This Sephora lacks the resources to provide products to a variety of people. After being three times to this Sephora, they did not have my shade in foundation. I asked for assistance and the person was able to order it online and shipped for free to my home address. While ordering online, she selected the wrong color. I checked my receipt and showed her the mistake. However, after calling the costumer service number on the recipe, she was unable to change the order to the correct color of foundation. Her advice was to wait to receive the foundation in the mail and exchange it in stores. She stated they would have the correct color of foundation by the time my package arrived. Three weeks later I went to exchange the foundation color and the store still did not have my shade in foundation. There was nothing they could do so I had to exchange it online. There was no way to prove that the cashier made the mistake and online customer service was not kind.

BY FAR the worst Sephora I have ever visited. They seem to be severely understaffed and poorly trained. One time I stood at the register for so long waiting for a cashier to come ring me up that after several minutes and not being able to find anyone to help me, I just had to put the products down and walk out. Another time I tried to return something I purchased from Sephora online and they told me they could not accept the return because it wasnt a product they carry in their particular store even though I had my online receipt. I contacted Sephora customer service and this was untrue. They are supposed to take the return. Most recently, I had another similar experience. I was told I could not return something because it had been over 30 days since I made the purchase. Again, I had the receipt, and again, I contacted customer service to confirm that it is their policy to accept returns made within a 60 day window NOT 30. My purchase was barely older than 30 days...well under 60. So the ONLY two times I tried to return something, I was lied to and sent away. Now I dont know if they were purposely lying because they are trying to get out of doing a return for whatever reason, or if they are really just so untrained that they dont know any better. However, I have a hard time believing that they dont even know their own return policy. Either way, I dont appreciate it. It really looks bad and I have been very inconvenienced by making all of these back and forth trips and customer service calls because they dont want to follow their own return policy. I even made a special trip to Little Rock to return these items because I couldnt stand having to deal with that place anymore. I will not go back. Oh and guess what? Made the returns at a different location without a hitch.
In the past, I have been served by some of the most generous of Beauty Advisors...lately, it seems every time I walk in there, they are too busy or snooty. There is one Advisor that is still there that I will go to every time....but the rest, No. Honestly, I get a better welcome at the new ULTA that has just opened...and there is a better atmosphere there. I still love my local Sephora, and if things get better there, will continue to shop.
