I prefer going here to the other Sephora store in the mall. There are less customers and you get better customer service. When I went the woman helping me helped match my skin tone to the brand of makeup I want. She also had time to do a mini makeover, and helped me find products that I was looking for.

I went last night and the girls there were so nice and helpful. They currently have gift boxes with several different types of things that were a good fit for what I was looking for. Customer service is extremely important to me and they were great.

Excellent customer service, I prefer going out of my way just a little bit more to go inside JC Penneys and visit the Sephora in JCPenneys rather than the stand-alone Sephora. All the ladies that work there are very pleasant and they offer alternatives great experience! If you want outstanding service I highly recommend the store inside Penneys.

Nachieely was very nice and helped me pick out a nice face moisturizer. She showed me a few products that are good for my skin type. She explained the benefits of each one and reccomended a few out the ones she showed me. I purchased the Fresh Rose moisturizer and it feels so nice and lightweight. She was so nice and helpful and would definitely recommend this Sephora than the others I’ve been to nearby.
