I moved into an estate home in Roswell last year, and Nick did an excellent job completing a large scope of work. He built a Wifi network including 5 access points that cover the entire house and outdoor area, and he installed a whole-house speaker system covering 13 locations and several outdoor speakers, along with the amplifiers to power them all. He also hung several TVs and installed smart thermostats.Ive known Nick for > 5 years and he completed work at two of my previous homes in Milton. He is honest, professional, knowledgeable, dependable, and fair. He is very responsive to any questions/concerns and will provide support remotely and/or on-site as needed. Through the years Nick and I have become friends, and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

My home was hit by lightning and the Linkyourhome team came out the same day and did an assessment and where the surge came from to troubleshoot the damage. Previously they installed my outdoor audio and TV systems and put a surge protector on them which were the only devices that did not get damaged. They advised me on additional surge protection which I did not purchase and now wish I did. I high recommend Nick Mcculloch and his team. They are responsive, service driven, and deliver high quality.

Where do I begin? It started with our new residence, which came equipped with a Leviton Home Network system. Wanting to know how the system worked, as well as to make certain that it worked, I looked online for an authorized Leviton system dealer and found Link Your House. I contacted Nick for assistance and made an appointment for him to visit the house.Nick is incredible!!! He was very knowledgeable about the inner workings of the system and had great ideas about how to improve it. Before he arrived, I sent him several pictures of the system. These pictures will serve as the BEFORE pictures. Lets just say, it was a mess!! The previous owner did not take care of the Leviton cabling and seemed to DIY-it. As you can see in the photos included in this review, what a difference between the BEFORE and AFTER of the structured media center!!!!In addition, it turned out that Link Your House was also an authorized On-Q/Legrand audio dealer. In one of the photos, you will see the mess of cables coming out of the On-Q structured panel. Nick re-dressed the cabling, added an audio/visual equipment rack to house my home theater devices and addressed the multi-room audio capability in the basement.One photo will show the addition of a home theater system in our family room as well. Let me say without question that I admire Nick, his professionalism and his work ethic. He is an outstanding audio/visual person, whom I consider to be a friend. He is almost like another member of our family. I highly recommend Link Your House for all audio/visual, home automation system and Smart home needs.

We recently bought “new” house in Athens. Nick at Link Your House showed up early to get the home Wi-Fi system set up and Install a couple of TV’s. He also replaced an old panel box with one that was twice as big to hold all of the cable and new Wi-Fi gear. Even the Charter Spectrum installer was impressed with his work! Bottom line is Nick had everything ready to go, so when Charter made their connection, everything was up and running immediately. He also hung two TVs, and revitalized an existing surroundsound stereo system in our new house. After he knocked out all of that he installed a couple of smart thermostats too! Needed to have a TV mounted in a new house. We called Nick at Link Your House because of the type mount he installed. I could not be happier. Nick got someone to get my Satelite dish installed ASAP, he helped me not purchase more TV than the room could handle, the installation of the TV and the mount was perfect, he made sure that I got everything the way I wanted, and to top it off he helped me install a doorbell camera that was not even part of our deal.They do an extremely professional job. My job required moving of outlets and other obstacles. They handled it without any problems and made it look like the builder had done the work. They care about their customers and do what they say when they say they will.The price is fair and the service cannot be matched. I will be getting them to help “smarten” up more things around our house.

Have been having problems with my doorbell not working. There were two electricians who came out and could not identify the problem. Nick came and within 5 minutes, found and fixed the problem. Had a great experience with Link Your House in late 2015. Replaced a dated whole home (indoor/outdoor) that had 18 zones. The process from equipment procurement through implementation went smoothly and Nick stayed in close contact throughout each stage. There was custom cabling that had to be reworked as part of the upgrade as well as other audio closet clean up to ensure a great installation - and very pleased with the outcome. We enjoy our home audio system continuously and having it upgraded professionally was worth the investment. As a technology professional Im very particular to ensure the outcome matches the projects objectives. I had a great experience with Link Your House. I recently purchased and renovated a new house and wanted to install a sound and media system for multiple rooms on my main floor and outdoor patio area. Nick and his team explained to me different options and designed/quoted me a system that met my needs and budget. The entire install (hardware and services) came in under budget and without a hitch. In addition to getting great sound/video results, the guys went out of their way to make sure everything was installed to our aesthetic liking (position of flat screens, hidden cables/boxes, etc.). Also, although part of my install couldnt be completed until after I finished the renovation of an outdoor deck, the guys were happy to come back 6 months later to complete the job and give me some additional troubleshooting help on some unrelated remote control/TV problems I was having at no extra charge. Overall, I was super happy with the project and would use them again.

What didnt go wrong. I am very disappointed on every level. Service, Quality of Service, and a bad attitude to boot. They were recommended to me as home theatre and sound experts and in my opinion they are neither. For 10k you would think it would be an excellent system. It isnt. Poor tinny sound quality on the main level, no depth, nothing. I have complained about this on more than one occasion and all they tell me is I need to spend more money and I did with the same poor results. They had to run wire from the main house to the Barn for the sound system and internet, now Im having problems with the main house. Constantly being kicked off and rebooting the main house. I would have been better off buying a pocket radio than throwing away 10,000.00 Dollars on such a shabby system. I recommend that anyone who reads this find someone else. I failed to mention when they were running cable in the main house, they purposely ran a line across a closet door and the only way to enter the closet would be to unplug the line and shut down the barn. Amazing!! But everything is working fine now because I contacted the Geek Squad. For $99.00 they came out adjusted everything to perfection, fixed my wireless problem, the sound system for TV room was never right. Geek Squad fixed everything. I should have hired them in the first place.

Before I rave about Nick, let me tell you about how I found him. I had a horrible experience with a person who worked on our house before we bought it. So I figured they would do a great job since they knew the wiring. Wrong. Totally messed up things. Then I contacted Russound whose equipment I have. Without hesitation they said to call Nick at Link Your House. Once Nick came in, he not only finished the job to my desires, but told me what things were wrong with what was there. Then he fixed them, improved all the equipment set up in less time than expected. I would recommend Link Your House to anyone looking for video, audio, security systems, wifi network, or anything related. He makes great salsa too!

Had a great experience. Was able to optimize my network. Was running around 20 Mbps now Im running 80 Mbps on a constant basis. My wifi is everywhere in the house. Couldnt be happier. Also ask about home surge protection. Dont want to ruin expensive equipment.
