I loved the lashes. But, their up front customer service is terrible. You rarely get an actual person when trying to make an appointment. Only able to leave voicemail. They are terrible at returning calls. When they finally do call you, no appointments will be available for weeks. If you are a member they accommodate you. Otherwise, they don’t.

I am thrilled with my new lash extensions! Anita, the owner, made sure I was 100% satisfied. I’ve used Andrea and Ashley. Both women were very pleasant and professional and did an excellent job with both my original lash application and my first fill. I recommend this facility highly.

I am so happy & impressed with The Lash Lounge in TO! Starting with the owner Anita who is refreshingly friendly and is always engaging with the customers and her lash artists. Which is rare today in a business owner! Now about Ashley; she is THE BEST LASH ARTIST I HAVE HAD- she is so talented and very time efficient! The Lash Lounge makes these visits easy and productive!

Fantastic experience! The atmosphere was relaxing and the lash technician was professional, and she asked several questions about length and volume to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I immediately joined their lash club after my first experience!

I went to this business since my normal person was unavailable for a eyelash fillI spent $65 plus a !10 tip, and I received 10 lashes on one eye, and 7 on the other eye.(45 Mins)After taking off the tape, I was asked is that ok?My hour was up and the next client was there.She spent most of the time cleaning my own lashes and told me that my lashes are curlyNeedless to say, I’m out $75 dollars and would not recommend this businessThey seem to corporate for my taste, like an assembly line . Not a very relaxing environment

This salon is super great! They are super clean and sweet, my stylist Andrea was amazing! She was super sweet and understanding on how I wanted my lashes done. I love the Lash Lounge and for sure will be back! I high recommend to any ladies that want to get there lashes done to come here :)

I am so happy that I came upon The Lash Lounge when trying to find a gift card for my wife. I was immediately impressed when I entered the lounge as it reminiscent of elegance and class. The place is quiet, clean and very comfortable. The owners are friendly and down to earth. I had a fantastic conversation with Anita and her daughter Rachel. They really cater to the customer and strive to create a best in class atmosphere where customers can come in, relax and be taken care of. I highly recommend them.

This is the first time I’ve tried lash extensions and I’ve had them now for almost two months... and I am loving it!! The maintenance is super easy and I get compliments on them all the time! The salon is super cute, the staff is friendly and professional (Ashley has done a great job with me more than once!), and the service is always a very relaxing experience. Highly recommend!
