The Gift Card Exchange Store has always been accommodating and provides very competitive, if not the best, exchange rate on gift cards. Their business rules are well laid out so theres no misunderstanding, and the staff has been very accommodating and kind in dealing with them. This store is the best of other stores I have throughout the Valley. This store gets the nod as my first and only stop.

The employee was very rude and Disrespectful. One upside the head may possibly benefit him if he knew what was good for him.

The guys that run this place are awesome. they consistently do their best to help you get the highest possible payout for your trade, and always offer possible solutions to any issues you may have. that on top of always offering the highest payout compared to any other place/website makes this the ONLY place I would suggest you go to sell your gift cards.Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Never typically leave reviews but I had a bad experience here. I called in a couple days ago about selling something and he told me to come in, giving me a rate/price they would buy for over the phone. When I got into the store he had denied that he said anything like that over the phone and was very unprofessional. I’ll do business elsewhere.

Quick n easy. At the time of exchange they provided 75% of the card value, so not a bad idea if your needing quick cash and if you have a couple gift cards laying around :) will definitely come back. Great customer service, and very knowledgeable thanks again.-JM

Fast and easy convenience to cash out some gift cards. I got 80 dollars for a 100 gift card visa.

First of all, I called this place in advance to ask what their requirements and percentage rate were. Also, to see if they accepted Staples gift cards. The associate (staff) told me yes and in fact we will offer you 70%. The idea sounded great. I was told all I needed was to bring the card and receipt which I had and did. When I arrived to this place of business and waited my turn to seen, the staff member took my things wrote on my card scratched the silver strip off ( which I lost value now) and handed it back to me and said sorry I forgot to ask for ID. I then realized that I did not have it I left it home. I have explained that to the staff and he still refuse to help me. The value of the card was 13 and change which would have given me 9 dollars. So he told me that if I could find a debit or credit card with my name on it then he would help me. So, I tore my car apart searching for maybe an old card or so. I then stumbled upon my birth certificate and presented that to him and he still refuse to help me out. (I really needed the money for electric). He told me that his boss would not accept something of the sort to prove my citizenship ( Wow) doesnt get much better than a birth certificate. Anyway this place of business is over 20miles away from my home and was the closest one to my home. To top all this I want getting much money back. The store took value from me and still did not help me. If you know the business of gift card exchange, the stores do not typically like when the card has been scratched. If card are scratched stores will doc your original percentage rate. Which happened to me I ended up with 7 dollars total.I tried explaining that to the staff and was told since the card was of little value other stores will take the risk and take card anyway.Well that was not the Reply that I was looking for or the kind of customer service or kind of business I was looking to partner with.Your employee made a mistake and Cost me money with no formal apology. If your going to tell people how to use your business giving them the proper information when they call before coming would be best.

Wouldnt take my cards for seemingly arbitrary rules. At the very least it could have been explained better without being needlessly abrasive.

Great experience! Very fast and very easy. Brought in some Target and Starbucks gift cards and got about 75% for all of them...pretty much the standard rate for most cards except 50% for Starbucks and restaurant cards. 80% for Walmart. Got paid cash in about 3 minutes. Big help as I was strapped for cash!

This place used to be a favorite of mine. Staff has always been great. Home Depot store credit now requires them to verify and takes 24 hours. Which is no problem but they said it would be ready between 12p-1p and it was not complete until 630pm. Employees were moody, rude and not the atmosphere it used to be at all.

There guy working was really nice. Outside of that.. They have some cool stuff, But not the selection I was looking for.

This place is between 3-4 stars.. Its a total hit or miss. I get giftcards from family for all occasions, and I like to save them and cash in all at once to go to the casino...sometimes the guy is cool and just runs them through for me, others im asked for receipts, the c/c it was bought with, and/or to go to walmart and use my GC to buy one of theirs... How could someone possibly provide this if the cards are a gift for like christmas or your birthday...? Nor to mention they NEVER EVER stay open the whole time posted, or have any money thw last 2-4hrs... What kind of businesss is this inconsistent? But when they are good to you, its great! When they give you that run-a-round.. Day ruined.

Great place to sell gift cards. Fast and easy process. They dont offer the greatest percentage for the dollar amount of the cards but they are a business trying to make money so its fair.

I have only been to gift card side. Everyone is extremely nice and willing to answer all questions. They are fast from start to finish. I have never been there longer than 10 minutes.

This is the place to sell those Wal-Mart gift cards you get from jacking their merchandise then returning it with no receipt. These guys pay up to like 85%.

Terrible they said I had sold them a bad card 2 plus years ago then they tried to keep the one I was currently selling them without ever furnishing proof of the bad one. I have sold them several other cards over the two years never mentioning this before the police asked them to return my property which they did. I went to use later that day only to learn that they transferred the money on that card to another account. The card company and police are both doing a investigation and according to the the police this happens all the time with these scandalous people and the businesses they run. Dont risk using them CFC, Card Father, or better yet the guy on 26 Ave and bethany are much better choices and business people.

I think that this place is good and useful. I also think its kind of an accelerant for crime so unfortunatly although I apreciate the service and they do give the best petcentages ; I do not agree so much with the morality of a place like this . but I still give 5 stars .they earned it.

One thing I learned about this place is that depending on the card. and who you talk to they give you a different percentage every time. but he did tell me that the Walmart cards are always 80% return

Get there early they may run out of money. I like the card place at 27th Ave and Bethany Home pay better and you get Otter Pops or to see pops never we tell you half today rest of money tomorrow.

Went there at 8pm and they were closed. Not sure if they closed early or are closed down.

The percentages they give are great, but dont tell people over the phone you accept one card and then when you actually go inside they tell you no we dont accept that card.

Greatplace to sell your giftcards. As long as ou have i.d. and you are not trying to pull one over on these guys, you can sell practically any gift card to them. They are not dumb though so if you are not being honest, they WILL know.

Ehhhh. After said 5 in the evening, if its over a certain amount, they tell you half the money then and half the money tomorrow. The pay out percentage is the only reason for 2 stars. Staff can be rude as hell.
