Went in for our last consultation. So excited for the finished product!!! Tom is absolutely amazing and he is so great. They were super patient in the decision process, they educated us on diamond selection and never once rushed me into a decision. Overall, wonderful experience.

I purchase more than 20 pieces from pandora. The last ring I purchase started to strip not sure why. The others are perfect. I ask for an exchange since it was the only item that was stripping from all 20 items. The manager refuse to exchange. I am not buying nothing from Pandora again. They do not treat returning customer right. 😡

I went there over the weekend (Saturday). It was packed with several costumers for just two employees. As a consequence, they skipped me twice (not too thrilled about that).When it was finally my turn, I told the employee that I was there to request the warranty for one of my turtle charms. I purchased from a different pandora store while on vacation and in less than a year one of the stones fell off. Given that I didnt purchase the charm at this specific location they told me that I had to contact Pandora directly. That is absolutely BS because that happened to me before and the manager at the Buffalo store (Galleria Mall) was able to help me out. Enough to say that is unlikely that Ill return to this specific location. I know that I can purchase the same products with better service.On another note: I called Pandoras customer service and they sent me a replacement with no questions asked. The company itself knows how to treat costumers, is just probably this specific store.

When I first entered the store it was at least 4 associates standing around the counter and I had to wait at least 5 or so minutes before someone approached me. I already knew what I wanted and I had driven pretty far to get there. The manager of the store finally approached me and she was rude and never smiled until I tried my best to lighten the mood and say something to see if she even could smile because I was starting to think the muscles in her face didnt work. I know that may sound a little mean but she made me feel uncomfortable and Ive never experienced a jewelry associate like her. Had I not driven so far I definitely wouldnt have still purchased anything and If she sets the example for the staff then I see why they were all standing around and not trying to help customers.

Monday I went into the store to purchase a ring for my girlfriends birthday. I found the exact one I wanted and told the woman helping me, which was the manager, that I needed a size 9. The woman then proceeded to tell me that I did not want that size and that she was wearing a 9 on her thumb. She then recommended a size 7 ring. I was hesitant, knowing my girlfriends size, and asked if the ring didnt fit her could she exchange it for a larger size and was ensured that would be fine.I gave my girlfriend the ring the next day and just as expected, it didnt fit. We returned to the store right after so she could get her size 9. However, we were told the biggest size they had was a 7. I asked to speak to the same manager as the day before that persuaded me to buy the 7. I explained to her that my girlfriend needed the size 9 and that I didnt appreciate her telling me not to buy it that day if they didnt have anymore. I said I was mad she told me my girlfriend could exchange the ring for a larger size when apparently there were none in stock! The manager then told me she never said that to me and tried to convince me I didnt know what I was taking about, and might as well have called me a liar. They ended giving my girlfriend the ring on the display (size 8 1/2) and didnt bother to clean it, box it, or put it in a bag until we asked for one.Although the jewelry is very nice, my girlfriend and I have concluded that as customers, we are only treated kindly if we are purchasing something. The customer service when returning/ exchanging is extremely poor. I felt very disrespected and will not be returning; there are plenty other nice jewelers.

This store has an exceptional variety to choose from, good to buy gifts or treat yourself with something dainty yet gorgeous!BUT, the staff can make your shopping experience an absolute disaster, their sour faces.. oh! so unwelcoming, you feel like you just want leave the store right away..bad customer service... shame

My experience with Pandora have been and still is great. I love the jewlery, it allows you to wear the jewlery dressed up or dressed down casually. There is only one thing other woman and specially myself would like to see is the ring sizes at least 10, I have fat fingers.thank you for allowing us to write comments, hope that hey are considered.

Ive never fallen in love with jewelry like this. Overall my problem was fixed. I am a first time pandora buyer and I went in on march 23 rd during the free bracelet promotion and I was interested in the bracelets that were free and what I had to spend. I ended up getting two free silver bracelets with my purchase in the beginning. I found out two weeks later if I spent 625 I could have got the gold clasp one for free. I was pretty upset when I found this out as Im not very informed about Pandoras promotions. Within march 23rd and April 8th I spent over 900. I did a couple exchanges and ended up spending this amount. I finally am happy with what I purchased.They fixed my problem I was having and because of the amount I spent I received 2 free silver bracelets and a gold clasp bracelet. If you have an issue they are very good about resolving it. Overall Im pretty happy and I will be spending much more at pandora.

I had to exchange my Valentines day gift. The sales person had no clue how to do it. She was going to charge me $68! The grouchy manager came out and fixed the sales persons mistake. Im not going back to that store to shop again!

I have two pandora bracelets and twice have gone in there to have issues with beads (silver w/gold one with bead) with my receipt both times they did not stand behind their product. Walked down to Hannoush they took care of the problem even when I told them they were purchased at the Pandora Store. I will never shop there again and have told my family who buys me beads to not purchase from this Pandora store.
