Great place. They were able to take a look within 5 minutes of my arrival.The gentlemen up front told me that the screen may need to be replaced. He said come back in 30 minutes and it will be ready. 30 min later he said he changed the screen and the problem wasn’t resolved. He said we can change the motherboard instead.While it wasn’t very pricy, I ultimately decided to just upgrade the phone. They didn’t charge me anything for their services and were very professional. No up selling either. Excellent customer service, I’d strongly recommend them for any phone problems.

Excellent. I highly recommend. I called 6 other places and nobody had the part to replace my camera lense on my iPhone XS. This was the only place that had it in stock and could do it today. Fixed charging port quick and cheap compared to apple prices. I went to my phone carrier because my iPhone 7 had stopped receiving or sending calls. I was told that they wouldn’t repair it because I had a very very tiny crack in my screen without paying to have the screen repaired by them. “It’s the policy” 😡 It has been cracked nearly as long as I have had the phone! Frustrated I went and Googled Phone repair. Found this shop went in the man was polite, professional and informative. Said my problem was one of two things and gave me the price for the first. I hesitated and said I would think on it. Still a bit frustrated with my carrier. He then said if I had 5 minutes he would test my phone to see if it was truly the minor repair. I agreed. It was! I agreed to have work done. While waiting I over heard him explaining the cost to replace a battery. Sold! If that is all please replace my battery too. I was out the door. Repaired phone. My wallet was happy and I still had my tiny cracked screen. 😝To my carrier. That is the better way to do business.

This place is amazing! Last November my phone screen cracked for the first time. The screen was so badly broken I was afraid I would cut my cheek when making calls. I walked in without an appointment and the process took around 15 minutes.

I called one location closer to my house and told him what I needed and he said they could do the repair no problem. BUT when I got there they tell me they didn’t have the part in stock that it would be several hours to get it. But since I live 25 miles away I could wait that long. I told him that is why I called a day before to make sure they could do it when I came in. So he said I could go to the next town to get it repair so I went to the other store. This is poor business. But the next store was able to take care of the problem.

First thing I’d like to say is that they were super well priced. Was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t going to cost me an arm and a leg. Second is that they are super professional and courteous. The glass repair was excellent and the screen protector they put on was done flawlessly.

Dropped my phone off at 2pm, was told it would be done by end of day (7pm their closing time). At 6pm I called to get an update, they didnt recall me dropping phone off. Once they found my phone I was then asked “what is wrong with it?”, my coworkers burst out laughing since it was on speaker..... I was then told I would need parts from another phone from another location, tomorrow. I said I just want to pick up my phone. The reply was “now?”, yes now. Umm we must put your phone back together, my coworkers really laughed. Got my phone and took it elsewhere, not at all impressed with this place.
