Went in to replace a broken flip phone. I was surprised that they actually still sold them, but they did and the phones they had were really nice and quite reasonably priced. FANTASTIC Sales and Service team. Everything was thoroughly explained AND we werent there for more than 30 minutes. These guys are Great!!!

I very recently bought a new iPhone 12 from the Taylorsville location with their expensive accessory package and within the first week the screen protector had a bubble in it. I tried to get it replaced today and was told I could pay to get a replacement for it. What a joke. You would think that if you have a problem with something like that so soon after buying it they would replace it. Not so.

Visited Store to upgrade phone. Salesman deceptively convinced us to accept a Samsung Tablet indicating that the tablet was a free bonus for taking a new phone. Receipt showed 0 cost so this supported deception. Turned out that tablet was treated as a separate device an additional line was opened on our account. Upon realization of the deception the salesman would not cancel the transaction and would not take the tablet back and was very disrespectful. We have been forced to pay early termination and equipment cost as a result. I will never enter this store again and would never recommend it to anyone else.

This store will try and scam you. Be very careful and ask to look at an itemized receipt of all the charges. They tried to secretly add $160 charge to our phone purchase. Claiming that a case, screen protector, and charger was “included in the taxes” of the purchase of the phone, when in fact it was an additional $160, which would be like buying a $50 screen protector, $50 phone case, and $50 wireless charger, and then some. Then they added a ton of random charges to our account that we had to go online and remove after the fact. After they realized they weren’t going to be able to scam us, the salesmen started texting each other and developing their lies so they didn’t look like idiots.

I have been coming here with my husband for years as they have always taken great care of us! Just recently we both updated our phones and got all of our info transferred quickly with no issues. The customer service is excellent and helped us analyze our needs to get the best savings possible from our plan. In the past I felt like I had to do all the research myself before going in because reps at other service providers were not at all knowledgeable or helpful. We love Verizon!

I expressed an interest in buying a new phone, and was specific about the model. As I dont currently have a smart phone, I asked the sales associates if they could pull up google maps to show me where the alternate store was in the expansive strip mall (over a mile long) that they directed me towards, but they just looked at me like I was dumb and two different associates told me that its next to the Barnes & Noble which is huge, so I should have no problem beyond that. One did mention its also next to a Bout Time bar and grill, which was nice, because I had a Kamikaze before going into the corporate Verizon store. They were MUCH nicer and more considerate there.

The initial experience was great. We were helped quickly and they helped move everything over. If the story would have ended there with 5 stars if their long term behavior was better. My low review is due to one thing, Protection Plan Charge and their lack of transparency concerning it.I was never asked if I wanted insurance for the phone I was never told that insurance was placed on the phone. Phone insurance is a scam and I dont like having a scam slipped into my bill with out me asking. (Why they are a scam, 13$ a month for 24 months is 312$. If you just save the money for insurance each month you can buy a new phone with that money. I dont buy phones that cost more than 500$ so phone insurance makes no sense)Also the employee that helped us had a customer walk in with a broken phone and no insurance. The advice that he gave was for the customer to purchase a protection and then wait a few days to report that the phone was broken. So the employee helped a customer defraud the company he works for so I shouldnt be surprised that he slipped in the insurance.Inspect everything on your receipt and monthly bill after going to any store for Verizon is the main lesson that I have learned.

This is a great place to waste time. Youve got a room full of customers and a single employee on the phone with another employee because he doesnt know how to help the customer in front of him. Ive been sitting here for an hour just waiting. Ill give you one star for how clean your building is, but the store owner is too cheap and needs to hire more help. Never coming back here.

Thought this was corporate, but just wasnt paying attention. The service I have received has been amazing though. I love that I got lifetime screen protection coverage. With my visit today Chloe replaced my screen protector that had collected a few cracks, and she spent the time to make sure it looks beautiful, even though I told her it would be fine if it wasnt perfect. I really appreciate the effort and customer service Ive received from her and the others Ive worked with here!

We had totally fabulous customer service here - much better than our local Verizon store. We needed a new phone and they transferred all the data from the old phone onto the new one without any hitches. They also told me where to get a case for it since Verizon is totally out of cases for this phone. I would wholeheartedly recommend this particular store to any Verizon customer.

Did NOT have a very good experience here. It started out great. The man who helped us went above and beyond to get us a bundle deal on a phone we wanted. However he told us a wrong estimate on when the phone would be shipped. When I called the day it was supposed to have arrived he said he would check and call me back. 2 hours later I hadnt heard from him so we went in only to have him shrug and say maybe it would be there Monday (it was Friday) and we had originally went in on a Wednesday. I was upset not because of the time difference but merely because he never called me back like he said he would. He didnt seem to care because he had already made the sale. No empathy at all. If you say you will call someone, call them. Even just to tell them the phone wont be there until Monday. Dont just leave someone hanging. They are also NOT a real Verizon store only an affiliate so there isnt really anything corporate can do.We went back on the Monday to get the phone and got a completely different guy that was a delight to work with.

Friendly and helpful, but very quick with the add-on charges and not disclosing things like there IS a fee for the first month of the protection plan (said it was waived, and I had to call Verizon to get it removed) and theres a set-up fee for the new phone (thats over and above the upgrade fee from Verizon, and apparently just covers turning the phone on). These may be common charges, but they should be disclosed. Scrutinize your bill and if they say theyre throwing in a pair of headphones, be advised theyre throwing in a pair of headphones for $19.95.

I will start off by saying the assistant manager Ryan is honest and the kind of help you need! Diego is the salesman you want to stay far away from because he cowardly does not take accountability for his fake sale pitches and LIES. He sold me a buy one get one free phone and for months after the purchase reassured me the promotion would be applied. After months of paying for my “free” phone I call Verizon customer care for help, together we worked to figure things out for hours and proceeded to a conference call with Diego. I was told by Diego to “make it quick” as he was with a customer. (Am I not a customer?) The Verizon worker then nicely described me and explained the situation, Diego said he didn’t know who I was and didn’t have the authority to help and HUNG UP on us. Today I go into the store to be helped by Ryan and the manager quietly calls Diego in the corner as Diego was absent. Get this... SOMEHOW, Diego “recalls” EXACTLY who I am, after 6 months of the original sale, and says me and the two other people I was with were aware he could not give us the promotion. I am struggling and just had my first baby days ago and I would never sign to agree with something I cannot afford!!! The point is, I was still reassured by Diego For months after he sold us the BOGO. When I went to someone of different authority, he tried to HIDE from his lies by hanging up on us and saying he didn’t know who I was. Then upon confrontation he LIED AND put words into my friends mouths saying all three of us were aware and agreed it was okay. NOT okay. Diego is the exact salesman everyone fears they are dealing with. Save yourself a lot of time and money and get help from someone or somewhere else.

Alex and Arturo are superheroes! They saved the day big time. My family is on a limited budget and three of us needed new phones. We came in to this location and they saved us so much money and we ended up with three new phones and a tablet for next to nothing. They were both really patient and walked us through our options and helped us find the best deal for us. Worst service Ive ever received from any business bar none. These guys make promises that they never follow through with or honor. One example is I bought the unlimited screen replacement because Im a contractor and frequently bump my phone. For the last six months they have been unable to replace my screen protector because at least six times Ive gone in to get it replaced and they keep telling me theyre all out and that they will have some ship to their store within a day or two and they will call me to let me know theyre in. Never once have they called me and I go in about a week later to hear the same excuse and the same response. Finally I had to call corporate to tell them my frustrations with the employees at this store along with many others weve had with them and corporate sent me out immediately a screen protector and apologized for the way the store has treated me. There has been quite a few other times when me or my adult children who are on the family plan have gone in for assistance and theyve never been able to help me or them, they just, give us a line of excuses and then tell us that they will look into it and they will call us back and as weve come to expect they never call back. I have filed an official Complaint with corporate and I would recommend to anybody who reads this to never ever go to this store or youll be disappointed. All they care about is the sale and after that youre ignored and given endless excuses why they cannot help you. Especially avoid ever being helped by Ryan. He is probably the worst when it comes to customer service I have ever experienced with any business. He never smiles and wears a scowl on his face and acts put out to even have to do anything for you. Seriously dont ever go to this store I never plan on entering it ever again

I went in today to get my screen protector replaced. When I purchased my phone from this location I also purchased the screen protector. I was hesitant to buy it because it was so much money. But was told it was unlimited free replacements. So, I decided to buy it. Ive had it replaced about 2 times already no problem. Then today was told the policy changed and it now cost $10 to replace. This is unacceptable! I ONLY bought it because of the free unlimited replacements! To now say I have to pay $10 is infuriating. I asked to speak to a manager and was told he was the manager. I also requested one last free replacement and was denied. Im VERY disappointed at the poor customer service and change in policy.

I would NEVER go here. They take advantage of disabled people. After the phone was purchased the person went back to ask what here plan was and they said they didnt know and how to get the information the person was needing. When the poor person returned the phone within 2 days of buying it the person was told that they were square on a 20% restock. The manager knew about all of this and even closed the deal. NO ETHICS towards the handicapped.

Dont go to this store to upgrade or start a new Verizon plan. Go to an actual Verizon Wireless corporate store. Their upgrade and activation fees are double of an actual Verizon Wireless corporate store. I was told Id have my activation fees waived on 6 phones but that didnt end up happening. I need to post this review about my experience at the 5400 s redwood road location. I went in to pay my bill ended up upgrading Jairo helped me. Did not know he was the store manager tell I asked him. Super nice guy and helpful I purchased the up grade and he helped me transfer everything. I was using my old phone for my upgrade. My old phone had two voicemails from my sister who passed away a few months ago. That did not save and was still on my old phone. I was devastated and so sad because I now did not have my old phone. I said its ok as I felt emotional he went back and retrieved my old phone and handed it to me. Said keep it I cant let you loose her voicemails I hugged him and said are you sure he says yes. I will figure it out. I hugged him again the time I spent there was beyond great. I will go to no other store thank you for your compassion and great service☺ I am so blessed to have experienced a good person and think about himself

I would give this store 0 stars if I could!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Went in to add someone as an authorized user to my account, they acted like were doing it. Later found out they didnt do it. When I called the store to find out why it had not been done, I was told they could not do it at all and I had to call the Verizon number to do that. I asked to speak to the manager was told the manager had the day off, asked to speak with the assistant manager was told he was out to lunch. I asked the name of the person I was speaking to and he refused to give me his name. STAY AWAY!!!!

This is a franchise with poor customer service. Their products will not be honored at other Verizon stores. Dishonest sales tactics were used to up sell us into paying about $120 (60 per phone) for a package. We moved shortly thereafter and were unable to get the promised screen protectors.The manager was not understanding when it was clear that their company had drooped the ball on several occasions to ensure customers knew what they were paying for. They were inconsistent to follow through on promised call backs and did not mail promised items and would not issue a refund for services paid for but not delivered. You would be much better off avoiding gowireless all together and going with a corporate Verizon store.

Was paying insurance on a phone that wasnt even mine. They switched phones on me and the #s on the receipt and phone were completely different. I have not have it replaced but was calling the insurance company about replacing my phone last week and that s when I found out the numbers didnt match. They con you into paying for a phone but screw you over when it comes to the insurance. I will never go to a satellite store ever again. Worst service ever and bad error on them for switching phones.
