Amazing! I searched for a place to cut a piece of glass and Flower City Glass was one of the three that came up on Google. Others were either closed or too far. So happy I chose this location. They were super accommodating and friendly. They cut my glass as I waited. Hassle free. I will definitely go back!

Flower City did a great job replacing some odd-shaped windows in my 1960s home. They were good about keeping appointments and were always very professional and tidy in the house. When it turned out that asbestos caulk had been used on the original windows, I worried they would just abandon the project. Instead, they helped my find a contractor willing to take on such a small job and coordinated with that contractor to do all the work with the least hassle to me. I didnt get other estimates, so I cant comment about their price. It was just worth a lot to me to have good service and an end product that looks great. Im glad I went with my gut in hiring them.

Flower City was the second glass company that we tried when replacing a smashed door window. Went with one of their local competitors previously and were very disappointed. Flower City, in contrast, was excellent; they were quick (2-3 day turn around); they were courteous and professional; they installed the new window properly and the work looked good. The only down side was that they were about 35% more expensive, but Id happily pay that to get the superior service that we got.Might have been 4/5 because of the price; but the fact that they responded so quickly and appeared to put a rush on our install makes them a 5/5.

Called for a price for 12 pieces of rain glass that where the following sizes;8 pieces that are 3.75 inches X 3.75 inches4 pieces that are 3.75 inches X 11.50 inchesWas told by the woman answering the phone that she would have to call me back with a quote for the glass. She called me back the following day and told m that it was going to cost me $758.39 for ;12 SMALL PIECES OF GLASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!When I tried to explain to her that the glass was small pieces of glass that was to go into my kitchen cabinet door fronts she tried to convince me that she had quoted me the correct price.$758.39 IS ALMOST WHAT I PAID FOR ALL MY CABINETS!!!!!!!!I obviously went some where else for my glass needs........

Flower City Glass is very unprofessional and their prices are not reasonable. I called the company inquiring about a transaction window and they forgot about my appointment then waited 2 hrs for the guy to show up. They really need to work on their customer service skills and renegotiate prices they are ridiculous.

Sent my father to get storm window glass replaces and small wooden window size 10x 20 in. total bill $ 96.++ . called and asked I there is a mistake but the assured me that installation of a storm glass from the shop is $ 35.00. will never use them again.Thank you
