OMG the aroma inside this building will send you into a diabetic coma. The cookies were absolutely heavenly. For diabetics a 1/4 of cookie will hit 200+ mark but WELL worth it. I promise you the price is well worth it IMHO.

When I tried to visit this place, I was a little confused because there was no sign above the store. But theyre still there! And their cookies are delicious. I like that they have such few but really great options for cookies. My favorite was the basic chocolate chip, but the sweet & salty was also really good (it has m&ms and pretzels)
Man oh man these cookies were delicious and they were huge too! My family of three ended up splitting one. These are very thick cookies so the middles are a little under baked which we loved on all the cookies except the sugar cookie (that one just ended up feeling too dense). Our favorites were the chocolate chip and the oatmeal, so good!I think it is both a blessing and curse to live within their delivery location :)
Chunk cookies are far superior to Crumbl. I had Chunk for the first time this week while visiting from out of town and am so sad they don’t have a location where I live!The chunk cookie base is very flavorful compared to most of their competitors. I’m not sure if they have more salt or something, but they are perfect.
These cookies are so good and huge! You literally will only need 1 cookie and will be super satisfied. Having a newborn I don’t leave the house much while on maternity leave and I have the biggest sweet tooth. So I discovered this place and love that they deliver! These cookies are chocolate chip perfection. We’ve ordered a few times now, most recently being for our son’s 9th birthday. Every time they arrive warm and fresh baked. The flavor has been consistent each and every time. They may seem expensive but these cookies are huge and thick and totally deliver satisfaction. Every person we’ve had deliver has been very polite. I met the owner at Starbuck’s and he was very nice and humble. We just tried another cookie competitor today and they didn’t even come close. We’re Team Chunk Cookies all the way!

The cookies themselves deserve 5 stars. Maybe even 10. They are absolutely fantastic!! However, the novelty of this company is “hot, fresh cookies delivered to your door”, and believe me, when they get this right, it is absolutely worth the $13 + tip + tax.But, that’s not always the case. My husband and I ordered twice this week. The first time we finally pulled the trigger, it was worth every penny. An hour later, we had hot, gooey, fresh from the oven, melt in your mouth cookies. It was a dream! So the very next night we couldn’t resist ordering them again. This time, though, they showed up cold. Not even a little warm - and that’s supposed to be the “selling point”. We spent $30 on cookies this week, which is ridiculous in my mind, but if every experience was like the first one, I would be happy to shell out $15 per box (of 4 cookies).It’s absolutely not worth the money for cold cookies, though, because part of the price is for the opportunity to devour hot, gooey cookies. I’m hesitant to order again because I want every experience we had to be like the first one!

Their cookies may be good, but I guess I will never know! I had a great plan in place for a Valentines surprise for my family while I was out of town. I scheduled an order for the evening, and when the time came and passed with no cookies, I sent an email and then followed up with a call. The system (allegedly) didnt process my order, so they said we are entering it in manually right now and sending our driver right now...the cookies will be there in 30 minutes! Not ideal, but I get that mistakes happen. Then...nothing. No cookies. I emailed again the next day and nobody had any idea about anything, just that my order never got processed. (The credit card processed perfectly, funny enough -- no problem there!). 3 days later and still no apology, no refund, no nothing. So disappointed. Seems like they have a good idea but they dont yet have a good system or employee training in place to deliver a good experience. Bummer!

We absolutely love chunk cookies! they have a location in Tempe where you can pick up a box of 4 and they are hot and huge and delicious. They have a rotating flavor and weve tried the red velvet last week and this week its the cookies and cream and we are excited to devour these! they also deliver, so we are looking forward to trying that out at some point or using it for a gift to someone else.

First time ordering cookies from here, delivery time is long but for warm cookies anybody would wait. The cookies do show up fresh and warm, very generous sized, service was pleasant. The insides of the cookie are mostly dough and lack enough chocolate. The dough tasted heavy on the flour and granulated sugar, almost like cake batter. Less flour and switch up the ratio w/ more brown sugar. Overall experience was positive, I’d give 3.5 stars overall.

My family loves these cookies, the taste and texture are unmatched! However, I am disappointed by the service the last several deliveries. They have consistently been late with the delivery time by at least 30 minutes and up to an hour. Calling to injure hasnt come with any apologies or compensation. If you plan on having them delivered order than at least an hour before they are needed.
My cookies were cold since I received them as a gift and didn’t get to eat them until later so I just heated them up in the oven on 375 and they were absolutely amazing and extra gooey and soft. These are the highest quality cookies I’ve ever had and they’re so big each one is 3/4 regular servings. Thank you.

I’m very disappointed. These cookies were supposed to be a special birthday gift. Not only were the cookies not delivered on time due to a supposed “missing apartment number” when I’m staring at the order confirmation with the apartment number listed. I called to find out what was going on and the girl on the phone assured me the cookies would be delivered fresh and that the birthday message I wrote would be provided as well. The message was not with the cookies. I was trying to do my best by supporting a small business during Covid19 and supplying my loved one with a special gift while she is isolated from her family during her birthday. Maybe Crumbl would have been a better option?

So not professional, just amateur girls who don’t know how to run a business. Over an hour late the last time I ordered and this time it’s been over an hour past the delivery time and no reply to my emails. Just lost a loyal customer out of me, not even worth it.

It was hard, cold, and flavorless. I went back in to switch it for another flavor to give them another shot and I was told I cant do that, well at least now you know you dont like it now. This was very poor service and shows the heart of the company.Go to another store: Insomnia, red apron, or even Cost Co for better cookies.

Having the type of relationship I do with all things PB make me believe I am an expert and authority in the field and have to tell you that CHUNK COOKIES sells the best peanut butter cookie you can buy!!! Mom, if you are reading this, I said, can buy :).But seriously, I have bought every PB cookie I have found over the past decade and im always left a tad disappointed until Ive tried these from Chunk.Since discovering them a few weeks ago, I have bought 10 boxes of them and will continue to keep going back for them. These are delicious cookies! The chocolate chip cookie is amazing, I also really like the chunkerdoodle and biscoff. The lemon cookie I tried was the first one I was unhappy with,it was really flat and not good, the Nutella was also disappointing there was only a small spoonful of it in the middle.... I wouldnt get those ones again. I am happy there is a Gilbert location now though.

I swear these four cookies weighed at least 5lbs. That is a 1 1/4lbs cookie each. They were soooo good. The cookies were so warm and chewy. We snacked on them for two days. I will be ordering them again often. Highly recommend you try them.

The best tasting cookies! I wasnt excited about spending $14 on just 4 cookies but had to try this out. THESE COOKIES are EACH about one inch thick and about the size of a bagel!!! You can easily feed 6 - 8 people with an order of 4 so it makes the price fair. The come warm but when they cool down, they are just as yummy with a quick 15 second zap in the microwave. Fast delivery; exactly on time as promised. You recieve a departure text and you can track the driver literally street by street on the way to your house so you know just when to open the door. 🍪
