I went there because i could not get the wife hot spot to work. Within 5 minutes he had it up and running. I was just on an outdated plan. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer other questions I had this guy deserves a raise. I had gone to the store located on 1238 south Redwood and was told that i needed to either but a hotspot device or buy a new phone. He pushed so hard on a sale that I nearly cancelled my service. I am amazed and the stark contrast between these 2 stores.

The sales woman on the floor Sarah was an amazing person I appreciate the time and dedication she gave to me as a customer I will be coming back to this location more often

Sarah is amazing shes the site manager. She doesnt try to upsell or sell you something you dont need or want. She worked hard to give us the best deal that she could for what we needed.. this is my first smartphone experience. I got a great phone at a great deal. 2 weeks later she ported 2 AT&T lines,a g hooked us up with three new phones that met each of our needs, and got us on a family plan. She worked really really hard for us. I have no complaints at all about Sarah or the treatment that she gave us. Fantastic experience! I would highly recommend her store to everyone.

I visited this store 30APR2020 to purchase a pre-paid phone to replace my damaged one. Alejandra (Alexandra) assured me this would be no issue. She further assured me my SMS messages would follow to the new phone---an important issue since I may have a lawsuit soon and the text messages are important. Not surprisingly, she was unable to replace my phone, confused PIN numbers with account numbers and generally was incompetent. This is one of those cheap cellular providers that goes by the name of August Communications. Sh*t service. Sh*t company. An hour I spend there. Stay well away.

The lady that works here only until 3 pm is excellent and honest. She looks out for her customers

The man who owns this store is awesome!...If you need a new phone or a replacement go to this store...This is the best metro store I have been to yet and I have been to a lot of them...This man will get you what you need and in good time and he is courteous and appreciates his customers...Metro has great plans and great phones and this is one of their great stores.

Metro PCS is annoying. Everytime I’m at the plaza they always stick their annoying flyer on my car !!! NO THANKS!!
