So extremely disappointing. I was very excited to have a Dodge dealership in the area as an avid Dodge consumer, and currently own 5 Mopar/FCA vehicles. I recently had one of my cars broken into and needed to have the smaller back glass replaced. I stopped by to order the piece of glass and look at inventory as Im in the market for a new truck. After walking around the lot and finding a couple of models that piqued my interest, I found a sales rep and told him which ones I was interested and asked for a trade in value for my car. While walking to the vehicles I ask about current rebates and offers; to which he replies that he doesnt know about any of that and the sales people arent allowed to discuss pricing. STRIKE ONE.After having to go speak with the manager He comes back with a credit application. I ask what that is for, to which he replies We cant give you prices on the vehicles until we do a credit checkWrong. STRIKE TWO.After Inform him that he most certainly DOESNT need to run a credit check to give me pricing information, he again goes to speak to the manager. He returns a short time later with a Four Square sheet I again ask, what that is for. He says so that we can determine what amount a month Im comfortable paying. Wrong. STRIKE THREE. Im out. I ask for my title and leave.Ive since been quoted exactly what Im looking for through another dealer and am looking forward to what has so far been a much more pleasant transaction.Back to the Window....So after the part arrives (after a week) I go back in to schedule an appointment to get the glass replaced and an oil change.I arrive on time and discuss everything with the service manager. I had already removed the door panel and old glass/gasket and wanted to avoid the liability of breaking the new piece on installation, and I figured with the oil change and a few minutes to button that up; it would be a win win. WRONG. He informs me that it will be $340.00 to install plus $90 for the oil change. I show him the minimal amount of work to be performed and he (Max) insists that the entire door has to be taken apart and that his estimate is correct on the book time. I head to the parts department, pick up my piece of glass and head to work. with 3 tools and 20 minutes of time, Ive installed the glass and the car is back together in full working order. So needless to say, this dealership has lost a dedicated brand enthusiast and I fear that with their current predatory practices, they probably wont last long. How incredibly disappointing.
If you wanna save money pls dont go here. I wanna give zero stars not even one. Ridiculous explanation of the services. They dont even what and why they are charging for parts and services.
The team was awesome to help me to exchange my Nissan XTerra to a brand new Grand Cherokee Trailhawk 4X4. Eamon Farakesh, Markus Hasanzadas and Roberto Pineda form a great team. They gave me a great evaluation on my used XTerra and were opened to help me to find the right car with the right features for my need. They were also very helpful during the negotiation process and offered all the options I needed to close the deal. Super Happy with the warm and passionate service provided. I hate selling and buying cars but this experience was really great! Thank you Sunnyvale CDJR and Team!
