M. Lemps far exceeded my expectations and created my absolute dream ring! My fiance and I worked with the owner, Don, and he took the images I gave him and an absolutely beautiful CAD design was created. We emailed back and forth multiple times to tweak a few things and he made sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. Right now we are working on the CAD for my wedding band and he has been very prompt and transparent once again. He has always gotten back to me quickly and my ring and CADs have always been ready before the expected date. I cannot say enough good things about M. Lemps and our experience with Don. I have interacted with other staff on various occasions, as well, and they have all been an absolute joy. I originally went Lemps to have a very dear to my heart bracelet shined up and to see if they could redo the engraving. It wasn’t able to be engraved over do to the material. They took great care too polish it for me without asking or cost. The engraving popped right back!!

I purchased a high end watch for myself online and needed the bracelet swapped out (it came with two) and adjusted for fit. I worked downtown over a decade ago and always had great service from M. Lemp regarding some watch repairs.I called Thursday morning explaining that I was looking to have the the bracelet switched and asked if I could make an appointment or drop it off for service. I was told by a young woman, Kate I believe, no problem bring it on it.I did just that, driving downtown and paying for parking in the process. Walking up to the repair counter I showed the same young woman the watch and she hurriedly explained that we dont do that if you didnt buy the watch here in a slightly irritated tone. I then tried to clarify stating I was more than willing to pay the repair fee (for what is a five minute job with the right tools).All she could offer was writing down the name of a pawn shop that might do it. Now, their may be some nice pawn shops in the area, I dont know. But taking a $1,200+ watch to a local pawn shop for service does not appeal to me.I also see in a recent review that M. Lemp claims they are not doing watch adjustments due to COVID. I am all for precautions regarding the pandemic, but I do not see how eliminating this particular service relates to COVID or protects in any way. Especially since they will do the service if you bought the watch there and told me over the phone that it would not be a problem. This was also not explained to me while there in person.
