I just waited in a 45 minute line to be told that I need to circle around and that my medications would be ready after I circled around. When I circled around and waited yet another 45 minutes and when I got up to the window there was a sign saying they were closed for lunch so I waited an HOUR AND A HALF (very patiently and kindly I might add) to still have to go home with no medicine. Now I’ll have to drive back and wait in yet another 45 minute line. I will never go to this Walgreens again

Go here at your own risk. The pharmacy is seriously understaffed and short tempered. Folks wait for hours and nothing is clean. I was literally afraid to have my 72 year old get her vaccination we waited an hour for after her appointment time. On a Wednesday. At 3pm. No reason for that.

Went in for prescriptions for my father that he no longer takes spent $133 and they would not take them back nor were they willing to help. The pharmacist was the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. We moved all of our prescriptions to CVS pharmacy and will not be doing business with Walgreen ever again

I pretty much keep going here only because it is conveniently located. Items being in stock is hit and miss. In general, the staff is friendly, but staffing leaves much to be desired, as the cashiers are almost always working multiple counters or assign to stock shelves. They also need more training on the prepay and curbside ordering. I find it generally takes longer if you use these options.

The service was nonexistent. Did not ask for my rewards phone number. Remembered after the transaction and he didnt apologize. If you make 2 purchases of at least $10 each during Game Period and earn $5 in Walgreens Cash rewards I found out via electronic message. Their prices are pretty good depending on the product. You can buy some products individually.

*Dont fill your prescriptions here!!!*I called in my prescription at 1pm. They said it would be ready by 2:30 pm. I let them know I would be off and there by 4:30 pm. I agot here at 4:26 pm and I get told they are still working on it and to give them 5 minutes. I have now been here for 37 minutes and have watched people drop off and pick up while I have patiently waited. By far the worst experience I have had with a pharmacy. Clearly the staff has no concept of time or customer service. This will certainly be the last time I fill my prescriptions.*Update*Just got my prescription. After 52 minutes of waiting. There is a girl named Hollie that was working the drive up window. Everyone in there walked around and talked including the Technician when she could finally break away from the window she noticed me waiting and immediately helped me. Hollies is a great example of a great employee. Judging from the review, I would say it is clear nobody is held accountable in this establishment otherwise every employee would be like Hollie.

If you want to get prescription here dont. It takes a really long time get a prescription filled if you just went to the doctor and need to pick up right after an appointment. And most of the food in there is expired so dont bother with any food products.

If I could give negative stars I would. I have been on the same prescription for yrs. I live in St George & filled at the Walgreens in Taylorsville. Waiting until I arrived to let me know they would need to confirm with my dr. The script was sent electronically from my dr on Friday afternoon to be filled today. It’s Saturday at 3:15 over labor day weekend & my dr is not in the office. They won’t fill it because they want to talk to the dr. Who do they think sent the prescription in. WOW. I fill it at the Walgreens in St George but that is not good enough & will never use Walgreens even down there again. The guy was so rude & condescending. He looks homeless. I’m in shock and now know why their reviews are so terrible. DO NOT FILL AT THIS WALGREENS PHARMACY, ESPECIALLY NEVER AT THIS LOCATION!! 4500 S Redwood Rd, Taylorsville, Utah

Scheduled an appointment for a Rapid Covid test that was required for my flight. I made my appointment and did everything within the window I was required to do, received confirmation of my appointment. Just hours before my appointment I received an email saying Walgreens canceled my appointment! This left me with no time and no opportunity to get other tests lined up before I would miss my flight. Was told they ran out of tests. If you are required to make an appointment and there is no option for walk-ins how do you just run out of tests? I called to see if they receive the new tests in within my timeframe if they will still honor our appointment code so we can still get the rapid test before we would leave for our flight and the female said no, you just have to reschedule whenever the next appointments open (which are days after our flight leaves if we even get any appointment). There was no help, no possible other solution or anything. Total disregard for the trip that would be lost due to their poor planning and operational failures. Things happen, I understand, but to just say too bad and leave it at that without trying to remedy the situation at all is just blatantly bad service.

COVID testing machine broke! I had COVID tests scheduled for my family and I for a vacation to Hawaii. Walgreens called us about 20 minutes before our scheduled time to tell us the machine was broken and they had cancelled our tests. The person I spoke with wouldnt reschedule our tests for either his location or another Walgreens. He actually told me to get tested at two other locations (not Walgreens), one of which was not accepted by Hawaii and the other only performs testing on people over the age of 18. I informed him that neither of those options would work as we were travelling with children and didnt want to get turned away for using an unauthorized COVID test. He basically told me sorry and ended the call. I get it, the machine broke, it wasnt his fault, and this is definitely a first world problem. But it was disappointing that no solution was offered. He even told me all the other locations in my state were booked (they werent because we got on and rescheduled for later in the week) and he suggested I travel to Idaho or Nevada for a test.As of now we had to spend an extra 80,000 sky miles to get our flights changed and have a test rescheduled at a different location for later in the week. We will see if we actually get to Hawaii but if I had my choice I would never shop at Walgreens again. I would also never travel to Hawaii again, their process has been ridiculous. But that is another review!

Understaffed. I stood in line for 20 minutes for a 2 liter bottle of soda. There is no convenience here. I might as well went to the regular grocery store.Its sad, theres a Walgreens almost on every corner, but they cant handle business

If I could leave a lower review I would. This sites covid testing machines went down and no notification was given other than a whiteboard outside. When the assistant manager was questioned about options and asked for his managers number he proceeded to blow up with exploitative and was extremely disrespectful to the many frustrated customers there. The time wasted, inconsiderate behavior, lack of civility, and unwillingness to even try to make things right is absolutely unacceptable.

They closed temporarily for one day, didnt tell any patrons that they were closing and wouldnt be able to pick up prescriptions. Another location told me that they would only close unannounced if they had someone test positive for covid. When they were open again, I went to grab my prescriptions and the pharmacy tech wasnt wearing a mask. As a nurse I know how unsafe that is. Im not impressed at all.

Well stocked, courteous pharmacy & store. Clean & well organized. My doctor made a mistake on a prescription but helped me sort it out & the pharmacy staff made it right. Always check your prescription before you leave the drive thru!! No matter how many times theyve filled it.

Wonderful staff. This is the place to go. Despite what other customers say in regards to service, knowledge and wait times I disagree. Ive been to quite a few pharmacys over the years all over the valley and this one is hands down great.Pharmacists and Techs are kind, patient and knowledgeable.I recommend them anytime. Just be aware of the busy times as this is a normal thing across the board with any pharmacy. Especially going through the drive through and people forget that there are also customers on inside doing same thing and staff does both window and counter.Cheers!

This store has a wide variety of things, from food, to decorations, to makeup, and more. This is usually my go to place when I have an injury and need a wrap or a brace. The one down side is that the store is usually messy, things are in the wrong place or merchandise is thrown around the shelves and floors. Also, its usually hard to find a worker who can assist you. But, otherwise a go-to place for many necessities.

The worst Walgreens I have ever been to. If you plan to use the new express pass, DONT. They do not honor it. I just went to pick up an antibiotic that my doctor called even though I told them to send it to Walmart since I was going there anyway and tried the express pass to make it fast. I told the associate that I was using an express pass and they said that an other customer was there first. The express pay specifically states that I can skip the line. Really only deserve 0 stars. Never going back!

The pharmacy techs are pretty lousy with customer service and there have been several errors when Ive gone to pick up my prescriptions. This has been a consistent problem for me and others I know. I definitely do not recommend this place.

If I could give a half star I would. They are close by but I am starting to go to Maceys pharmacy after 5 months of just sometimes calling every four hours because they each tell something different about a medication, my insurance, or their stocking was off and they are out of stock. Probably the worst place you’ll fill a prescription. If you want an adventure. Have your script called in here.

If you want the worst most uncaring customer service try and deal with Brian at this Walgreens !!! After trying for a week to have them order a Prescription pain medication for me I called in to check the status. That is when the nightmare began. I was told by the counter staff that if I dropped my script off by 5 P.M. on Sun that I could pick them up Monday. Apparently there is a breakdown in the chain of training and procedures because that is not the truth. After finally getting Brian on the phone I had hopped He would be able to make things better. Nothing could have been farther from what actually happened. He was extremely discourteous and condescending. He acted as if my problem was not of no concern. I was also made to feel like I was a broke homeless insignificant burden to Him stating that my script was very expensive and was I certain that I could afford to purchase it from Walgreens if they did order it for me. He would not let me explain my feelings on the phone nor was he willing to help in any way. After being cut off several times on the by him talking over me I became increasingly frustrated. I was told by him to come and get my prescription order and take it somewhere else He would not fill it for Me!!! He is an arrogant and rude individual PLEASE MANAGEMENT FIX THIS SITUATION !!! It is bad enough to be in enough pain that I require medication to function in daily life but it is unethical and cruel to make someone go without them for a week then flip attitude and say we will not fill your script at all come take it somewhere else. Overall dissatisfaction Brian deserves to be reprimanded and his attitude toward customers changed drastically please!

Do not send your prescriptions here. They have screwed up my prescriptions twice and have the most incompetent people working there. I talked to a lady on Thursday who said that I would get a call on Friday to let me know that my prescription was ready. I never got the call. When I walked into the store Saturday, they didnt have any of my information on file when I gave it to the lady on Thursday. They also told me that my insurance would only cover one month at a time when I know that itll cover more. Its the closest pharmacy to me, but I will take my business elsewhere.

I went inside to simply use the restroom and the girl behind the counter started telling me a long story about how some old man defiled it. I cut her short because I didnt need to hear that kind of stuff and went back outside to wait for my friend. A few minutes later the police show up. The girl inside called them and told them that Some guy outside is acting weird the cop was nice and bitched out the girl who called them. All in all, they hire idiots and like to waist peoples time.

I dropped of a script early that I was told couldnt be filled for several days. I happened to know it actually was allowed only a few days later and not a week bit the staff argued until finally rechecking. I was correct but instead of an apology I got a staff member laughing in my face like it no big deal. This medication is very important to my health so the momentary stress of being told I wont get it on time is very unacceptable. I would think pharmacy techs should be professional. This local does have a nice female pharmacist and not all of the staff are inappropriate. Cynthia is the worst employee in the pharmacy.

I would not even give this store a star. The somewhat wannabe smart guy that rang me up while I was using my coupons seriously did not know the meaning of ONE COUPON PER PURCHASE & gave me the hardest time ever. I will not be shopping there ever again because even after the manager said I was correct he just threw attitude and did not even apologize for being such a dick. I dont recommend this Walgreens to anyone. Especially if hes working. Hes a Mr know it all that wont close his mouth even when he knows hes wrong. NO Stars if I could! I tried to refill a prescription here that I have refilled several times. They delayed the prescription and I had to call several times and still never got it. The Pharmacist told me I dont know what to tell you. Its out of stock. They didnt make any effort to get it to me or to contact me and I wasted 3 weeks trying to get it. Will never go here ever again. Its a good thing it wasnt life saving medication because they do not care about their customers.

I got a prescription for painkillers because of a kidney stone. The inept pharmacist told us it would be ready in an hour and a half and we would get a text saying they were ready 2.5 hours later with no text, we called the idiot put the prescription in to be picked up the following day. So I have been sitting here for hours in pain because this guy is totally inept. I will NEVER go here again.

The pharmacist at this location is not only rude, but doesnt make time for you. Ive ran into many issues with them. For controlled substances the law says you can fill your medication when youre 80% out of your medication. Walgreens says 90%! Which honestly is stupid! The law allows it so I believe they should go by what the LAW says! This pharmacist will also tell you I can choose to fill your prescription if I want to or not! He is extremely rude, and will pretty much tell you I dont have time for you. Working in the medical field, I know doctors get to dictate when you fill your medication and what medication you get, Ive not only had trouble with controlled substances but with medications as simple as my diabetes medication. Ive gone a whole week without my diabetes meds and needed to go to the emergency room because my sugars were too high. The doctors even told me I was lucky I wasnt in DKA. I WOULD NOT recommend you go to this pharmacy. Go to Walmart, just up the road on redwood and 5400 south, the techs and pharmacist are amazing and they WILL make time for you, and have great communication.

Compared to Sugarhouse Walgreen location, this location was friendly and quick in response of getting an answer from a pharmacist. The call took 2 minutes vs. 15min (Sugarhouse) with no answer. If you have a quick question, call this location. Highly recommend this location over Sugarhouse location. Good customer service!

Its a Walgreens but the staff are rude. Not the pharmacy techs, its the store staff. The photo department especially. I stoped doing my photos here because of it. If they get my prints wrong they dont care or act like they know what their doing. I know people in Taylorville can be rude more so then most. But this sort of thing can be fixed. Try saying hi for once. Try actually caring about the customer. The female assistant managers are very polite & I have no problem. The manager is rude, or at least the one I keep seeing. I just recently like in the last year the staff say welcome to Walgreens. Why now? Why not say... I dont know, six years ago. Anyway I go in get what I need & leave. Thats how Taylorville is, get in, get out. Same for many other business here. I just dont know what else to say. Maybe its the local people? Or maybe not. Its not all people here by no means. But my god is it a common theme here. Anyway its a general store & a pharmacy. It is what it is.Lol

Marion the manger on the evening of 09/15/2015 at the Taylorsville location was rude and at times combative. I really like Walgreens and is one of my favorite stores. With that being said I will never shop at that location again. I cant believe anyone would put that women in a customer services job let a lone give her any kind of leadership roll in customer service. I walked away from that store very upset and disappointed. Biting my toung so I wouldnt lower myself to her level of rudeness. Maybe she needs to get a job where she could be away from people. Like maybe a sheep header.

This pharmacy is a joke! They have terrible customer service, show no urgency, and have a blatant disregard for the customers time. The staff act as if they are robots nothing is made personal and the pharmacist is never available to help. I dont believe I have seen a single smile, had one greeting, or have had a farewell ever at this location! Working in customer service myself I would never treat a customer this way. Matter of fact I would never treat a dog the way they treat customers! Im sorry but if your job is that miserable get a better one. Preferably one that does not consist of socializing with the plublic.

This Walgreens Pharmacy sucks. They have employees who take more smoke breaks than they do work. They are slow...and I mean SLOW...and dont do called in prescriptions well at all. I called 6 times yesterday and they hung up on me 5 times. I finally spoke to a person at Noon who told me my prescription hadnt been called in yet. Then I visited around 6:30pm, waited in line for 30 minutes and they still couldnt find my prescription. I called my doctor to see if they forgot to call it in. She said they called it in at 11am. So...where did my prescription go from 11am to 6:30 PM. LOST IN HORRIBLE TAYLORSVILLE WALLGREENS LAND!
