After a quick march across the Tempe pedestrian bridge, our activist group went to this place. I had avocado toast and loved every bite! My friends liked their food and drinks too. The staff was quite accommodating to our 10 person group. Extra bonus for 🚲 rack close to door.

Batista was very friendly and welcoming. Nitro cold brew was delicious and so was the bagel. Bonus points for giving me a glass cup and not plastic, a real knife and a metal tray! Thanks for having less waste!

Visited for the first time today - loved it! Their staff were super friendly and helpful.Their Cold Brew is really good. We also got their OG Breakfast Burrito and Breakfast Sandwich- both were delicious.They have a super cool vibe inside and outside.Will definitely be back. I highly recommend!

Today was my first visit to Press and I was quite impressed. There was a nice selection of beans and roasts available along with descriptions of their associated flavor notes. There is a variety of brewing methods available as well. The shop is very clean and easy to find. The baristas were knowledgeable and very friendly. I can recommend Press

How is this coffee shop not blowing up?! First of all outstanding service from Sawyer and Esli! My first time here and honestly Ill be back! I didnt know what to get so Esli gave me some of her recommendations and Sawyer made the drink and it was outstanding! It taste like liquid gold and definitely fresh ingredients with quality beans! Hands down one of my favorite coffee shops now in Arizona!

I have tried a few drinks and coffee blends and they are consistently smooth and delicious. It’s the only coffee I can drink black. So so good.Also, they have the most excellent customer service and their employees are so knowledgeable about coffee. A plus for me.

I recently dropped by Press Coffee for an afternoon of studying, and I absolutely loved it! The coffee was delicious, the environment was calm with excellent wifi, and the staff were helpful and friendly. I stayed for most of the afternoon and enjoyed the big, bright windows. I will definitely be returning!

I want to hammer one observation home, right from the start. My wife & I have been exploring new local roasters/coffee shops, one per weekend for about 2 months now. So weve hit a few, theres a lot more to go. Anyways, along our travels thus far, this is the only establishment to have served our drip and nitro coffees in real, re-useable drinkware. I applaud 👏 you Press. Other shops have re-useable drinkware for purchase, as do you, but re-useable drinkware is not offered with my purchase like you. I want to also mention at least the spread knife and plates were re-useable too! The patio has got some water fountain, babbling brook sounding action too, which is nice.

Very poor customer service. After letting me wait for more than 30 minutes for my food, and watching everybody after me getting their food. I had to check what was happening and they said they skipped our order, and they were going to prepare it next, so I had to leave without my food. Not an apology, and not even an acknowledgment that I had a bad experience. So I am really sorry, the coffee tasted sour.😞

A very clean, bright, well-run establishment. The barista was knowledgeable and on his recommendation I had a Cortado, which was small but smooth and delicious. I also had the southwest burrito. Man was that thing densely packed with yummy stuff! They also got nice crisp toast ridges on it, which made it feel extra classy.

Kind of overpriced and the coffee was fruity. The atmosphere and staff experience were excellent.

Coffee is great quality but service always seems a little slow if you go in person. They fill all the online ones coming in and it usually takes a while for orders to come out.

Beautiful Location but Coffee Not Roasted Long enough. The Bristol was Wonderful! Prices were decent, More than enough seating, and the children love the outside fountains. oh and praise the Lord for the wonderful air conditioning!

Bad experience. I ordered their 8$ breakfast special. She said what size coffee I wanted. I said the 12 oz. I guess I didnt realize the breakfast special was for a tiny 8 oz cup. So I got charged 0.50 cents more for the 12 oz. Okay. I ordered the regular coffee and it was incredibly strong! I couldnt drink it. Plus the breakfast sandwich had BURNED bacon in it! That ruined it for me. How can any cook think that burned bacon will not be noticed when you bite into it? We ordered to go, and I didnt want to go back and tell them what the problem was. I didnt want to go back and wait another long stretch of time for a free one. In addition, they werent busy but this simple order took a long time. Too bad. I wanted to like this place.

If I had left this review last year, it would have been five stars. The coffee is excellent, the majority of food options are good, the environment has a laid back vibe and the place is always clean.However, the quality of customer service has dropped off substantially with the new wave of hires, who seem to care more about gossiping than actually performing their jobs. At times it can take ages to get served, even when the place is empty.

This used to be my go-to coffee spot in Tempe, for the past two-plus years. It was once bright and inviting. Now it feels spartan and sterile. Staff is friendly but not the same, not as professional. They’ve removed all of the welcoming, cozy furniture, ie the sofa and padded chairs. Additives and sweeteners are basic and miserly; no honey. Coffee quality has been less consistently good. Their pastry provider has also changed, and is inferior to the one from before. The new customer service model seems to me to be: “come and spend money, but don’t linger too long, and don’t expect any of the frills and extras (such as a variety of sweeteners and creamers), despite our inflated prices and five-star location.” I’m sad to say that I won’t be going here anymore.

I love the coffee and I go to press all the time. Its one of my favorites, but this location has the worst staff of any coffee shop Ive been to. Rude young girls who are clearly just there for the paycheck and shouldnt work with the public.

My drink was delicious (I ordered the Chocolate Peanut Butter Shaker), but unfortunately that was the only thing giving this place a few stars. The barista was a little cold to me, and the wifi was not working. I really only come to coffee shops to order coffee and get work done...so that was a bummer!If youre just popping in for a to-go drink, I would say this is a decent place for you. However, if you are looking for a quaint environment to get some work accomplished with friendly service, I would venture elsewhere.

I have been to other locations and have had great service and food, but this location has been some of the worst service I have seen in a while when it comes to over the phone contact. I ordered through DoorDash and they called me saying that they could not give me one of the items. That would have been fine however they hung up on me mid sentence while I was asking for a replacement item.No one, not even DoorDash themselves, could manage to reach this location just to talk about the situation and the man on the phone was very rude and only let me talk when he asked for my order credentials.Press coffee is good, this location is not

Came here for a quick pick me up.The cashier working at the time was extremely friendly and helpful in helping me decide what to get. I ended up getting an iced mocha and it was great! Would have preferred less ice, but it tasted wonderful.The place is really quite and peaceful. Also really pretty! Definitely recommend coming here just to relax.

Honestly, I dont know what all the hype is about. Yeah, the coffee is certainly okay, but accolades of this high caliber? Not for me. Grab a Nespresso and enjoy lattes at home; this place competes with Starbucks prices -- which themselves are too high. Maybe there are some perks that I missed in the couple times Ive gone, but even with its incredibly close proximity to home, I wouldnt tend to my daily allowance of caffeine at this place.

I love Press Coffee and their skywater location. I go there at least once or twice a week to get coffee either for myself or my coworkers. The only thing I would like them to start doing is having some type of reward system in place.

Large, solid coffee shop in back of a large apartment (condo?) complex. A bit slick, but theres some couches too. 20ish tables. Several outlets. Decent selection of tea. Small selection of pastries. Typing this in later without having taken good notes, so review is a bit brief.

Extremely slow service. Waited about thirty minutes for a latte (not an exaggeration). Multitask, please. You can be artisan and efficient.

Love the breakfast sandwich. Did not recieve a text letting me know my order was ready. It was sitting on the counter when I walked in.

Great Cafe. Very lively staff. Coffee was very competitively priced and their morning roast was delicious. Only thing I would suggest is that there was a little more seating room if possible.

Their lattes are superb. The pastry collection not great, but the avocado toast is wonderful. A definite stop on your Tempe coffee house list! In nice weather it is great to sit by the fountain outside. Love this Press location!

The BEST dirty chai I have ever had. Breakfast here is also solid- I had toast and my boyfriend had the house burrito, both were great. Service was very friendly and sweet. Definitely visiting again and so glad we live within walking distance.

Ive been on the hunt for a good cup of coffee on my rout to work in Tempe so today I thought Id try a place that came highly recommended by a few people in the office. Well sadly, I was disappointed. My Americano was SOUR. Its supposed to be a little bitter, but not sour. Service was as fast as can be for 1 person pulling all the shots and taking all the orders, so I wont hold it against them for being a bit slow. The environment was a bit stuffy and antiseptic for my taste so I didnt stick around for long. At $3ish the price was fair so that was a good thing. Maybe I just got a bad batch? Next time Ill try the drip coffee.

Atmospheric and had really good drinks! Their coffee smells amazing, and when they used to have Kombucha on tap, that was wonderful too.

Very particular about black coffee and this place has a great black coffee that doesn’t leave that bitter after taste in your mouth. My friends got an oat-milk latte and it was pretty good too!

Stopped at roasting location. Hoping to buy coffee or sample.Guy came out from back, was short and quick only roasting here, have to buy at Rio Salado location, and you have 30 minutes before they close. Turned quickly away and dismissed me. What if I were a large customer? Or a buyer for a restaurant? A food writer? I dont expect over the top, just politeness. I didnt think the rude barista attitude extended to the roaster too.

They sometimes had the espresso beans that I wanted, more often than not I got a half hearted apology from some kid my grandchildren’s age who really didn’t seem to care. I use Lux and Cartel as I buy a lot and they remember me. Nice try with the old stale pastries as well!!

Press coffee is a great addition to the tapestry of Phoenix coffee bars. The Central location is great right before you visit the museum amd Irish cultural center.Make sure to try the Ethiopian brew!

The staff is more interested in gossiping than making coffee, this makes their service super slow. This gets pretty uncomfortable in the morning when you just wanna pick up coffee.

A touch difficult to spot from the road and parking is limited BUT its a really nice cup of coffee. They were brewing four options when I went in (which I love having options) and hot coffee was offered with free refills all day.

Just had the best cappuccino of my life. I used to think that foam texture was relatively unimportant compared to the balance of the espresso but the perfectly frothed milk in this cappuccino changed my mind and probably ruined most other coffee shops for me.

The coffee is astringent, overtly bitter (cold brew, black), and slightly soapy. I found large chewy chunks at the base of my coffee, but the customer service was great and hey did exchange it. However, the bottled cold brew was not up to par.

Clean, friendly and unique style of upscale coffee shop, coffee has a light unripened flavor but is pleasant and refreshing. Probably not something that should be a go to, but there are also some very nice cars in the garage of the attached building if ferraris and mclarens are of interest. Please be respectful.

I actually was visiting a friend in the apartment complex and walked by this coffee shop which was closed at the time I was there. Id love to give it 5 stars -if I ever dine there.
