I needed a *huge* picture window for my house installed in a fairly short time frame, as I was selling my house and the photographer was coming on a specific day at a specific time (and then I was headed to Seattle). I spoke with Aaron and he was able to rush production at Syracuse Glass so that the window could be produced and installed on time. The window was put in right as the photographer arrived, which was cutting it scarily close but Aaron came through for me! Great company, excellent results, and accommodating to an accelerated timeline.

Ted did a terrific job repairing 3 windows in our very old house. The company was easy to work with. The job was completed on the agreed upon date, and when he was finished everything was very neat. And we were pleasantly pleased by the cost of the job.

An employee named Evan replaced my windshield he was super nice and very helpful. I didnt know I had a rain sensor on my windshield and he actually had to go back to get the correct windshield and completed the repair the same day. He didnt give me any attitude for the inconvenience, which was 100% my fault. Also the receptionist Gabby was really sweet and helpful as well. Would definitely recommend this company. The replacement of my windshield went smooth and timely. Tech did a super job of repasting all my stickers including oil change and EasyPass stickers. The women I spoke with got us in at the last minute and we were so appreciative. Matt the technician came to our house and repaired the window with speed and accuracy. We cancelled our reservation with Safelight originally because they weren’t available for a few days but glad we did for that and for the quality customer service that Glass Doctor provided. 10/10.

UPDATE: Im keeping my previous review listed below as a reference point, but have felt the need to update my review based on recent events.I received two follow up calls from Glass Doctor, one I believe from the receptionist (Katie I think?) and one from the owner himself (Aaron). While Im still apprehensive based on my last experience (see below), I must say that having the owner call me personally to not only apologize, but own up to the actions of his business, as well as promise to not let it happen in the future, was more than enough to have me keep them in consideration for future business.Ill be clear, the service itself was well done and priced competitively, my main concerns were with try staffs apparent lack of concern for public safety as presented below. But, a small business owner taking the time to call an individual customer and not simply make excuses can be a rare thing these days, and Aarons honest tone and candor really made an impression on me.Now, in the future, if this were to happen the next time I bring my business to them, I would not hesitate to cancel any business with them. But Aarons actions and attitude really spoke to me, and I understand that an owner can not be in full control of his employees actions at all times. While this experience may have cast some doubt upon them, I believe that they overall still run a decent business, and if Aaron stays true to his word and these issues are fixed going forward, I will not hesitate to continue to bring them my business.PREVIOUS REVIEW:Changing my review based on my latest experience with them. Service previously was great. However, the last time I went there I was very disappointed with them.First off, when I went in to drop off my vehicle, I noticed that while there were several signs about them embracing safety procedures during the pandemic (such as requiring masks, extra sanitizing procedures, etc), not one single person in the building was wearing a mask. With at least 4 employees in sight no less. No protective shields or barriers. No one moved to put one on when I came inside.Second of all, later in the day AFTER I DROPPED MY CAR OFF, I got a call from them asking me if I was going to bring my car in. This gave me quite the scare, making me think either I dropped it off at the wrong place, or somehow they lost this. After some time we talked through the issue and resolved it, and they just had a clerical error. Still, when a company doesnt realize they already have a customers car, when said customer dropped it off in person, it doesnt exactly establish an attitude of trust.Considering the companys hypocritical and irresponsible behavior, I can no longer recommend them, and wont be coming back.

We had a power slider back glass in our 2017 Ram 2500 break. Of course we would pick our own shop for replacement. Evan and Ted did the repairs and did an excellent job on the replacement back glass.

I was very impressed with the Glass Doctors service. Once contacted by my insurance company, the GD representative called me immediately and I had an appointment set up for windshield replacement 2 days later. They performed the replacement in 2-3 hours and the car was back in my hands. Very efficient and competent company.

Glass Doctor handled the entire process of getting my windshield replaced perfectly. They got the approval from the insurance company, ordered the OME scheduled a convenient time to drop off my car for their techs to do the actual replacement and they completed the job expertly and timely. Took my car in for a front windshield repair. They got got me in really fast. Everyone was super friendly there. I got free coffee or water if I wanted some. My car was in the shop for maybe an hour and a half. Now this is winter time so the car had to be heated up. For the glue to stick up for the windshield to stick better. I would say these people know what they are doing. So I say 4 stars for this shop!!

They did a really nice job replacing my windshield, and the tech was friendly and professional. They came to me as I couldn’t drive anywhere and it was done being installed in about an hour. I had contacted them afterwards because something was wrong with my vehicle after the windshield was installed. They immediately offered to pay for my gas to get there, (as I wasn’t from the Syracuse area) and look over the vehicle again to make sure they didn’t do anything wrong on their end. I ended up finding out it wasn’t something they did wrong and never called them back to follow up. My bad. But their customer service was very good, and I would highly recommend the glass doctors for you automobile window replacement needs.

Good experience with glass Dr installers. They came out to the house, very corteous, explained the process, did there magic, cleaned up all the broken glass, explained what I should and shouldnt do for the next couple of days. I just had my windshield replaced and the car recalibrated. The service was excellent. I was able to actually see part of the complicated calibration process. The owner, Aaron, explained the process to me and reviewed everything that was completed after the test drive. Katie at the front desk was very personable and made sure I was comfortable. She even turned on the TV to my favorite morning shows. She also offered me coffee and cookies! I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs any kind of glass repaired/replaced.
