My best friend got me this custom necklace and it is amazing! Jenny was awesome and worked with her after there were some slight changes she wanted made. We have similar ones and after a bit of wear they had started to show signs of tarnishing from humidity and just general wear and tear. Jenny provided us some awesome tips on how to clean them and they looked brand new soon after. Overall, great quality and equally fantastic customer service!

My boyfriend had this custom necklace made for me a couple of months ago. I love his thought and efforts behind the necklace - his and my birthstones and our anniversary date engraved on the back- but I am disappointed in the quality of the jewelry. I don’t know how much he spent, but I know it’s more than the $20-25 I feel it’s worth, at most. The chain itself is sparkly and pretty. The bar and the jewels used, to me are obviously not real. Don’t get me wrong, “fake” gold and jewels CAN be totally fine, and look great. This piece is not one of them.
