Was A Perfect Time To Go, Amazing Sales, Great Prices, So Much To Choose From, New Fall and Winter Merchandise, Alot Of Clearance Items, Really Great Markdowns. Only Thing is Needing Cashiers, There Was Only 1 Checking Everyone Out, And Yes There Was A Line. She was Very Prompt and Professional, Courteous and Smiled and Made Eye Contact With All Customers, I Wished I Would Caught Her Name. Very Outstanding Customer Service For The 1 Cashier. Cheers to Her. Store Looked Very Clean and Organized.

According to the signs on the doors, peel off coupons can be obtained from cashiers for the “mystery savings” event. Only cashiers know nothing about this at all. Went into office and was ignored by women sitting in one of the offices. Tried to call, no answer.

I was very disappointed in their store this year. There were clothes in the wrong places, not enough staff to keep the floor picked up of clothes. There was a line 8 to 12 customers deep to check out. It was tax free weekend yes but still they should have prepared better for it.

I love that Sephora and JC Penney are located in the same mall. I can browse and am helped by helpful salespeople. This is convenient and easy for me. Please experience shopping at JC Penney. They have wonderful brand named clothing at reasonable prices.

This store is poorly managed. There is one main checkout in the entire store and the line is extremely long. Its not worth the time for the quality of clothes and its apparent that they dont need our money because if they did thatd have better customer service. Save the time and your money and go somewhere else.

WhyDoes JCPenneys in Texarkana have all the outside doors locked? It is very inconvenient I dont want to walk through the mall to get to your store. So I will not shop there anymore.

We picked up some shirts that the sign indicated were 80 per cent discounted only to find out @the checkout the sign was not the truth.They made it right in the end!J C Penny wants you to return and keep you happy!

Everything is on sale and the staff here is surprisingly helpful compared to some other JCPennys I’ve been too. It’s a little cluttered with the sales going on. Not sure if they are going out of business but just about everything is 50% off.

What a joke. I called men’s department wanting to buy a sport coat. Wanted to know if they had my size in navy. I chose men’s Dept from phone menu. Rang forever then customer service told me (get this!) “ no one works in the men’s department, they just have one central check out“. How in the heck does a department store operate like this? You can get better service at Walmart! No wonder JCPenney’s going down the drain! By design, Department stores have different departments to shop in. How do you do business with a place that has no one servicing the customers?

Cashiers were more concerned with gossiping and being on their cellphones. Noone asked to help me, at all, in fact didnt see but 1 person working the floor. What happened to the JC Pennys of long ago with customer service and managers on the floor. I definitely do not know what is wrong with stores not training to take care of customers, but Texarkana Stores all of them, Including JCPennys are only hurting their own business.

Went to JCPenny to purchase one item which was advertised as buy one get one half off when my purchase was rung up I was charged to much when I asked about why it was rung up so much higher than I expected She said that is what the register rung, I said never mind I dont want them, she rang up 52 dollars but the refund was 28 dollars now how is that? I had not handed over any money so I said something is not right and left, how can you do a refund for less than the price charged?

Good grief where has the professionalism gone with sales staff? Went in to buy a pair of shoes and I could hear two workers all the way from the back door blabbing and talking like they were on a picnic somewhere. Never once asked me if I needed any help just disappeared out of the department completely. Only reason we got a 3 here is because I was eventually found what I wanted at a good price by myself.

Always shop at jcpenney. Foundry big and tall is where its at.

This store has made some changes to refresh the look. However, there are fewer checkout stands. The lingerie dept used to be my go to for everything. And it was known for having staff who knew how to fit you for a bra properly. No longer so. Hard to find a salesperson. The young person I found didn’t know what a camisole was.Casual jewelry dept is half of what it was. This store is being neglected by upper management, sad to see this happening.

Every employee I spoke with was very nice and helpful. Online pick up is at the same counter as returns- 2 cashiers. It took significantly longer than traditional finding and buying items. I used because of time constraints on my lunch hour. I was late getting back to work and didnt have time to get lunch. Would not use again. Will just wait on shipment to my home in future.

My wife and I went in to buy some clothes for our grandsons and came out with some good deals. The cashier was very nice and very talkative. The store was clean and very cool.

Picked up an order for someone and didnt get everything that was on the order. I told the young lady that it was to be two pair of shoes and she said the order was complete. Wasnt thinking about looking at the receipt but lesson learned!!! Back to Texarkana I go...

Tosh was very friendly and helpful. I went into the Sephora store to look for some highlighter and she definitely found the perfect color match for me! Tosh was patient and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with my experience and plan to go back!

Went to buy kids dresses. Had an issue at checkout. Had to insist it to be fixed. They fixed it but shouldnt have had the issue to begin with. Watch your receipts and make sure you are charged correctly!

All the prices were increased just so they could mark everything down. $60 for a skimpy sweater that would cost about $12 at Target or Walmart? I dont think so, JCP.

Good sales. need more checkout stands. stood in line just to check out for 25 minutes. they used to have more locations to pay and now they are just gone! bathroom gross and needs a re model, entire store remodeled and pretty bathroom not so much!

In the ladies section there wasntt a wide enough selection of jeans for me to find anything that was even worth trying on. I also checked the girls 4-14 section for my daughter, and I found it confusing. I couldnt really see how things were laid out to understand where everything was. I didnt see a single outfit that was appealing to me.

Tried curbside pickup. Gave up after 45 min. Went in to another wait and unpleasant people.

You can still get stuff there, but the shelves are half empty and you have to hunt for someone to check out your purchase.

Store was extremely HOT. Its not just this visit but just about every visit. (AC must not work well.) I didnt enjoy shopping and wanted to leave because it was so hot. Also store was disorganized and racks were crowed and hard to find styles and sizes. I will say that the two sales associates I encountered were very nice. Sadly I predict that this anchor store will likely be the next to leave Central Mall.

Its a decent enough store. As of late, they seem to have brought in tons of random stuff to maybe bring more people in, just a scatter of random goods. As long as you come in looking for the clothes though, it seems to still be pretty decent.

Before my most recent visit, I would have given it zero stars because the customer service was horrendous. My opinion has changed because the Customer service rep named Jennifer was an ace at the job. Jennifer truly understood the meaning of customer service and I am glad to say this will cause me to return to the store.

Nice clean store with many items to choose from. Levi jeans headquarters but needs more of a selection when it comes to sneakers. Cashiers and other workers are very polite and helpful.

I like JCPenney, but the cashier that attended us, was kind of hateful, was a black tall woman, who didnt have much patience for us to ask about the products that we were going to purchase.A difference of the jewelry department...I really love the way that Cristy at the jewelry department helped me.About the beauty salon, I was attended by a very young girl, she did good job but she was not very friendly, I think she needs more experience. Difficult to see from her a smile.

I HATE shopping! So when I say this store is great, that means something! Catch their sales & coupons, and buy things for what youd expect to pay at a major el cheapo discount store; but get so much better quality items! People need to make an extra effort to shop here, so they dont follow in Sears footsteps....... You wont be disappointed! Always check their clearance sections too. I have clothing from here that was purchased many, many moons ago and still look new, cant say that for anything that came from wallyworld....!
