I enjoyed this place and my taste buds were happy once I took the first bite. I highly recommend this establishment.

Good cookies and ice cream.Mint chip ice cream was a win.Snickerdoodle was my favorite of the classic cookies. Im usually a big fan of oatmeal raisin and peanut butter and both those were good but not amazing.I wasnt thrilled with any of the mint cookies but they werent terrible, just not my thing.I would come back here for late night cookies for sure.

My boss bought me the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Walnut cookie for my birthday. Well, by Sunday, 2 days later, I needed a 6 pack of the deluxe to take home; plus a Blueberry Cobbler! (1 Chocolate Chip didnt make it home 🤣😋🤣)These cookies should be illegal they are so good!

Awesome tasting cookies! Weird experience.. They have a smaller display of what is available at the moment, but thats in quotations because they arent really available. The woman charged us for our cookies and came back and said they are all out. Okay, what about this other one. Let me check, nope out of that one too. We spent 20 minutes doing this. Mind you, she already took our card. The manager came and helped to sort out what they actually had available, the only ones purchasable were $1.25 more than the smaller ones. Oh but wait, the cookies only take 30mins to bake. We were there so long, it seems they shouldve been popping out soon. Nope. This place is very disorganized. Dont be surprised if you actually go here. We left with 3 huge cookies we didnt really want. Bummer.

Not impressed. Go to Cold Stone Creamery or cookie Crumbles. Girl who walked on me seemed like she was not interested in answering any of my questions. And being I had never been there before, I needed to ask questions. Ice cream is Thrifty ice cream which is good. I wont go back again.

My friend brought us these cookies when she was in the area. She got us the Double Chocolate Chunk ($1.75), the Salted Caramel ($3.25), and the Smores ($3.25). And wow were these cookies delicious!!! My friend said they were freshly made when she bought them.These cookies were awesome. Theyre the kind that are nice and crunchy on the edge and soft and chewy in the center, which is my preference for cookies.The Double Chocolate Chunk was deliciously chocolatey. It was very rich and decadent for the price and also not overly sweet. Dense in flavor but not texture 😉 Would definitely get this cookie again if Im need of a chocolate craving.The Salted Caramel was not overly salty and super delicious. It was one of the deluxe cookies and I can definitely see why. It was everything I imagined a Salted Caramel cookie to be and more. It wasnt overly sweet and perfectly rich. If youre a fan of salted caramel or just plain caramel, this is a must try.My favorite cookie of all was the Smores cookie. When we were breaking it apart, we can see the stretch from the marshmallows and cookie. Definitely a sight to behold! It tasted exactly like a smores but better since the crunchy edges had just the right amount of crunch when compared to graham crackers.Will definitely be returning to try all their flavors and finding my favorite!

To start off, the staff has always been friendly, and this is not about them.On several occasions, we have placed orders with insomnia and the tracker will not update for hours. One time we called the store and it turned out the online system was not transmitting any orders. It was taking payments though. We had to email the company for a refund. We waited an hour for our cookies and there was no indication anything was wrong until we called. Any system that I have ever used to order online will not allow orders to be placed if there are technical difficulties. This is extremely disappointing, and I am not sure we will be ordering from insomnia for a very long time.

Used to love insomnia but now that I have crumbl closer to my house I go there often.Not all the cookies taste good at insomnia. The only ones I like is m&m and white chocolate macadamia. My sister loves the double chocolate.

Never received. Called customer service after waiting over an hour and seeing a notification that it had been delivered already but it wasn’t there. The representative assured me it was on the way— waited another hour and called back again only to be told my order was cancelled. Representative was literally clueless and made me never want to give this place another chance. Annnd my refund may apparently take 5 days. For something I didn’t ever get. Lovely. Don’t bother with this store, ruined my night.

Pay 2.99 for a ‘gift box’, you get a standard cardboard box everyone else gets. These cookies are VERY VERY small and extremely greasy. You must pay for parking in a dark and distant parking garage to purchase cookies here. CHUNK & CRUMBL are the only places to buy huge, flavorful, fresh baked hot cookies . The black boxes from CHUNK are classy, and free. Park right out the front door-very convenient. Chunk or Crumbl are the ticket, not ‘insomnia cookies’… whatever that means

This company is a train wreck and this review pertains to the company as a whole but also in regards to their new location in Scottsdale, one that’s not even open yet. How can you get a one star review without being open? Well, let me tell you. I tried to order from the new location a few weeks ago. The first error occurred when trying to order from their website directly. No matter what credit card I used to pay, I kept getting the error message of “your card has been marked for fraud,” which makes no sense and is also pretty suspicious to me. I was eventually able to finally place an order. This order was never delivered despite being charged for it. In fact, according to the order tracker, my cookies were still baking the next morning. So I emailed their customer service and got this in response:“Thanks for reaching out to us! Im very sorry there was an tech issue when trying to place your order. I will definitely pass this issue along to our IT team so they can figure out how this happened”Ok fine. Then a few days later I get a text message that cookies have been delivered to my apartment as a courtesy….except no cookies were delivered to me or any surrounding neighbors. So I emailed customer service again and this was the response I got:“Thank you for providing us with this update! I will forward this over to our IT Department so they can continue looking into this. Unfortunately, I believe, there is a glitch on our website that is allowing orders to get through for the Scottsdale location. This location hasnt opened yet, so orders should not be able to be processed. I have informed the IT Department of this issue and hopefully they will have this issue resolved quickly! Thank you for all the information you have provided to us”So, after all of this, THE STORE LOCATION ISNT EVEN OPEN YET. Somehow the first customer service rep who emailed me glanced over that little issue.So then, this evening, I noticed Insomnia cookies Scottsdale on BOTH Uber Eats and GrubHub so I figured it was actually open at this point. So I ordered from Grubhub….guess what….no delivery and unable to reach anyone by phone via the number listed on both Grubhub and Uber Eats….because it’s not actually open yet….still….HOW is it possible for a location to not even be open but to allow ordering on their website AND TWO separate delivery sites? I can understand one mistake as a new business but this place is so shambly. I will be taking my business elsewhere to a place that knows what they are doing.

If you want a sweet snack late at night, this is the place to go. Generally not much of a dessert person. But Im always up for a yummy warm cookie. The cookies here are good, no doubt. But definitely not the best cookies. If you read the reviews it shows bad service at this location. But the workers were very nice during our visit. I asked for a 6 Count Cookie and they laughed and said it sounded like I was ordering chicken nuggets. Definitely a place to try out.

Placed an order amd received a notification later it had arrived. Called customerservice because it hadnt, they said it was still on the way amd a computer glitch. Called customer service again later when it hadnt arrived and a different person told the order had been canceled but I had not been notified. This took over 3 hours of waiting to not get my order.

Ordered cookies from this location and drove all the way from N phx. It was closed at 7 pm on a Sunday.. Apparently this is normal occurrence for this business according to every other review. Called customer service and I was literally on hold for a decade, the rep was laughing and telling me to go back tomorrow (I wouldn’t even waste my time or gas even if they paid me) First expirence and all I can say is NEVER again.

This place is the worst. Placed an order for cookies that never came (well they hadn’t come after 3.5 hours so I decided to go to bed, and when I woke up - no cookies outside my door and the website said they were still “baking”). It took awhile for the charge to post on my credit card so I thought they had at least realized they never made or delivered my cookies and were refunding it but nope the charge went through a few days later. Now I’m having a blast trying to connect with an actual human being from their customer service to be refunded for an error on their ends. Thanks again insomnia cookies for being the worst cookie delivery place in Tempe.

Thanks for ruining my daughters birthday party . Placed order in advance . Houseful of kids expecting cookies that never arrived . Contacted store multiple times and was hung up on .Ive been in the food industry for over 40 years Ive never shut down my store and not contacted the customer about a pre-existing order. for a premium product and a premium price thats ridiculous please know we ever use this store.

Absolutely terrible! Placed my order online hours in advance even called to confirm before driving their, arrived at the store and was told there was no order under my name. I was given no help by the staff on how to replace the order and they didn’t even offer to take a new order. So I went to my car and placed a new order waited for 20 min just to get home to all broken cookies!!…plus MISSING COOKIES?!? …why? Because I bought 2, 6 packs of separate flavors and they shoved them all into the box meant for 6 cookies.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Ordered from this location today and showed up to the location and the doors were locked. Sign on the door says they close at 5... it was 315. Can’t get in contact with anyone I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

First time going here & it was terrible. They had no idea where my order was and once I showed them proof of order, they said theres nothing they can do. So I emailed customer service & lets just say Logan from customer service was not any help either. Terrible cookie shop.. there is way better including CRUMBL

I’ve ordered delivery here twice for parties and the cookies are ok. I would give them a higher rating except now I’m suddenly outside of their delivery range, so I tried calling three times to ask them if it was a mistake. I’m pretty patient, so I waited 10 or so minutes each time and no one has ever picked up. I’m a 9 minute drive away ... did you decide delivery range needed to be within walking distance?

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am not one to leave reviews like this (I work in the food industry as well and understand how stressful the job can be) but WOW do not come to this location fr. I ordered for delivery through GrubHub, waited two and a half hours, and still had not received my order. After calling their customer service hotline twice (and being told by customer service that they have not been able to reach the restaurant management for two days), I drive up there myself to find that the store is completely closed 45 minutes before they’re actually supposed to be closed. Will not be returning.

The first time I ordered from here my order got lost and was never even made so they offered to bring them to me the next day. This time I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again and I have been waiting for my cookies for over an hour. Called the customer service line and all she could tell me was that they have one driver...umm ok well then dont take on deliveries if you are not able to provide the service efficiently!! I used to order from the insomnia cookies in my hometown and never had this issue but when I moved to AZ the service has been complete and utter trash ever since. ORDERED AT 9:45PM, JUST GOT THEM AT 11:30PM!! DO NOT...AND I REPEAT....DO NOT ORDER IF YOURE NOT WILLING TO WAIT 2+ HOURS?!?! Or maybe just save yourself the heartache and buy a pack from the grocery store...truly sad!!

I placed an order at 10:17 it was for as soon as possible, which said it would be 20-30 minutes. As of 11:42 it still had not been delivered. When I contacted the store they notified me that post mates had just arrived to pick up the order. It is now midnight and my order still has not been delivered. Thats over an hour and a half for two cookie sandwiches. I live eight minutes away. I paid a delivery charge and 20% tip. In total it was $25. Honesty way to expensive and far too long of a wait.

My cookies are always underbaked. I was given a 3 month credit but it was a week expired when I went to use it so of course they didnt honor it. Such a great cookie recipe to be consistently ruined by horrible bakers. Pitty

Came down from Prescott and made a stop to see my favorite cookies shop which said it was open. It’s closed and it said 6/26 open for pickup only and nothing about today. No one was in the building so I didn’t try a pickup. 😔

Dont come to this store unless you know it is open, which has no schedule whatsoever. Came here twice early afternoon & it was closed.Also their helpline number is terrible. If a customer has to wait 15 mins to get in touch with someone, it really is bad service.

My brother sent a gift box for my wife for Mother’s Day. The cookies came hot, fresh out of the oven and were delicious. The delivery guy was one of the employees and he was friendly and efficient. The website lists the prices which are reasonable and the personal delivery was excellent. I will be shopping here in the future! This is a great concept and it’s close to our home in Tempe!

Love the hours they are open

The staff was friendly and the food was good, but one of the workers was not wearing a mask and i had to assemble my ice cream sandwich myself (i basically paid for a scoop of ice cream and two cookies separately). although im sure its much better outside of a pandemic, its overpriced for having to make it yourself.

So I totally love this place, and loved the girl working with Mandy on the night shift of 12/10/19- but Mandy is incredibly rude. Being that the group I was with all work in the food industry, we understand the importance of good customer service. Not only was Mandy incredibly rude to my group, she was also extremely demeaning to her coworker. I’m not sure what possessed her to have the courage to speak to anyone that way, but I personally feel that no one in the work place should be treated that way. I truly hope senior management takes care of this individual, as I will see to it that all of my friends do not visit this location. Baked Bear would never.

The cookies here are absolutely delicious! HOWEVER, I came here with my boyfriend on 12/13/20 around appx 9:30pm and whatever employee was working at the time, white girl with blue eyes and highlights, was EXTREMELY disrespectful and rude. Her service was terrible and she slammed our receipt on the counter and basically shoved all of our items at us. Even the people behind us ended up complaining because of how rude she was. Cookies were amazing, but the lack of decent customer service ruined the whole experience. Will not be coming again.

Had insomnia cookies a few years ago in Miami, they were great, figured we would try it again... The cookies from this location were nothing like I remembered. Very disappointed. The salted caramel ice cream was not good either, and had weird chunks of ice in it. For as expensive as they are.. not worth the money.Edit: I did contract customer support and they were very nice about handling my issue.

Hours are listed as open on google and the website. I just drove all the way here from Glendale and they are closed without reason. Super frustrating.

Drove a little distance to get here and at 11:05pm they’re closed though their hours on here say they close at midnight. So yeah that’s annoying and a waste of time!

The cookies are really good here, however expect to wait over two hours for your delivery. Also, my order has mysteriously disappeared at least three times. It’s really hard to get ahold of the actual store, half the time the number in google goes to a call center instead. I’m really tired of ordering from them and never receiving my order or not wanting cookies anymore after waiting for so long.

They dont have health service cards, eat and drink while serving the guests, even admitted that the cookies are only baked when needed. The Ice Cream scoops are the same that they serve everyone with, just in a pool of non running water. Lastly they force the staff to work without pay. Please dont support this disgusting place.
