I had a FANTASTIC experience with Bryan Alva. He was phenomenal to work with and his customer service was so dedicated, detailed and above and beyond. Exemplary employee. This location was closest to my home, and I’m moving a little further away but will absolutely travel to this location to work with Bryan, if I should ever need to visit a Verizon/cellular sales, because of my experience.Such a great representation of the values Verizon promotes.

I just recently purchased a new phone here. Bryan was great helping me with the whole process. Very efficient it did not take long at all, as I remember years ago it took hours and hours to buy a new phone and transfer everything over. If you need a new phone I highly suggest this location and ask for Bryan!!

Nate Gulliford is the real deal! Not other way to put it. This gentleman assisted me for almost 3-hours in my switch from T-Mobile to Verizon and he was attentive in ensuring my switch was as smooth as possible. Extremely caring and professional. What else can you ask for? This is the best Verizon store in the valley! Can’t thank you enough Nate!!!

I wont drop the reps name, but awful experience when simply just trying to buy a phone outright. Was first told that I couldnt use my existing sim card with the phone I was trying to buy (false), was told I had to change my plan to buy this particular phone (also false), and they wanted to charge me an additional 100 dollars to buy the phone outright, claiming to unlock it. Why would I pay you an extra 100 dollars to unlock a phone from a service I am not leaving and that after 60 days it is no longer locked. Just awful

I had issue with Verizon that got nothing to do with this store, And I thought to myself, prolly they wont care, cuz the issue was made by a third party company - I was delighted to find out, that the manager of this store ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT ALL VERIZON CUSTOMERS, not only if he gain something out of it to his store. I have worked with Andrew DeVore many times at this location and he is incredible!! He is helpful, knowledgeable, patient and always makes the perfect recommendation to help me, all my kids and even my dad! I’m thankful that he is at this store! I came into this Verizon store on a busy Saturday morning and received a Good Morning, Welcome! greeting by Dan Irizarry. He gave me an idea how long before he would be able to work with me and invited me to have a seat in comfortable chairs. He was helping another customer and as soon as possible came over with a cold bottle of water and showed me to a desk where we talked about my transferring an account, selecting a service plan and perhaps purchasing a new phone. Dan was very pleasant, straight forward and informative. He provided thorough explanations to my questions and assured me that he was available on going to all of his customers, answering questions and helping with problem solving. I saw for myself how customers came in with appointments to meet with him. He was very professional and cordial to everyone and I could see they were happy to be working with Dan as I was. He was always busy but I never felt rushed. Best Customer Service Ever!!! So, Dan was wonderful in helping me accomplish All of the business I had come in for. I got my account transferred, selected a plan that meets my needs and a new phone at a Fantastic final price! He successfully transferred my data and didnt loose a thing. Additionally, I have established an ongoing working relationship with Dan, who is knowledgeable, trustworthy and a really good guy! I plan to be doing business with this Verizon store and Dan Irizarry in particular for a very long time!

I am blown away!!! Riley is one special professional who went the extra mile to help get me reconnected with my Surfacego tablet. It’s obvious that Verizon trainings their employees on products in their showroom. However, they can not training how to “serve the needs” of their customers.Riley taught me how to reset my adapter and helped sell me a car charger. While listening to the second hand chatter in the showroom, I must admit I am impressed with the way the share information to eager clients (like me 😀) not anticipating extraordinary service. The interactions were marvelous to behold. Everyone is dressed in business attire and came to work to earn your business, they certainly earned my business. Great job Verizon!

Excellent service!!I went to the Verizon on McClintock and Warner to purchase a phone. They got me the phone and set up the activation. When I got home i smart switched my old phone to my new phone, and the phone would not work. O talked with 3 reps on the phone, and had to go back to the store. A gentleman named Dan called corporate and solved my issue, it took him about an hour to do it bc different corporate reps tried to get rid of him by telling him there is nothing we can do, he just has to wait 24 hrs. He didnt take NO for an answer (more than once), and eventually solved my issue by talking to corporate himself!Thanks Dan. Ill definitely be back to this particular store.

Now, my hubby isn’t the most patient person in the world, but Adam was wonderful in “dealing” with the said hubby and made his experience a very pleasant one. Screen protector was replaced and hubby was off to enjoy his Sunday. Went to the store for a case and ended up talking about new phone options. Dan was so thurough and have give all the period and cons for each device. I went here to see what my options for to replace my iPhone 11 Pro Max as I had cracked the screen. I didn’t have insurance as I have never broken a phone before. Don’t even use a case or screen protector. Jacob greeted me as I can in. (I think it was gods way of telling me to stop going to the gun store) He took the time to research and provide me all possible options. Trading it in broken and getting a new one. Paying it off and getting a new one. Or getting the screen replaced. After he went over all of these with me I decided to do none of them and wait until the next iPhone to come out since I get it every year. Before I left he did suggest and sold me a screen protector to help the phone from getting worse with the cracked screen and feels better as my fingers are not moving across broken glass now. I will be going to this Verizon from now on and asking to see him. Thank you Jacob!!! Really cool nice genuine guy this guy is. He needs to switch to apple though. Android sucks.

Danny is our go-to every time we need to make an adjustment to our Verizon plan. We added a starter phone for my son last week and Dannys knowledge and experience made the whole thing a breeze (both as a parent and as a Verizon employee). I was with my previous cell provider for 15 years, and this is the first place that had someone make us feel like they actually cared about whether we walked out with what we needed, instead of what they could talk us into.

I have been in this location several times and have always had excellent customer service. Each time, I have been greeted and helped immediately. Last night, I went in and needed help with changing my plan. Adam went above and beyond to help make the process easy for me. He was professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable. He even cleaned my phone for me. In the past, before this location opened, I went to a couple other locations. The service at the other locations was not nearly as good and the employees were not as friendly.

First of all, Id like to say that Ive been in many of Verizons stores locations in this state and others while traveling. Ive been in this store several times over the last few years for normal things such upgrades, phone accessories, etc., but recently I had a few challenges which included purchasing new a phone for a family member, my wife and myself included not Verizons fault. The good NEWS is that no matter how challenging my situation has been Ive always been thoroughly delighted with this stores Exceptional Customer Service, Politeness, Professional Courtesy, and Welcoming Atmosphere every time Ive walked into this store. The manager Dan has always gone Above and Beyond my expectations and his entire team always provides the same level of customer service even when he is not there. This store is always clean, and they log you into their free WiFi while you relax and wait. They are efficient and knowledgeable in all products and plans. I recommend this store to everyone. I always say theres a reason why Ive been with Verizon for over 20 Years its called Great Customer Service! and Caring Attitude!

Repeat customers year after year. Great service from Will. We purchase nothing but Apple. Just be very aware the Iphone 12 5g phones perform horribly on Verizon’s network. We purchased a 12 and a 12 Pro and had to turn off 5g in them and use LTE. This is not this sellers responsibility but lands squarely on Verizons shoulder. At this point considering other carrier.

Great experience purchasing a phone for a pleasant change! All the folks were friendly and greet you with a smile or a verbal hello!My salesperson, Adam was very product knowledgeable and didnt try to do a hard sell because I told him I didnt want to buy a new phone. I was having problems with my current phone that I had purchased somewhere else. Adam checked out the phone and made a few suggestions on how to tweak it for better performance. He didnt have to do that because they didnt sell me that phone. I think he must have realized that I really wanted a new phone anyway so he made me an offer that I couldnt refuse. A good salesman! I cannot say enough good things about the manager of this location, Dan. For over a year, he has gone above and beyond for my family, and I couldnt be more grateful. My dad, who is on my family plan, lives a mile away from the store and has constant issues figuring out how to use his phone. Since I live out of state and have a packed schedule, Dan graciously volunteered to help out and has been my dads point person/technological savior on a weekly basis for over a year. My dad really wanted a smart phone and if it wasnt for Dan educating, helping, and constantly communicating with me and my dad to ensure that everyone is on the same page (Im the account owner), theres no way we could have made this happen for my dad. Dans professionalism is beyond outstanding. Dans character - his empathy for an aging adult who wants to stay independent and keep up with the times - is unsurpassed. I walked in the door with one mission, to purchase the pixel 4. I was greeted by Jose G who actually opened the door as we walked in. He was really cool. I would say that he has excellent customer service, but he does not. Instead, what he has the rare ability to genuinely help the people that walk in the door. He did not waste my time trying to sell me on stuff that I didnt need he was very attentive and patience with me. I dont think I will be working with anyone else at this Verizon store.

A few days after purchasing my phone, I did everything I could to avoid this store. I am not good with technology and felt I was taken advantage of (being sold a phone with the wrong case and being told it would be fine because they did not have the correct case in stock). I hated using my new phone because the buttons wouldnt line up right and I always had to take the case off to change the volume up but I did not want to make a big deal of it nor did I want to get anyone in trouble. I just sucked it up until the phone completely stopped charging and I was forced to go into the store. Well I truly feel that my what goes around comes around luck was on my side because Shane made it right and was able to work with the manager Jacob to get me a new phone!! Jacob even went as far as to make the drive to get it from another store for me, 1 hour before closing!!! Who does that??? These two guys have truly saved me big time and I am so thankful they really did care for me and wasnt out to make an extra buck.I have been loving my phone and ALL THE BUTTONS WORK!!! Thank you Shane and Jacob for caring for your customers. You wanted what was right for me and that to me is priceless!!!
