They gave me a larger space for the smaller size payment just to get my business because the one I needed was not available. Then when I needed a smaller unit they gave me a great rate for that one. I recommend their services whole heartedly. Thank you A-Storage Center.

I have been with these guys since 2015. They have really made me feel that they truly care for me not only as a customer but as a human being. For the better part of 2020 they really showed compassion and concern by addressing a personal letter to their customers acknowledging the difficult times many were going thru, offering to be helpful where they could be and forgiving any late charges incurred. Plus, I don’t worry about my personal belongings being stored there. I feel they are safe and secure. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone and everyone!

The best storage Ive ever seen. Clean, nicely located, with very polite and friendly management. Jay, the on-site manager, is very helpful and knowledgeable and made me feel very welcome. Overall the place feels very secure, the units are neat and make the impression of solidly guarded.

Great company too work with! I rent both a store front and a storage unit from here and have found them to be fair and competitive in pricing. Amanda was great getting me set up with a unit and walking me through the touchless steps of getting an account and making payments. She described the units and process well and was very friendly and available over the phone.

Just moved to Washington and after getting settled in, I needed to find a storage center near by. Went in with very low hopes for customer service. Then I met Jay!!!! He helped me with everything. Answers all my questions for me and was the best customer service experience since I moved here. I thank him with all my heart ! HE NEEDS A RAISE ! We need more people like him!

.We had NOTHING to do with your car. YOU gave YOUR KEYS to someone when you were arrested - who I assume was the same someone who eventually unlocked your car and drove it out of our parking lot. WE NEVER HAD YOUR CAR KEYS, we werent there when it was removed from our property, and we dont know who came and got it. If you hadnt been arrested, youd still have your own car and it wouldnt be an issue. .Note to public: Gave to the manager..as I was being taken away...nice job right...good thing Im not black sippin out the other fountain,
