So disappointed in the owner of this company. I’ve brought my vehicles here for 6 years and have never had an issue. Brought one in due to rear passenger brake grinding causing grooves in rotor. Owner became very snarky telling me there was no issue, and that I could come into the shop and show him since I obviously knew more than him. As we were walking into the shop I told him I didn’t appreciate his smart comment. He became more sarcastic at which point I told him to take my car to the front and I’ll bring my business elsewhere. He insisted that he hadn’t said anything wrong to which point I became highly upset. I had a few choice words with him to when he finally made it seem like it was his decision to no longer work on my car. He said I was the type of customer he never wants to see again. After 6 years, will gladly say I’ll never bring my business back here.

Took my car to get aligned and brought it in around 7:30 didn’t get done till almost 2:00. Anyways came to get my car and the steering wheel wasn’t even straight when I was driving. Wouldn’t recommended.

Automotive Service Center is the only place we will take any of our vehicles. They are always honest and reasonably priced for services. We never have to worry about being overcharged or having unnecessary work completed.

Best place in town to get your car worked on

We were so pleased with the service, attention to detail, and exceptional communication! They were so easy to work with!

Had a 11 am appt 130 pm still not in the shop they took another vehicle first that didnt have an appointment and then left for lunch. Bad communication. Ended up taking vehicle somewhere else with time management skills and communication.

I’ve generally been happy with the service revived here. Although, today I took my vehicle in and specifically asked them to call me first to let me know what was wrong before making the repairs. They said ok and that they’d do so. I didn’t receive a phone call and went back later to my car being finished. They never bothered to call me before fixing. I was disappointed

They excel at identifying and fixing any automotive problem I bring to them. They are extremely efficient in getting it done in a timely manner too. Small town business owners is what makes them even better in my eyes. They are my #1 go to for any automotive issues and tires.

Bad service, I would never ever ever go back there again. Just to remove the lug nuts they charged over $100 they tryna riped me off a lot of time, that’s the reason why I went to automotive school for 2 years now I know what I am doing, and they don’t
