Amazing customer service! I called the 800# and the lady was very rude and refused to help me with my store pick up order. So I called the store and Becky and her manager (sorry I forgot your name) were the best! Got everything figured out! Very helpful and super friendly! Thank you ladies! Definitely got me in the Christmas cheer spirit! ♡

Toys r us was back, can you open it and bring it back my toys please.

Not really impressed with this store. The inventory was small, prices werent awesome and staff wasnt friendly or helpful. I gave up on what I was looking for quickly so I dont want to score too low but I cant say Im coming back here.

My experience at Toys R Us is always exceptional. The service is always great, very friendly people that are always will to help me out to find anything I need, whether it be in the store or online. I enjoy the welcoming and fun environment and variety of toys.

Not much merchandise of note here, but the entire corporation seems to be going out of business... so theyre getting rid of everything. The merchandise that remains is discounted, so get it before its gone.

These employees are very professional, knowledgeable and nice. They gave me all the information I needed. They also had print out directions to the main store. Thank you for all your help you guys and gals are awesome.

This store is much smaller than your typical toysrus. They dont really do events like the others and dont have much stock. I usually am unable to find what I am looking for particularly Lego exclusives. I go here every time Im at the mall but i dont know why since Im always disappointed. Not much to see here. Feel free to move on instead of stopping in!

A surprising amount of toys in here, lots of really good deal. Most are sale prices which match Amazon, but others are even better deal, just need to get lucky.

I buy a plane with a remote but when I try it doesnt work I go back to returned . I ask girl she work at the store to give me another one, she told me sorry we are out but when I go check by my self I found like 10 of planes, I take one to switch with my old plane, I told here I found one and still u have 9 left. A guy he work at store maybe his manager he told me No dont take it again a lot of customers they bring it back, I told him ok thank you but why u still have it, u have to take it dont sell it anymore, why i have to drive 30 min and waste my time. He told me sorry dont ask for discount but if u want to buy same thing good buy it expensive and I know u are cheap and save yr money better for u, we know we sell same bad games with half price just to attract people but they get they refund, with bad altitude bad customers service. I hope the owner know that .

Varry bad experience!I came to the store at Mills Tempe in purpose, 45min drive just to find out that altough the web site states it will be closed at 7:00pm itwas already closed by 6:00pm. Shame on you!!!
