Value home, I think of it as a neat and tidy deluxe hardware store! The employees are always cheerful and happy to give you a hand. You can find pretty much everything you need for home repair for painting decorating everything you’re really should check out the store it’s more than it looks like from the outside

Everyone here is always incredibly nice and helpful, and its a quick little shop with unique finds. Prefer it to a big store when I can get away with it.

Every time I enter the store, I am greeted by a friendly hello. They are always there to help but do not hover and annoying. I thought the friendliness would end once the store opened,,,, but it’s been years, and the friendliness and helpfulness is still there. 🤗🤗🤗

I went in to the store to purchase PVC pipes today 3/6/21 around 9:25am their customer service was poor, absolutely. The store wasnt busy I was one of two customers, and I asked about PVC pipes they directed me to them and disappeared. I had more questions to ask but since the customer service was poor, I just left and went to a REAL hardware store that actually enjoys their business. Maybe it was because I was a black man they didnt service me properly, I didnt stick around to find out. ✌️

They were thee best to me all 4 employees I came in contact with. They showed me where the merchandise was. Checked to see if it was on sale. Thee most helpful stores I have ever been in Ill be back a 10 for them

Weve only just started shopping at Valu, but we plan on going back because their selection of equipment is very good. Chris, the manager, is such a nice person. It makes a difference when you can feel welcomed by the stores staff. They never make us feel like we are bothering them. Very helpful.👍

All this place is a glorified five and 10 store! Every time I go in there to try to find something either they have it and its outrageously priced, or nothing at all some value home center they are and I would honestly say this happens to me every 2 to 3 times I go there looking for something dont have it dont stock it go to our competitors thats the answer you get

Came into store to buy duck tape for boxes we are using for our move ended up purchasing a tv stand and matching end table at a really affordable price. The young man that help us was very helpful. I will definitely shop with Valu again.

Great prices and nice people who know about the products in their store. I usually stop here before Lowes but sometimes have to continue on due to the smaller selection. Still worth the stop in every time!

They are always very pleasant and helpful, usually Great you at the door and ask if you need any assistance. The store appears to be recently reset so some items will be totally moved to new areas. Some departments appear to be expanded.

Always a quick in and out staff is always very helpful and easy to find someone to help when you need paint mixed or just a hard to find item much easier than the bigger hardware home improvement stores

I love shopping at the Store near Cheektowaga, Clinton St. Staff are so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It has been my go to for winter insulation products....I wish there was a store in the Mohawk Valley, Utica/Rome area. The closest is The all Ave, Syracuse - also friendly staff there as well!
