I have visited this Cricket store frequently, and have purchased accessories as well as received price quotes on new plans. The customer service Representatives have been pleasant to work with, my only concern would be there business rule of not allowing even Cricket Customer to charge their phones to even be able to make one phone call. Other than that the store is clean and easy to access from the light rail on Apache and McClintock in Tempe Arizona.

I visited this store on November 30, 2017 afternoon. The lady on front desk was probably a new hire, or she was really not doing her job. She had no idea about the plans or phones and I didnt see any effort to serve either.Later we decided to go to the store on Southern and Mcclintok. The service was awesome there.

Do not go to this cricket retail store. They will charge you for things that are not needed. I was charged $40 for nothing and when I attempted to contact a manager to reimburse me no one called back. Then when I called the store again it would go to messages. If you try to contact the business called RingRing wireless it is impossible to reach anyone who can help. Not worth it because there are so many great cricket stores down the road. Southern/McClintock is awesome.

Great customers service, workers are very knowledgeable. Deigo was very helpful and plesant, I have never been to a cricket store where I felt welcomed, great vibes. Certainly knows how to threat a customer.

Twice I called the location to find out if they had a phone in stock and twice I showed up at the location to find out they sold out by the time I had gotten there. So I just ordered the phone online since these people can sell out of phones in less than hour. Went back to pick up a case. Way over charged for it. Decided to return it to find out all sales were final which was I was not informed of during purchase. Avoid this location. The sales staff are hardly motivated to be helpful and when they are they are bad at doing it.

The service is ok but I had to go there from a corporate store because that one is way worst on service and product. This place though is okay. Not a fast in and out even if you know what you want you will spend atleast 30min

9/11/17 went in store to pay bill- WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Payment taken but service not turned on par rep didnt ask for correct amount nor did she offer a recept! Went back next day and was very rude and called Customer service but even less help there.I will NOT be continuing service with this company if this is the kind of people they want representing them!

Recently purchased a ZTE Sonata 4G phone with new service. I was told I would receive a $50.00 rebate. Sales rep filled out the required information for me on the application and told me to mail it in a week. IMEI NUMBER WAS WRITTEN ON THE APPLICATION WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE INCLUDED!!!!!!!!!!I just received a post card stating my submission for the Cricket Wireless Rebate was declined due to no valid IMEI barcode label.And has to be responded by 9-22-2014. Really!!!!! I just received the post card!Total Scam!!!!!!!!!!

Ever since I went into this store and added my boyfriend onto my plan my account and been jacked up, the kid in the store was supposed to add us to the 2 lines for $80 unlimited everything - no he put my boyfriend on the 2GB data plan and me on the 8GB data plan totally effed whole account up, never going to this store for anything again!
