Enjoy Hot Topic. This is one of my favorite locations but you know what to expect when you go to big box locations.

Ive been a long time customer of hot topic and have always loved their products and services. I actually still have my hot topic membership card from like 2009. The interior of their stores is always very clean and organized and I always love their soundtrack and interior design choices

I mean, Im not really HTs demographic (that could change it they carried Eeyore t-shirts in my size, just sayin) but I had a heck of a discount, so I got a Critical Role t-shirt for my wife.I had it delivered to the store and picked it up, which was fast and convenient. The manager found my package quickly, opened it to check the product, bagged it, and I was on my way.Good location.

Too much going on in there. Used to love top topic just not what it used to be. Not just this store but, all the hot topics in general.

Staff was unfriendly and not helpful, maybe they were just too busy but could have been at least a little helpful or more friendly.

Was a very good visit. Cashiers were very nice and professional. Was buy 2 get 1 free in the entire store. Found some good pops and an inuyasha necklace. Was awesome. Cant wait to visit again.

We love this store. But sometimes, Like now, they get an abundance of stuff and instead of rotating stock they decide to just put everything out on the floor at once. Every path, walkway and isle is so narrow it feels like a maze created for Arthur and the Invisibles! Not grown a*% folks.Other than that, the store was clean and orderly. They had a bouncer (store employee) at the door, she was counting heads and only allowing a set # of people into the store at a time. All of the staff were helpful and nice. And in some cases patient when we had what seemed like 50 questions we could have just had google answer for us lol.

Would probably never set foot in another again after this last visit. Not a single worker could bother as much as a hello, let alone ask if I needed help. I was looking for supernatural things, as this is typically the only store to carry anything related to the show. The workers did however have no issue staring at me the entire time like I was a theif or something instead of doing their job. Way to make people want to shop at your store.

Love this place for the products. This visit was very frustrating. I specifically asked an employee if a product was on clearance. I was told it was and only $3. I was excited so grabbed 5 but another employee informed me that they were not on clearance but full price. So irritated

Believe it or not they really have a large variety of gauges for your ears

Why is the store so small! Everyone is always packed in here like sardines.

Always love coming to Hot topic, great people and service all around in all locations. Come here at least once or twice a week.

Always have trouble getting rung out in this store. Whether it’s slow employees working the cash register or no employees around to ring you out. The reason for this post is because today after finding what I wanted I stood at the register for a good amount of time while some employee just continued to put merchandise away looking up at me every so often but never coming forward to ring me out. So I moved in front of the other register to clearly be waiting to be rung out when A couple came up to the other register next to me. This employee who has been blatantly ignoring me put down what she was doing to come ring the couple out. I said something to her about how I’ve been standing here waiting for a while and this girl had the nerve to tell me these other people were here before I was. So rude, I put my items down on the counter and walked out. There is always some issue when I go to this location and after today I am done shopping with hot topic.

Except the unexpecteddifferent types of jobs that give you opportunities of jobs u may or may not like but its $$

A lot of better selections then at Chandler fashion mall and way more friendly staff too! Thank you for all your help!

It was super small and crowded definitely the worse one I have been to yet

Great Hot Topic!! A friend of mine works here and the staff is always so curteous whenever I come around. It feels nice to get whatever new merch theyre selling.

This place is awesome. Literally, I was actually surprised to see it while shopping at Arizona mills. There is Harry Potter, Disney, Marvel and many more themed items. There are items on sale as well including BOGO, BTGO and extra discount sale coming up after July. You will get a 15$ coupon if you shop for more than 30$ now until stocks last. It worth visiting. Not so pricey and really appealing. Make sure that you are in control :D Its so tempting if you are fan ...

We got amazing help from an employee I wish I wouldve written down her name. As soon as we walked in she asked if we needed help and quickly got us the product we were there for!

My favorite place to find lilo and stitch things love it

The employees always take forever with anything, always like 3 in the back and two standing around then like 1 slow person at the register and a line of 3 people literally takes 20 minutes.. I’ve given up and left the line multiple times, the employees are usually nice enough if u can catch one, it’s just so weird bc it’s a tiny store with like 5 employees and like the one you ask never has the keys or can do a return so u end up waiting for one slow person after another and by the end your just over it.. that’s been my experience with this location

Can there ever really be anything wrong with a Hot Topic? Great selection of stuff, mostly good prices, nice atmosphere.

The staff here were kind of rude and followed me around like i was going to shoplift or something.

Amazing shirt choices from music bands to movies and cool other collectables!

Fun stuff. But just realized that Im getting a little old for the stuff. Just doesnt speak to me the same as it did to my younger self!!

Not very friendly staff. Lucky if you get acknowledged at all; except to check out. Not very organized. Very over crowded with merchandise.

I can not get enough of this store. It has lots from disney to anime to emo stuff. It may seem all goth at first but there is a lot of cute things there too!

I am an extreme Harry Potter fan and this place is nice to find little and big things.

Always a great experience at Hot Topic! Love the Funko Pop wall and always find some good exclusives here. I highly recommend following the stores Instagram to get a heads up on new releases.

Very nice, knowledgeable workers. Ship products from website to store for free. They carry a variety of clothing and accessories for popular shows (anime, cartoons, Disney) and a smaller variety of music/band tees than there used to be.Great variety of Dragon Ball and My Hero Acadamia shirts and products. Decent jewelry sales and okay variety of gauges/plugs.

I hate how cramped the hot topics are now. I went in and it feels like you cant take your time to look because you have to be moving out of other ppls way just so they can get by especially at busy times.

I came here on a Wednesday or Thursday and when I walked in to hot topic the staff was nice but once I tried to find a specific hat one of the workers there came to help me. Now me I have a very sensitive nose so my senses for my nose are heightened than others. I met this young girl named birttnay or Briana and she was helpful till I was able to smell weed off of her. I use to be a drug addict so I know how the stench smells like. She literally reaked of it. It just disappointed me and frustrated me that Arizona Mills Corporates would hire managers that allow degenerates to work for them. I love it here, my family use to come here when I was a kid. Its upsetting that they allow people to get high at work. Never coming back here to hot topic. I will find a way to write a letter to the corporate of Arizona mills and let them know what their managers let their employees consume at work.

Agressive response from cashier when I didn’t want to give them my phone number. Some maturity on the business side would be appreciated in those situations.
