Love the convenience of my Suwanee Kroger! Using the Kroger app on my phone I am able to add items to my cart at anytime day or night, as I think of them, until I have at least my $35 cart in order to always get Free pickup! All staff, curbside or inside, have always been courteous and polite.
This is my wife favorite store. We shopped there multiple times. Shopping is not one my hobbies but I love to follow my wife while shopping there...LOL
This Corporation is so bad off. The Manger are rude and they cant keep the good people. Their was a very sweet girl that worked their. We talked almost every time. I always needed help at the self check out. Those machines dont like me. But she was always their to help. Always had a smile on her face. I havent seen her in awhile. I asked if she still worked there the lady told me they fired her..She was so sweet and needed so much help. I wish I got her number. She was a young girl and she didnt deserve what they did to her...I wont be shopping there anymore nor will my family. Publix is better anyways.
Purchased a cod fillet and shrimp cocktail for dinner and spent the night in the bathroom in the worst way. When I went back with my receipt they apologized and asked me if I wanted my receipt back. No, its ok, I dont need it anymore. I wont come back anymore either.
This place was okay at first. After the new store Manger took over. People started leaving and the store loss alot of people. This store over works its people and under pays them to. Stick to publix. At least their. The money you spend shopping pays the employees. At kroger. The money gets wasted.
So I just stop at Kroger’s gas station and had the worse experience. The lady name Jessie was so unprofessional I didn’t get greeted and she didn’t tell me total smh. And I had to tell her “ have a nice day” they shouldn’t put people there if they don’t want to be at work.
Kroger at Suwannee Dam Rd. And Ptree Ind. is a pretty good store. Only problem is that its always busy. The staff are all courteous and the parking lot and store are usually kept clean. Comparable to Publix in terms of service, Kroger tends to be cheaper in most items.
Nice Kroger, pretty clean. Parking can be a bit tight.
Favorite Kroger, although they regularly mess up pick up orders. Its typically clean and tidy and everyone is very helpful.
Ive been a Kroger customer for 20 years. But the gasoline price youre showing these days is disappointing. Have you given up the low gas price policy now? Who on earth disappoints customers who have been using your store at this price?
Here is a great store to buy wines :)They often, almost always, offer wine discounts with better prices than other supermarkets.
So many times item go missing when someone is packing our bag. This is the third time. It’s like the assistant to the cashier is stealing. Seriously again a bag of Greek yogurt is missing.
Went to go pick up for no contact pickup. 2 items were left out and they asked me to come back to customer service to receive a refund!? Keep the money, I will take my business elsewhere. Talk about customer no service. I chose contactless pick up so that I would not have to come in contact with anyone. Smh!?
I just want to start out by saying I go to this store frequently and I do like the store. I visited the store on February 10th I was coming up the beer aisle saw an employee with her mask under her chin. Her name is Penny. She pulled her mask up and started laughing at me I told her I didnt think it was funny the 450,000 people were dead. She then started laughing again I told her how about we call the manager and see what they say about this. One of the store managers his name is Chris luckily came walking up as I was having the interaction with Penny. She continued to mock me and laugh and he did nothing. As I said I frequent the store a lot Ive seen on many occasions employees not wearing their mask. I have spoken to the store manager Brandon about this before they dont seem to care. I guess Penny does what she wants because shes in the union. Therefore Penny is worth more than good customers that have been coming to the store for 8 years. I go right by a Publix to go to this store I guess I will be shopping there now because every time I go into a Publix they all have their mask on and wearing them properly.
Unfriendly and unhelpful customer service, worthless grocery pickup (missing items, canceled pick up orders at the VERY last minute), and the produce is always subpar.
Horrible customer service this evening with cashier and manager on site. The manager lacked care in helping to resolve the customer service. I go to this Kroger frequently and was surprised. Other cashers have been nice and courteous.
This store is not taking covid-19 seriously. Some employees wear a mask . Several others have them under their chin. I have mentioned this to management, customer service, employees and the online survey. I just left Publix. All of the employees had a face mask or covering. Thank you Publix!
Good selection of items store is very clean, employees are friendly I go to this store at least 4 times a week they should offer more and better rewards for loyal customers
Nice store, very focused on the products they sell.
They a hired an elderly Caucasian woman in the self check out with white hair. She is very rude! I think it was nearing the end of the shift or something because she did not want to help...other than that the store is decent. The produce never really looks fresh bur every thing else is ok.
Excellent staff, one of the better Krogers in Gwinnett
Our best grocery store. In sugar hill is nice too but it suwanee we like the best. Fried chicken is really good. The cereal aisle is always full and big.
Nice store. Decent selection, but the cashiers will rob you if you dont watch them. Otherwise okay.
I will give special 5 stars to the gentleman who helped me by the frozen food.I didnt notice that he was a special needs. He handled the paper and pen to me when I asked about an item.He helped me gladly.Thank you so much.Thank you Kroger for hiring this gentleman. The market was clean and organized.Big section for all kind of cheese. The lady there was helpful too.Great customer service!
Heed my many attempts at using Clicklist from this store — go to Walmart or Publix or anywhere else! For the third time, I’ve had to come back for missing items. This time, they missed like HALF of my order. Save yourself the trouble.
March/01/2021/ (16:20PM) old women ! She got glasses! She work in New self scan payment desk! Hey!!! Say thank you or hello!!!!You don’t wanna work ? You can go home~~ because your not volunteer!!🤔
Hands down my favorite grocery store! Wonderful variety, good prices and perks for being a Kroger Plus Card member. There is one grouchy cashier but, I simply steer clear of his line. Over all, the customer service is excellent! They have upgraded their bakery and I love all of the new gourmet selections available now.The pharmacy is the best and the only one we have used since we have moved here 23 years ago.
Very low on food
Great customer service and amazing employees!! They really do care about making sure that your needs are met and you leave the store happy and satisfied!
This kroger has most of the things I want most of the time. The lines are tolerable most of the time. The pharmacy is friendly and helpful most of the time. They are constantly improving their vegetarian/vegan options and healthy food section, which is great, but this means that they change it up a lot so after I decide that I love something, they discontinue it.Basically, better than the farmers market that used to be quality foods, not as good but much closer than whole foods or sprouts.
Fantastic Kroger! The store is brightly lit, well stocked and has lively staff. There is always someone around the corner willing to help. The sushi bar is impressive as is their salad bar. The bakery and meat departments are stocked with wonderous goodies. I found my new Kroger.
I watched the building go up. Its a decent place to get groceries and whatever you need. Stays open 24 hours which is awesome. Even the pharmacy. Nice family stuff. Well lit parking lot.
Only two cashiers and no baggers working during the Sunday rush. Silly to wait 10 plus minutes to check out and then have to bag my own groceries.
Okay first of all they are repaving the parking lot and I had to park far away from the front door and its a very hot day today. But I understand these things have to be done. In addition they are also moving everything around in the store so I had a really hard time finding things. I normally get the Kroger Senior weight control dog food however they were out or theyre not carrying it anymore I dont know. So I got the dog food for small breed dogs that I used to buy before I started getting the weight control. When I got to the cash register the cashier noticed that there was a hole in the bag of dog food and a young man volunteered to go get me another bag I told him he could just tape it if you wanted but he went back to get a new one and came back and said there wasnt any more and taped up the bag for me which I thought was very nice however I do believe they should have offered me a discount at that point. There was no price listed for the 2 lb bag of Kroger Brand carrots. I pointed out to the cashier that a product had a markdown sticker on it and to make sure she got the markdown sticker and I see that it rang up as the regular price so now Ill have to go fix that. I am a senior at 59 years old and Ive been shopping at Kroger for as long as I can remember. The Kroger in Buford Georgia that was the closest to my house closed and now I have to go further and I dont get the senior discount anymore. Now Im being forced to shop at a broken down Mercado Fresco that used to be my favorite Quality Foods store closest to my house. And the Big Lots thats in the same Shopping Center. Today I decided to go out of my way twice as far to the Kroger at Peachtree Industrial and Suwanee Lawrenceville. The commercials say enjoy our new low prices but the only new low prices that I find are in the markdown section.
I phone and the automated service is saying “Our store is currently closed. For store information press 7” I press 7 and it says “Our store is open 24 HOURS for your convenience. Our stor is currently CLOSED”Google says they are 24hr.Are you open 24hrs???
Local Kroger is the best. I remember when they had a Popeyes inside when they first opened in the 1990s.
This Kroger is one of my favorites and it is easy to get around in. The deli has some of the freshest foods and it is prepared by experienced chefs. The prices are reasonable and the sales are very good. I like to buy from their seafood department as they have been very helpful and provide the freshest seafood around.
Love to shop here. Clean and recently remodeled. Even though they just built a bigger better Kroger in Sugar Hill I still prefer shopping at this location.
I’m very disappointed in the poor selection of good, quality vegan food. I walked into the frozen meal selection and I saw a very slim selection of vegan food mixed in with non vegan food. Makes it very confusing for your shoppers who are vegan. Please reconsider your options of vegan meals and where to place them.
Not as nice as the newer ones. But this has been a reliable stop for many years. The early morning/overnight staff are very friendly and helpful.
Always friendly staff and they try hard to keep lines short. Remodeling/updating throughout store. Has always been pretty clean and well stocked. Clicklist has been added although I havent used it yet since Im the shopper that impulse buys by going up and down all the aisles. Greg in the dairy dept. is always very friendly and up for a chat if you want.
I really love this location. The staff are friendly and helpful and if theyre not, management will help you. Ive never had any real issue that wasnt addressed swiftly.. but that is so rare here anyhow. The prices are good and the sale items are usually in stock.
Kroger is where I do most, if not all, of my grocery shopping. To be honest, the last few times I visited the store I noticed some things that I didnt care for. The meat department shelves were not cleaned well, with some of the packages leaking. I noticed that in other sections of the store as well. Also, the deli department does not change gloves after cleaning the machines, or between slicing different meats and or cheeses. I know this is a requirement, at least at Public Supermarkets.Ive noticed these things at both the Suwanee Kroger and Sugar Hill Kroger, which is my least favorite. On a more positive note, all of the employees are very pleasant and helpful, always asking if I need help with anythingThat is very much appreciated!
Everything was fine; except, they dont offer carryout service. You have to ask for it. I am in one of those riding carts, so, its pretty obvious Im handicapped &they dont offer it then, either. thats my only real issue.
Nice, clean store. Slade bar, olive bar and sushi bar. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is no drive through at pharmacy.
I love the sandwich bar and hot bar at this Kroger. They have a delicious salami sub and theyre pita chips are always fresh. 5 stars
My 3rd time in this locationIt is a well stocked, very clean store. I was actually searching for some thing my niece said she wanted; Fanta Green Apple, they had it!! Even the clerk that rang me up Saud he dud not know of this product. They had everything else that I was shopping for. Tina that bagged my groceries was excellent!!
I hit the deli a couple time a month to grab freshly sliced meats and cheese. The staff is always helpful and cut the items exactly the way I like. They do seem understaffed at times given the number of people that show up to get stuff from the meat and cheese area. The staff that is there, always work through it and take great care of the customer.
Good prices, but I always have to wait when needing fresh fish, deli items, etc. I will stand, looking for all employee to assist me, and it always takes them several minutes to notice someone is there.
The people here are so helpful and friendly. Mr. Reynolds the manager will go out of his way to make sure you get good deals and service!
I have shopped at Kroger for years. And in moving around the Fulton/Gwinnett areas have shopped at many locations. I greatly value Krogers value for the $ and have generally a very good experience @ Kroger. This particular store however falls short in several areas. I have to wind my cart around the many restocking carts scattered around the store. I honestly thought I was in a dodge and duck video game the last time I was there swinging left and right to miss the large black carts in every aisle! The employees didnt seem to notice or care how difficult they were making it to get around the store. Secondly, the interior of the store looks very dated and inherently depressing. I cant help but think some of the other comments posted are driven by the dated store interior. Thirdly, the cashiers are pleasant, but some visits they are one of the few friendly faces I see.
How do you call it a meat market if there isnt a slicer? Thats ridiculous.I thought that the men in the meat market are there to help the customers and every year we need hog jowls sliced like bacon to fry. Not that big fat sliced stuff,we like it sliced like real bacon yet none of your stores have the ability to slice anything???Please please please put a slicer in all of your meat markets all of them it really cant cost too much for you.Begging for your help,DeeDee Ferraro
Haven’t fixed that they are no longer 24 hours on the internet so just wasted 20 minutes driving to it to find out they don’t open for another 2.5 hours. It’s 2019, have someone fix it!
I know it well and its decent. Everything is OK and have pretty good prices.
Very nice store. Much better selection than the old store that I used to frequent.
Horribly rude employees. Will not be back here ever.
Grocery pickup was easy and efficient. Friendly associates and provided informative info
Excellent Kroger. Fresh and always stocked. Lines are typically pretty short/quick & theres a Starbucks to boot.
I love shopping at this Kroger. Everyone there is always so helpful and kind. The store is always so clean.
Newly renovated. Very well done. This place has everything. Staff is always nice.
After the holiday weekend, there were many things they were out of. Still good people.
This store has gone down hill since the remodel. No rhyme or reason how they changed the layout. No reason to change it when 99% of your Customers are repeat Customers. 1) I was there Sunday and found tortilla wraps and hamburger patties with the containers ripped open. Point it out to the Manager and took the wraps I gave but said the two bags of frozen hamburger patties. Became rude and became an a$$ toward me so I left. Ive got pictures but did not share. 2) Ran in today to pick something up right quick and there was a Kroger Employee eating out of the olive bar with the same spoon and no bowl multiple times while I stood there and watched. No Employee said one word to him. 3) Stopped today to get gas and use my points. Was going to pay cash but the lady did not want to take cash. Told me the pump wasnt returned into holder. I went and picked it up and showed it to her and replaced it. Went back again to give her cash and she wouldnt take it. I said fine Ill go else where. She didnt care. I used that store 2 to 4 times a week but now Im through with this store.
We have all our prescriptions there. Love the pharmacists professionalism and caring. Also, the technicians are knowledgeable and kind.
They have good customer service and I loveThat its open 24 hours BC it allows me to get what I need when I get off work around midnight. BUT they REALLY need to fix the lighting in the Kroger sign at the front entrance. Its been making a horrible noise for over a year or so now
This store has run the gambit of having some of the best employees to the worst over the last decade, it used to be a shining example of how a grocery can, not only be well run in a general sense, but also ensure that all its customers be cared for in every respect....whether it meant stocking specialty items or assisting the many elderly or disabled patrons who frequently shop there. There was just an attention to detail that has all but completely disappeared. Sadly, after the new Kroger on Hwy 20 in Sugar Hill opened, the Suwanee, Peachtree Industrial, location began to steadily go down hill. It isnt about the older aesthetics or the smaller deli/bakery/produce departments....its due to an almost complete lack of concern for customer care, store organization, cleanliness and overall professionalism. The new manager is clearly not taking his job seriously or possibly the position is too much responsibility for one so young....although in all fairness, the decline in this store began long before he became manager, but it has reached an all time low in regards to customer care and courtesy under his care. On the positive side, although the pharmacy still has no drive thru, its still open 24 hours and that is a real blessing :)
Employees are always friendly. Love the Freebie Fridays. Tons of digital coupons. Say hello to Alfred when you visit.
Nice Kroger with a salad bar, deli and Starbucks all inside. Not quite as big as other locations but sometimes thats a good thing.
I shopped at this Kroger, Peachtree Ind. @ Lawrenceville Suwanee when we first moved to Suwanee in 1996 & loved it. Moved out of the area in 1998 but just moved back 2016 & this store is so nice, clean, friendly staff & the bakery, seafood & deli are so nice. Produce is massive.
One of the better Kroger stores that Ive been to. Helpful pharmacy techs, a much better cheese selection than Publix and a Starbucks to help fuel the shopping experience.
Very helpful people that get you out quickly and theyre open 24 hours
I came in to get my prescriptions filled for my back spasming this morning, and while I was waiting on my fiancé to get the car the lady at the front helped me get our groceries and carried them to our car. She was very sweet and I really appreciated it, I just wish I had gotten her name!
Best store I have ever been in would recommend.
I love shopping at Kroger. Prices are good, produce is fresh and the people are the friendliest.
Always friendly staff and since I am from Cincinnati its the place I GO to find hometown favorites.
Reviewing for the Clicklist!!! It is awesome and such a time saver for a new mom like me! I love that I can pull in and someone does the shopping for me!!! So glad they got the Clicklist at this location!
Good place to get groceries - never have any problems there--It is one of, if not the best krogers? I think it is definitely in the top3 krogers in Atlanta area.
Ordering online and pick up is always a disaster the teenage boys and girls who run the pick up do not care and they take forever long
Being from Ohio, Kroger was a welcome sight when I first moved here. Then they started moving things around... putting commercial brrad several aisles away from the bakery. They also force the pin numbers for chip readers and claimed it is a bank requitement., but I use it several places and never enter it. Last straw was the deli... used to be great and the bakery was tops. Not so much anymore... Id rather go to Publix. Now I only gonto Kroger for a few Ohio brands I cant find elsewhere.
I have been shopping at Kroger for over 12 years and everyone is polite and good customer service Kroger all the way
Not the best Kroger Ive ever been to, but its ok. They are doing renovations inside and in parking lots now so hopefully thatll help em step it up a notch. They should also keep better tabs on their inventory. Often out of stock on items they have on sale.
Really good self checkout customer service. Really bad attitude towards people with WIC coupons thought, saw this young girl using her coupons and the lady who was helping her was so rude and acted as if she didnt want to cash her out and was being really rude, the girls boyfriend or husband whatever they were even walked out because of her conduct. Very disappointing
Always fast and friendly service from the staff. Great customer coupons that are relevant to what you typically buy.
Always clean and neat. Also very quick
Love Kroger. Always clean, fresh veggies & meats, lots of options. Fantastic prices.
Recently remodeled... Nicer staff than most Krogers
Hard to find items. Long lines. Not enough help. I just wanted to get out. Did not get all my shopping done on my list.
You just CANNOT beat their prices! Walmart groceries are ridiculously overpriced! Kroger runs 10 for 10 sales, 5 for 10 sales, BOGOs, PLUS you get gas points for every 100 dollars you spend! Yes, theres more! They send me customer loyalty coupons in the mail, have FREE items on Fridays, they have incredibly considerate employees (in comparison to lots of other places), and also run 2X & 4X fuel points during summer months & special weekends. And if Im not mistaken, the 2X fuel points still runs a lot of weekends during the winter days too. I love my Sugar Hill Kroger!!! ♡♡
Staff was friendlier a few years back...However very very convenient to my work, groceries then home. High, high turnover. Deli stinks compared to Publix off PIB. but was less expensive. -Way Too Many Self-checkout, never enough associates. If they see you might ask a question or need assistance the under 30 staff, literally turn away from you...I guess theyre hoping youll just leave.Do love Betsy, Becky & Alfred 💛💜🧡
Great store and always has what we need in stock. My only complaint is that the pharmacy isnt open 24 hours anymore.
Horrible store was doing inventory during a peak hour unable to shop so from now either publix or walmart or aldis.
So, although this Kroger is first I have been to with a 24 hour pharmacy. I still wasnt taken back by either the service nor the overall cleanliness. So the Pharmacist working the evening of the 9th through the 10th the following morning, takes my script and my ID over to the computer, in doing so stating that he wasnt quite sure if he would have enough. From there, I begin to realize that it wasnt the a availability he was checking, it was the electronic records that keep track of what, where, and who has supplied the medication I was there to obtain. Long story short, they would really do everyone a bigger favor to just go ahead and state that no controlled substances will be filled after, lets say 9pm. That was people could stop wasting there time.
Very good food. Excellent meat from the stores deli. Good clean, nice atmosphere.
Clean, super well organized, excellent and friendly staff and great selection of products
Easy to navigate, but there are never any employees around to help. Also, the deli closes way too early for people who work!
They did not have any free Friday deal at the front. When I asked I was told they maybe some left in the natural food lanes but I was already in the check out lane.
Fresh produce, friendly people, good price!
Great selection. The parking lot can get a bit tough, but the store is great.
It was really nice it is being remodeled. The parking lot still has away to go.
