I spent over 3 hours in the store yesterday. Originally, I had placed my order online. Then my order was cancelled because my identity couldnt be verified so it told me to go into the store. I did. What happened the first time I visited was a bunch of applications. For some reason I guess it kept getting flagged that I was committing fraud or something. Then I finally got the application approved. I asked the sales rep (Zachary) if I would have to put a down payment down. He said no just sales tax. We got to the end and then he said I had to put a deposit down so I was a little irritated at the false expectations but I said okay no worries. Then he said well wait a second, I know the application can be manipulated, let me reach out to some people and see what I can do to try to get you a lower price since you are porting your number over. He told me to come back after work. I came back and I waited an hour for him. I was super patient because I knew he was busy and he was the only one and I was assuming I would be able to buy my phone. He then gets to me, prints out the application, says everything is good to go and that he has to make a call. Again. He said nothing should be affected. Well then after that, the back office said they couldnt approve my application because of some discrepancies because of how many applications were filled out..... HOW is that my fault?????? I filled out ONE. I walked out so upset and just happy that I found out the way ATT was before I signed any contracts! I went right over to T-mobile and pre ordered the iPhone NO problem with NO deposit! It was such a waste and false information provided. The sales rep was nice but over all it was a horrible experience. Especially when I was more than willing to pay the down payment if I needed to and he sent me away so he could try to run it again.

Both sales associates were amazingly helpful and kind, we had, had a negative experience in a different authorized retailer that made us tentative to try another. They completely changed our opinion on using you guys. They definitely put in the extra time and effort to make your company look good

Went to this location two days in a row around 2:30 PM, both times the store was locked and note on the door explained that the associate would return in 20 or 30 mins. Clearly there is only 1 person working at this location. We waited the second time and the associate was helpful. I empathize with him because he has no help there and impatient customers are frequently complaining and giving him a hard time. This is not so much a poor review of the associate as it is of AT&Ts handling of this location. The associate there was Professional and helpful despite his situation.

I usually go to locations owned by the carrier but decided to give an authorized dealer location and the service was way better here. Definitely always going to use this location in the future. Thanks Zach for the help.

I went in with a technical problem and left with an added loyalty to AT&T thanks to Sam. He not only resolved my technical questions but also helped me find the perfect upgrade. It seems hard to find great customer service nowadays but I’ll be coming to this location with all my family needs from now on! He was knowledgeable, friendly, & certainly efficient.

Hands down, Zach the manager was intelligently and honestly the best option as a manager for this store. He created an experience worth the pick of choosing this service let alone made it fun and humorously entertaining. Natural at customer service, this brother made it easy to understand, was able to multi-task with many customers being a 1 man store at the time . He was friendly and deserves a hall of employee of the months award for his hardwork and dedication to what he does, which is assisting others with there needs 100 % satisfactory!!!!! Leah has been the person who has helped me in the past few visits. She has been wonderful, helpful, and has also been very patient with us. I am grateful for her and all she has done. My Father and I were at your store yesterday 08-04-15 at approx. 1:00 PM. I just want to say the two employees working were fantastic, even though we did not make a purchase, they were so helpful. My father who is 88 years old fell, and your male employee helped me get him up off the floor, and even rendered some first aid. They were both so helpful and concerned about my father. Shame on me for not getting their names. I hope you commend them on a job well done!

Poor service. I was waiting in line and the lady ahead of me couldnt have her problem fix because, it has to be done at a corporate store. My SIM card needed to be replaced because AT&T accidentally cancelled my phone line last night. The young man told me, sorry we cant help you, you need to go to a corporate store. Whats the point of having authorized retailer if they cant help you with anything more than sales?So, if you need a phone, they are authorized to sell it to you. Need something fixed, go elsewhere.Oh and the employee should be wearing something other than a sweater and should have a nametag, the two customers in the place thought I worked for AT&T.

Worst customer service ever. Came in to get a new phone. When we walked in the associate was very unenthused about helping us. We looked around until we found the phone that we wanted. When we found it we tried getting the guy to come over and help us. It was like pulling teeth. I dont know why it was so hard for him to understand that we wanted a new phone. Finally he got the point and went to the back of the store assuming he was going to grab the phone. Another customer comes in and he decides to drop us and help this customer first. We are sitting around for about 15 minutes and finally decide to give up and go to another at&t store. Worst service ever.

While the CSR was friendly, I went in with small software question on a flagship phone. I knew more than he did and I could tell by the look in his eyes. Friendly, but wouldnt go there for any technical help.

My wife and I were only looking to transfer my line from Verizon to AT&T when we came into the store. We were sold on a buy one get one free promotion while we were there by Sam and decided to go through with it. For all intents and purposes we were lied to about this promotion and only found out later after our next bill came in. We have now been dealing for months about getting this resolved and have finally been told that the BOGO promotion ended days prior to us coming into the location and are now being treated what feels like thieves for something we had no control over by the customer service lines. Not a great feeling.

RUN AWAY! If you dont want to be cheated and misunderstood. I came here because it was the closest place. I talked to Josep and told him that I needed to save money by removing texting and data from the phone because I was going through a divorce and the ex wife got her own plan. Some how he took what I was saying as I wanted an upgrade. He put an iPhone data plan on it when all I had was my Atrix2 and a sim card sitting in my wallet. My next bill was $3 cheaper and so I believed that it was just bad timing. But my next bill reflected the exact same price as my normal payments and then I discovered what the b-stard did. He wouldnt do anything to fix my bill other than the next one will reflect the change. And then he tries to make a deal with me by saying that when I come in next time hell discount a tablet And toss in an Atrix3 for free. Hell no! I refuse to bring my business back to him. He screwed me once, I wont let him do it again.
