by fitting hearing aids. I cannot imagine how it might have been better. The investigation of my needs and desires was exhaustive. Extremely happy with my experience at Pacific Hearing and Balance Center! Ms. Lye took me through a thorough questionnaire over the phone prior to my visit. Dr. Amornpongchai was also terrific; she assessed the pressure in my ear drums, and conducted a very detailed assessment of my hearing acuity, describing the tests and results in a manner that I could understand.Both were very encouraging and professional. I will definitely revisit the Hearing and Balance Center to chart my hearing as I age, and to assist in optimizing my hearing. I have a family history of Hearing deficits and dementia (which are linked), and want to do all I can to prevent or minimize my risk for hearing loss and dementia.

Besides being very polite, curious, friendly and clean facility, Gail the Audiologist explained very thorough about the hearing aids, the cleaning procedures, storage when not wearing hearing aids, etc.I definitely would recommend anyone that is thinking about hearing aids to give them some thought.

Dr. Gail is not just very patient listening to her patients many questions, but, she is also very knowledgeable in answering to her patients questions clearly. The Department Secretary, Lily, is also an excellent help to us. This was a first-rate experience, with caring, knowledgeable people and good follow-up service. The only thing I can think of that might need improvement is more explicit instructions about how to place the devices in my ears! Sometimes I still have trouble doing that. Unbelieveable!

I got my first hearing aid from them about three years ago. From the first visit to todays check up, everyone there has been professional, polite, competent, and caring. There could not be a better place to go for audiology help. The office on the beautiful UOP college campus is refreshing. The professional assistance (Ive been helped from the outset by Dr. Gail) could not be better. And with Lily running things, everything is shipshape.

I love UOP; but, I left 3 messages for the office to call me back to make an appointment. I have yet to hear anything back. It makes me very sad. I called another place and they called me right back.
