Ive been here in the past before to Study for my Boards Exam. The music was popping at the the time--2 years later, it still is.Things you should know:I. LOCATIONOn Yelp, Caffè Bean shows up as the NY inspired Cafè Bene. I dont know if theyll ever correct it. Theres signage inside that still says Cafè Bene in a couple areas so Im unsure what the official name is. Parking is easy: you just park out front in the private parking lot. Free & no stress.II. SERVICENo complaintsIII. QUALITYStandard. Ive only gotten the coffee here.IV. CAPACITYpre-COVID, this business was bustling. But now, for a Friday morning, Caffè Bean is relatively bare. Hopefully business increases at the typical 3pm mark.

I came on Fri, Sep 3 at 12pm and the cashier lady was an older woman and she seemed annoyed when I ordered an espresso with ice on the side. She wasnt polite and silently walked away after I paid.Her coworker who stood there with my order just silently took my beeper machine and turned away wordlessly lol.Ummmmm..awkward?Update: Im waiting by the door for a friend and the same Cashier lady walked towards me and looked at me up and down. Im officially uncomfortable here.

Such an amazing place to get some breakfast or brunch and amazing drinks to go with it. My husband and I went here for our 5 year anniversary, its such a cute and chill place to talk. We had 2 waffles: a strawberry and a strawberry banana. My husband says its the best waffle he has ever tasted, and I agree. The whipped cream is home made, i can tell by the light weight and fresh taste. So many strawberries also, i love that they dont cheap out on fruits. I had a latte and my husband got a mango passion fruit smoothie which was so tasty and im not even the biggest fan of mango. Definitely come here!

Never really had a good experience with this cafe anytime I went. Might be good for those planning to stay for studying all day, but no menu is that excellent. The custom service really depends which employee you meet. Some might be friendly but that doesnt promise you professionalism. Eventhough I live near by, never thought if visiting with other cafe options available.

The coffee is good, but staff were not too friendly. Also there is no milk or simple syrup available, so you have to use sugar packets and half and half.

Best coffee ☕ I had in years! Had a cafe latte and you could taste the freshness and flavor of the coffee. Off the beaten path, but if youre in the Suwanee area its worth a trip. Vety nice establishment!

The cashier put the incorrect toppings and didnt want to fix it. When she somewhat fixed it she said they dont usually fix things. Really? Customers service is trash!

I had a good impression and experience in my first visit to this place. Its very casual, relax environment and super clean. I dont know much about their menu, but my mocha frappe was certainly good. We also had the the strawberry snowflake parfait and it was delicious; the down side is that it is BIG. I wish the portions where small like for 1 person so we could order the mango flavor too, but it was too big that we had to decide between strawberry and mango.Maybe take this is consideration! Please make the snowflake parfait portions for single person so we can try different flavors.

This is a great place to go to study. The atmosphere is nice. Its quiet and a little dark and they play music. The coffee was really good, and the gelato was good as well. Ill have to try something different next time, but I got the mocha and it was in a very big coffee mug. Very good. 👌🏽 The baristas were friendly. Seating was comfortable and lots of room for a lot of people to sit. Well definitely be back.

The people working here was very kind & respectful. I have been exploring different local coffeeshops and support here in Gwinnett. It is a very comforting place for me to sit and I love that its the first coffeeshop Ive been to that close the latest at 11PM.

Finally found some amazing lattes in this area. The desserts (cakes) weren’t fresh or tasty, but the coffee was absolutely perfect! We’ll definitely be back!Thank you for such a great service too!

We were trying to get the bingsoo to go-ed. We called ahead to order but we were met with unfriendly customer service from the person who answered the phone. She told us that they stopped taking togo orders and we asked if that was a new change since we did have bingsoo to go a couple months ago. She told us that its been a couple of months that they stopped taking togo without any further explanation. The other time when we got bingsoo from them, the ice cream flavor was changed from vanilla to coffee without telling us. We could not eat the ice cream because we are sensitive to caffeine. We called to ask them, and again we were dealt with unfriendliness.We used to love their bingsoo, but I hope there will be some improvements in customer service so that many people would go back again!!

This is my first time here and I can say that I will definitely come again! The place is super clean. The atmosphere is very vivid and the decor makes this place one of a kind! The staff is great. We did not know what to order and they helped us figure out what to order. I loved the honesty, we were ordering a Strawberry Snowflake Parfait, one for each, but then I asked the cashier for the size of the parfait, he mentioned it was pretty big and that one was enough for both. He was definitely right. If he had not mentioned this, we would have been upset because we wouldve not been able to each one each. So happy to have been able to try something different. I also ordered the strawberrynana smoothi and it was super delicious. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend this place. It is quiet enough for that coffee after a nice dinner.. or you can just come and enjoy as I did, with my husband. Will definitely come back to try more goodies from the menu!! Thanks Caffé Bene!!

Today in the first place in my life I tasted so disgusting green tea latte. First, it tasted bitter. Secondly, the powder was not dissolved well.

I love the Waffles! They are so delicious! The place is so casual and friendly. Free WiFi and lost of yummy things to try. The only thing that I noticed is that the clerks are NOT very friendly. The barely say Good Morning and when they do, is like they dont feel like saying it. 🤔

This was my first time coming and it was such a cute date spot. I absolutely enjoyed my time and experience here. It was super quiet and had beautiful decor. Very Instagram worthy (if you are about that life). This place deserves recognition especially since there is a Starbucks at the end of every block or so in the suburbs. I got a waffle and my boyfriend bought himself a sandwich. Both were really delicious and our coffee was immaculate. The service was really nice and waited patiently as I was trying to decide what I wanted to eat. I appreciate that as a person who has worked in customer service for quite some time now. Thank you for having this place open so anti-Starbucks goons can have a place to enjoy and experience all on their own.

I enjoy trying new foods and places spontaneously and I drove to this place around 10.30 in the night as it claimed to be open until 11 PM. The place sure was open, but they said that the ovens were turned off; you might as well mention that somewhere so that people know that you are open only until 10ish even though you claim it to be 11. Disappointed. 2 stars coz the lady who serves or may be owns was polite enough to the customers and apologize for the disappointed experience.

Worst coffe place I could have asked for. 9.30am. Place was death and even so it took 30+ min to get 3 coffees and 2 breads.The customer service is mindnuming!!! Take your stupid hat on.Food selection is like a vending machine, small and poor.*Half the menu in MAPs is not right.* they will not honor the online menu.Price is incredibly outrageous!!! 7$ for a three inch hard! waffle with five pieces of fruit and ten cents worth of foam.The bread is like a brick, only difference this one came with chocolate drizzle, but instead I used it to fill in a missing brick in my house, so not a total loss.Now the coffee... (this place should be ashamed of the coffee)Sewer water would have being a mayor step up from the horrible, bland, undrinkable piss I received for almost 20$. Since they make a point to say no refunds or changes I did not even bother with the scholar of an employee I had already wasted 10 min making a order before.Food was bad, coffee was horrible, and service is mindnuming and to top it off prices require you to sell a kidney. Folks who really value coffe and love good food and service need to stay away. Dont be fooled!!!

Its a good place to study. It does get very busy after 6pm. During the day they play jazz music,but they play popular music and the volume is louder after 6pm. They decorate their dishes in very cute ways.

This shop is very spacious and has a cozy feel to it. The staff is very kind and attentive. The drinks and desserts are fairly priced for the sizes. I ordered the cafe latte and honey banana bread and they were both great! Definitely recommend this for a cute date or to have a study group.

I decided to try Caffe Bean because I wanted a place where I could sit, catch up on emails and relax for a few minutes. That place used to be Starbucks, but they’re not allowing that in their stores.Caffe Bean is very large inside and the iced latte was excellent. I definitely recommend!

I admit Im a bit fancy when it comes to coffee, but Ive come here twice trying to get a macchiato and end up getting what tastes like a cup of milk with caramel! Ive even specified what I found issue with and wished for with my drink, only to get the same drink back, bland, barely strong, and not foamed up like a normal machiato. This is a very casual spot, but I wouldnt expect life-changing flavor, its really just for the vibe and cute decorations and menu art. I would honestly advise going to Starbucks.Update** just finished my ice cream, all of this tasted like milk and not much else, and Im not losing taste from COVID-19 either, Im vaccinated lol. Idk you guys, like I said Ive tried to give this place several chances and I keep leaving disappointed

They make a mean latte, and they did perfectly with my special request. I dont get an easy ordering experience all the time because of my drink specifications. They also have a great array of desserts and fun eats. I definitely recommend giving them a try. Theres a lot of seating, good lighting, and a whole wall of outlets which is perfect for an introverted workaholic like myself. And with hours closing at 11 PM, theyll definitely be my go to after work relax time. Dont forget to help the planet and enjoy your coffee in glass or ceramic! 😘

This is my third visit to this little cafe. Their service is consistent. I absolutely loved my delicious Cafe-Mocha, and I especially appreciated the lovely coffee design! Their decor is very pleasing and modern, and the atmosphere is always one of peaceful tranquility. In our world today, I find this very attractive. As I get older I am finding myself shifting away from the standard trendy spots, and therefore focusing more on the local hidden gems. Although Cafe Bene is not a small mom/pop and is a franchise, it still offers something unique. Please check them out.

A delightful spot to grab a quick bite or to stop and stay awhile, solo or with a group of friends. As a patron of Caffe Bene over a handful of times, I have not once been disappointed. From a wide variety of beverages to savory eats to their sweet treats (Oreo Ice Parfait shown w/out whip cream), there hasnt been anything to put a frown on my face, or on anyone who has dined with me. I look forward to exploring more and more new eats, as well as repeating some faves in the years to come at Cafe Bene!

The hot Cafe Mocha was one of the best Ive tasted. The Tiramasu was good as well. A nice relaxing place to go after dinner.

This is one of the nicest coffee and dessert places in the area. We got ours to go, but the place has super cool ambience. The macaron was delicious. The terimesu was good. The caramel honey cinnamon toast wss good but probably would have been better eaten right there. The to go packaging was first class and really made us feel like weve gotten something special.

Not very friendly customer service. Did not feel very welcome as the gentleman behind the counter was not personable at all. When leaving, a female attempted to make up for this by saying come again which was a welcome gesture. Nice decor.

I really enjoyed this place. Found it on a whim, actually. The bread was really tasty and was filled with chocolate gelato. The caramel latte macchiato had great flavor and the process were decent. My only draw back would be the plastic utensils. Cutting into the bread, I was concerned that it might bend and snap, but other than that, everything was very good. I would definitely recommend it!

The cashier did not speak English well so be very clear with your order so it doesn’t get mixed up! They did a good job at fixing my order as soon as possible. Unique place for a good coffee and dessert. Had the red bean parfait. And the server even brought over shot of espresso to pour over the top. Very nice experience for our first time.

Great study spot, lots of chairs and tables. The coffee is great too! They also have hand sanitizer everywhere for people to use which is great.1 downside: the chairs don’t sit under the tables...so be careful with your posture (:

Worst Latte I ever had.

Ordered a taro latte only to receive an iced drink. I politely informed her that I expected the latte to be hot, and that I couldnt even taste the coffee. They refused to make the drink hot, or to add another shot of espresso (if there even was one). They simply added more milk, taking away from the original purpose of a latte even more. Only reason I didnt give 1 star is because its clean inside and some of the workers were respectful.

Great Korean Influenced cafe my sister and i always go to. We enjoy the cinnamon honey bread and smoothies. Nice and quiet. Food made to order. I recently tried the pepperoni grilled cheese & i loved it! Great for small groups or couples. Also great for studying.

This is an absolute gem of a place. My 2nd visit to this place. Their desserts are fabulous. Tried the caramel bread chocolate something and it was HUGE and delicious. The ambience is very chilled out, tastefully done. The restrooms are huge and CLEAN. Great spot for a date, quick meet with friends. Highly recommended!

The atmosphere is wonderful and their drinks and chocolate croissants are fantastic. Theyre also good with but groups that stay and talk and hang out on weekdays (not sure how busy they are on weekends), which is nice. Nothing worse than feeling rushed when out with friends.

We come to Caffe Bene all the time to study as well as eat/drink. The bao sandwiches are delicious and the desserts are amazing too!
