To say Susan and Kat were incredible in assisting with my purchase of my engagement ring for my (now) wife, would be an understatement! These ladies went above and beyond in ensuring I was able to get her exactly what she wanted, of great quality, and within my budget! I drove over two hours to go to this location and plan to continue making the commute for years to come. I have never had a negative experience with any of the sales team at this store and would recommend this location to anyone. GREAT customer service and they really make you feel like you are more than a walking dollar sign, which is rare in a jewelry store, from my experience. My wife LOVED the ring and it has been holding up well for the past five months. I feel like I can trust this team with my questions and concerns regarding future jewelry purchases and believe they genuinely care about my wife and Is satisfaction and well-being. I would also like to add- as an LGBTQ+ couple, it was not always a pleasant experience when walking into a jewelry store and saying I am buying a ring for my *girlfriend.* I did not feel uncomfortable or judged once throughout my interactions with this sales team and that alone speaks volumes of the atmosphere they create.

The staff at the Destiny location went ABOVE and BEYOND for the sizing of my engagement ring. The jeweler Eric insured that the ring size was perfect; taking time to resize again while I was at the Mall. Eric did a phenomenal job! Susan (Suzanne) was wonderful in helping my fiance select the ring and also worked with me for the resizing. Collin, a salesperson greeted me each time I came to the store and was truly interested in my satisfaction. Terry - worked with me and my fiance to clear up some misunderstanding and provided acceptable solutions. She also assisted me in determining the best options for resizing - which worked perfectly.THANK YOU all for providing AWESOME customer service!! I will be back for my wedding band.

The customer service at this location is above and beyond what I’ve experienced elsewhere. I went to purchase an engagement ring with my fiancé, and we chose a loose diamond and setting separately. The workmanship on the finished product was less quality than we would have liked, especially for the price we paid. However, the salespeople were so accommodating and were willing and ready to redo my entire ring over if I had said I wanted to. I wanted a refund and was given a refund and treated with respect and friendliness the entire time. They really did offer to go above and beyond to make me happy from start to finish.

Needed to get my wedding set sized up 1/2 size. They did it right there in the store, only took about 2 1/2 hours which isnt bad considering its the day after New Years. The lady that helped me was very friendly and helpful. They did a fantastic job resizing them. I loved that they have a pretty awesome play area for my two kiddos to keep busy while we waited and a private bathroom in the store. I would definitely come here again even though its an hour and a half drive from where I live.

Ive had phenomenal service at this Jared location. I purchased a piece for my wife and it broke. The staff was super friendly and were quick to offer repair. The turn around time was much faster than I anticipated. I would highly recommend this location to anyone shopping for jewelry.

I walked into Jareds with a t-shirt displaying the outline of a skull on it, looking for a present for my girlfriend. The sales woman, Carrie, didnt care and treated me like I was a true customer. I gave her an idea of what I wanted and gave her a price range. She found me a necklace that was towards the bottom end of my range and it was perfect! My girlfriend loved the necklace and I could not be happier with the service I was provided.

I went to Jared to get my ring that cut down 1.5 sizes. The staff was extremely helpful in assisting me with this process. My ring was left in store over night and I was able to pick it up the next day after 3pm. My ring now fits perfectly. I am completely satisfied with the service I received from the Jared staff at Destiny USA.

Absolute terrible customer service. They have lied to me about the engagement ring I purchased for my fiancé. And trying to get their screw up fixed has been a mess. They will call you when they choose to close early and not tell you when you say that you’ll be there shortly. The arrogance and dishonesty of this place has ruined our engagement which should be exciting and magical. Instead it’s been a nightmare.

I was beyond thrilled with my experience with Jared’s.. Terry was our sales person and she treated us like she would a friend.. I got the ring of my dreams and I am so thrilled with it.. she didn’t pressure us in anyway on any ring.. I am not about big flashy diamonds I love vintage style and when I seen the ring I got I knew it was the one for me.. I love the lifetime warranty you can purchase for a few dollars to protect ur investment (I am a outdoors person so it’s needed for me) I got my wedding band as well and there was no pressure which helped with the anxiety I had going in.. Know I can say he went to Jared!!! Wish the original review spot was up and running so I could of put on their site..

Excellent service, always willing to go above and beyond to help customers. One of the employees (Rebecca) even called me at my request after I had already purchased the ring to pretend to set up an appointment to preserve the surprise for my engagement! I wont ever go to a different jeweler!

Poor customer service/sales people are not knowledgeable about products and services offer by Jared.I had to get a watch fixed. I brought it in to the destiny location and the salesperson I dealt with did not know if they could fix it or appr. cost to fix it. Every question I had, they had to go ask another salesperson [it ended up being $50 to send out just to evaluate it for service]. I also bought a watch in this same trip. The salesperson was wearing the exact same watch [different color], but could not set the one i just purchased as it was too complex or technical he noted. They ended up going to get the manual and put it in the box/bag for me. What I did not realize until I was later home was the manual was for a different watch [same manufacturer]. Thankfully there is a thing called the internet and Google which allowed me to find what I needed to set the watch and avoid an additional trip to that store. Also, I opened a Jared account to buy the watch. I asked about the financing and options of the account. The sales person explained it was 0% financing for 12 months [of course this means every cent has to be paid before the 12 months is up or they charge you interest starting from day one]. What she failed to tell me was the 0% interest rate only applies to purchases over $1,000.00. [Kind of an important detail as I could have placed it on my credit card with 0% interest].During my second trip to pick up my watch I had repaired, I had to wait over 15 minutes to be helped. There were staff available [one was in an office and later came out and just walked past me]. Both simply ignored myself and another customer who was also waiting. There were two sales persons on the floor, but they were with customers. I went in on a Thursday afternoon between 5 & 5:30 [not a Saturday during the afternoon]. One I was with a salesperson, I was handed the watch back, I had some questions about the pressure test, cleaning and the service itself. The salesperson could not answer the questions. She just handed me the pressure test report. Also, I was wearing the new watch when I went in and had questions on it as it needs to be set each and every time I wear it. She could not answer them, but was quick to tell me, Best to call the manufacturer [even tough I could have returned it since I was w/in the initial 30 days and have an extended warranty on it]. If you are considering a new watch or jewelry, do some homework before shopping. I wouldnt recommend Jareds, at least not the Syracuse store. Not even a mild level of customer service or knowledge about the products they sell or services they offer.

I had a super bad experience trying to purchase a Christmas gift for my husband online. I spoke with Sandy who told me to come to the store to help try and resolve the issue with my card. Sandy and Terry went above and beyond doing everything they could and were able to resolve the issue. Not only did these ladies help resolve something that online had done they literally went out of their way for me. I can’t thank you two enough I really can’t ! It means so much to me and I hope you both know that.

4 years ago we switched to Jared from Kay Jewlers. We were thrilled with the level of customer service and have gotten our jewlery there ever since. Until now, my boyfriend and I have been working holiday overtime and we got a call it was time to get my jewlery cleaned. He operates a press in a factory and stopped in after work because we wouldnt have any other time considering the work hours and the holiday. He was treated with such disrespect. It wasnt until a manager recognized his family name when he was finally treated like a paying customer andbwith some respect. Both a sales girl and guy did not show him that same respect prior and im ashamed for them. It is 2018 and that is unacceptable because of appearance. We wont return to this location.

I went in on a Saturday afternoon. No one else was in the store. I sat down with a gemologist, picked out an engagement ring within an hour. Had the ring sized and picked it up at 5! Best customer service experience I have ever had

Got my wifes diamond ring there 2-3weeks ago, and applied for Jared card for my payments, and got my card in the mail on the card it say MAKE PAYMENT ONLINE . Nope its not true I created online Jared account trys to register my Jared card And it says unvaild. Call 1-800 number busy . So went on to live chat and they told me 10 dollars to speak to someone on phone no online payment cant be made online. Basically phone payment only . Wont recommend another firend or family

I placed an order on Dec 13th and paid to have it shipped next day air and it’s now Dec 21st and I still don’t have my package. When I call all they say is I’m sorry but no one can tell me where or when I’m going to get my package. Never again will I buy from Jared’s. They are horrible to do business with
