Very good experience! Worker was very kind and dropped what she was doing to help me. The store looked very clean and organized, people like her should be paid more!

Bad experience ! have to say the lady with grey hair... she is rude and just plain nasty . Bad customer service . The manager bobby didnt even say anything about her bad behavior and poor customer service. Having work in customer service myself, It was really disappointing !But let me say i never had a problem most of the time nick is the person working and he is a great employee always ready to help!

I didnt like the customer service my husband received. I dont appreciate the change being thrown back at him. Maybe circle k needs to take a page from Starbucks and offer sensitivity training on race, judging from the other reviews we werent the first people treated this way. I called your customer service line and I expect something to be done. Your a huge franchise and every employee of yours should reflect your values and if they cant maybe they shouldnt have a customer service position.

Circle K. I bought gas. I did go inside to look around a bit - seems clean enough. Not a bad place, although seemed pretty deserted. Clerk did amble out after Id been there a minute or two. Definite impression is that people stop, buy gasoline and then leave .... Quickly. Shrug. I spent a few extra minutes. Makes me wonder how fresh food is, but I didnt try anything.

There is a lady who works at this circle k that is very very rude to me EVERY TIME I go in. I live down the street so I go to this circle k often. Ive even tried being so nice to her but she was still just hateful. She is an older lady with gray hair

The woman working named Diana inside refused to sell me tobacco products because I walked in with my sister. Diana said that we both needed government issued ID to prove we where both over 18 & she said that it was Cricle K policy. This is not true, after speaking with a representative from corporate Circle K, I was able to confirm that this is not cricle K policy. I believe Diana treated me this way because I am a person of color. I am very disappointed in the service provided by Diana, I have previously only had postive experiences at this circle K before. I have filled a complaint with corporate, and I am hoping to get to the bottom of why I was treated so poorly.

Purchased manager special Met-Rx protein bar. Which was price laced at 1.45. Cashier charged 2.89. Despite pointing out discrepancy in price. All retailers know it the law to charge the label price on an item..even if it isnt correct.

Came in for headphones. All they had was handsfree with microphone none with headphones only

I stopped this morning and put gas and I go inside and take a coffee with the new coffee makers and somebody in the store change the hazelnut for an another ugly coffee I was horrible

The car wash in the back of the store should be an embarrassing joke to Circle K. It is expensive, and does not clean a car! Because of this car wash, I dont bother ever using the store
