Was sold a defective phone. Less then 24 hours after purchase the screen would not light up. It was never dropped or damaged at all in the slightest after purchase. The store refused an exchange. They offered a refund of just the phone which is 70 out of the 180 I spent. For a $25 fee they offered a warranty claim that would take 5 to 7 business days for the phone to arrive. Charging clients $25 for selling faulty products is bad business period. Dont go there.
Was on my way in to pay my bill and battery in my phone blew up. Sam took the time to help me set up my new phone and said if I had any issues to come back and hed help me out. If he is not a manager he deserves to be.

Simple and helpful. A gentleman named Ray helped me out and explained everything I needed to know. It was a quick and easy trip. Very good customer service if you ask me. Helped me upgrade to a better plan and helped me get and idea of what type of phone Id like to upgrade to next. I was in and out. 😊
If you want to spend $150 on a phone and be sold handset protection only to find out that they didnt sell you handset protection, they sold you a new security bundle which doesnt come with handset protection... Leaving you with no choice other than to buy a WHOLE NEW PHONE. This LOCATION specifically, is GARBAGE. Avoid at all costs. The manager Ray is a crook. They hold no accountability, their customer service is minimal, they hate their lives clearly and it shows in service. I actually feel bad for the employees. All women. Working for this scumbag. And ruining the Metro by T-Mobile name. Or at least lowering the standards.
Went to all other MetroPCS in my area, none had the phone I wanted. This place had it and was very friendly and helpful. Going back tomorrow to get a second line. Dont waste your time with other stores in the area, just head to this one.
My favorite Metro PCS ! I recommend this place. The ladies here are awesome. The man is always grumpy but for the most part he can be civil enough to get the job done. 5 for the ladies 👌
Ms Vicky is an excellent employee..Not only was it fast service but she managed to help me an another customer at the same time while she answered others who walked in with their questions..Im very satisfied with my experience at this particular metro..will be going back if I need questions answered and as well to pay my bill if I could give a 100 stars I would..Thanks again Ms Vicky
Absolutely the worst service I have ever received from metro tonight 12/28 at 6pm. I came in to have my service transferred over from another provider, while I was being helped by the woman at the counter her phone kept ringing over the speaker and she kept answering it and setting it down on the counter. The person continued to call her over and over and rather than help me transfer my service over by attempting to call the transfer department at my provider she told me I would have to do it myself and that they would be closed. She then yelled at me as I left the store. This is my one star review, as promised. The owner of this store is very nice, I have delt with him numerous times while paying my husbands bill, it’s unfortunate that someone like this was hired.

Good phone, motoe 5 is great! Terrible customer service, the salesman didnt even know how to transfer data from my old phone to my new one. He was kind of grumpy and didnt even have a usb cord to transfer the data. Told me that its not available anymore. I found out it still is.
Excellent service, very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the products and services offered by METRO PCS.
Timely service having all 3 of my children in tow. The only thing I dont like is there are never any promos for existing customers and when we first started service we were mislead on charges. We paid $135 a month for 4 months until i found out we were paying to call Mexico and Canada. We dont know anyone in these countries and we were charged for hotspot when we have Wi-Fi. Make sure to get a breakdown of services so you dont over pay.
This particular Metro PCS ROCKS! They hire knowledgeable, courteous Customer Service Reps. Who could ask for more?!?

Was treated very disrespectfully, was not sold the phone because I was going to activate the phone with my line and then switch it back later. The so called boss was arguing with me about it and eventually walked away. The woman working proceeded to help me and the man told her not to do it as the phone would not be payed for in three days, even though I was paying for the phone upfront. He was very rude and would NOT recommend going to this MetroPCS.
