Went in for skin concerns a few days ago. Employees were attentive and helpful. I especially appreciated the employee who recommended products specifically for my skincare needs- so informative.
Clean store, helpful associates. This store can get busy so if you want personalized attention, go during the week in the AM or lunch time.
Amazing and lovely Staff ♡ havent shopped this location in 5 years, the energy is still amazing and so focused on beauty. I had 5 min before but we got what I needed, trust
We booked this venue for my nieces quinceañera! An awesome place to experience and enjoy the Spanish culture!
My wife loves it. All the self-care essentials in one store. Make up, skin care, hair care and everything in between. Friendly staff.
Super friendly ladies in here. Has all the things you need.
Love this place!Everyone is so helpful! We went there looking for a specific product Alchemist Holographic Palette by Kat Von D, one of the associates went out of her way to find it, lucky for us, there was one last one. Each time we come here, the customer service is above and beyond all expectations. Absolutely our favorite Sephora location! Kudos to management!
2021-01-20 @ 18:35 No in-store shopping. This review applies to communication in these current times. I chose this specific location because it is listed as okay for in-store shopping (it has been for some time & I have shopped in-store), yet I repeat there now is no in-store shopping here. Staff member very kindly, cheerfully informed me that if I tell them what I want, they will do the shopping for me. Instead, I walked over to the Sephora in JCPennys - located within this same mall - where I was able to complete my shopping there.
A girl who i think was named Francesca helped me out and was just so so so good with foundation. She was able to color match me when no one else seems to get it right. She even convinced me to buy a shadow palette as well. Ill be coming here again for all of my make up needs.
I normally never have a problem in this store but when I had to an online order it was a disaster. I had the wrong item ordered then went back to cancel and reorder the one item I really needed. I get the item instead of ordering me the full size I got it and it was the mini. Safe to say Im not ever ordering from them.
Dont come here unless you have at least 15 to 20 minutes to stand in line. The store for itself is laid out well and organized.
Swear Id give no stars if possible, There was one girl who did ask if she could help but when I told her no she said OK then with an attitude and when I got to the register to make an exchange from an order I received in the mail the same day she tried to say the bottle was used, as if it were empty. So she proceeds to ask the guy next to her as if I wasnt talking directly to her with the receipt showing the item was new, not that I should have to do that but you know how racist people are, I wont be going to that Sephora again. Actually thats the first time I had a bad experience at Sephora but now I understand the other reviews.
Cool store but expensive. I have been to sephora that was more interactive. Its one thing to ask if you need help? Another to say can I help you by showing you how certain products will look on your face. Especially if its slow and the employees are standing around gossiping.
Bad experience with one of the employees I asked her to color match me and it was so far off I said thank you and I was able to find a foundation myself! She later asked me how was it I told her the truth and she was rude after that .
Jocelyne was AMAZING. I am a 50 yr old crossdresser and usually feel very uncomfortable going to womens clothing sections or looking at the womens shoe section and this was my first venture for makeup. As soon as I walked in, Jocelyne greeted me and I immediately made me feel welcome, comfortable and calm. I explained to her what I was looking for (as told by a couple for friends), she asked me a couple of questions to gather more detailed information then had me sit down in the chair at the makeup center. She asked about foundation coverage and when I shrugged my shoulders, she said that she would do one side of my face one way and the other side another so that I could see the difference. All of my fears and reservations including any discomfort melted away.Jocelyne was very warm, friendly, professional, kind, sweet and so incredibly patient. When I jokingly stated that I bet she doesnt get to many guys coming into the store, she said that I would be surprised and they get quite a few, again making me feel very comfortable. She is a true representation of a precious gem of a human being.I asked to speak to the manager and as soon as Laura came up, I told her everything I listed above and said that she had better hold on to this one because Jocelyne is a gem and that is was very obvious that she was not there just for a paycheck and that she truly and genually cares about her work and her clients. Lauras attitude and demeanor was the same as Jocelynes and was a pleasure to talk to her as wellI dont live very close and was only in the area because my oldest son had an appointment. After the appointment, we figured why not walk around the mall for a while. When we passed by the store and saw that it wasnt busy, I figured why not check it out (especially since there wasnt very many people in the store). However, because of the extraordinary service I received, I will not go to any other Sephora not matter how close. Jocelyne and her manager Laura have a dedicated and loyal customer.5 start is not nearly enough for this crew. I would give them a 200 on a 1 to 5 scale
I have to say, they do everything to keep me as a happy customer; The other day I went with my girlfriend and there was a vendor from one of the skin care lines. Not only did he talk me out of buying what I came in for, he stupidly made insulting remarks regarding my girlfriends complexion; and she understandably felt really bad about herself. So, this didnt sit right, and next day I went back to inform the store manager. She offered her sincere apologies, and set me up with a generous goody bag to take to my friend, as well as one for myself!Thank you for that ~ apology acceptedPS Insensitive dim wit from NUDE, you know who you are!
Very nice people and clean but a lot of times what I want isnt available
LOVE this store and the variety in it. Just wish it wasnt always so expensive. But at least their own brand is more affordable. Wish they had more glittery stuff in their brand choices. I find myself at Ulta more often because I can find lower prices things too, but Ulta doesnt always carry all the brands Sephora does, but if I cant spend that much I can get more for my money at Ulta....
Employees never seem to want to help and ignore you
They seem to never want to help you apply makeup. I asked an employee if she can help me and she brought me a brush (that was not meant for bronzer) and told me to try it on myself. They make it seem like a drag to help you find something. I bought $107 worth of stuff and asked for a sample of a primer, and they literally gave me a squirt that’ll maybe cover half of my face. Don’t bother returning anything here as well. If you do not look rich, odds are theyll treat you like your waisting their time and give you attitude. If you live in Camarillo, Oxnard, or Ventura I highly recommend the Ventura location. WAY better staff, management is always involved, and the employees always have their makeup done so well you’re always confident that they know what they’re doing :)
Wow. They are always rude and arrogant. Totally different from other branches. Only one girl is kind.
Really nice personal.
Ridiculously expensive. Poor women!
This was my second time I had a bad experience with this location, but only one person was horrible, the manager name Jane. She was so rude to me. I will not go back to that location if I see that person again. I will walk away and just go to Macys or Nordstrom instead .
Very judgmental and rude employees. Will not offer to help unless youre young with a full face of makeup
There are two Sephora stores in the mall. A larger one on the first floor to the left of Nordstrom and a smaller one upstairs inside the JC Penny.
Excellent service
Nice
All good with the products, but the staff sooo disappointing and arrogant, personally for me it has been one of the worst experiences I have had.
