I bought a new 2022 Genesis G70 Prestige yesterday from Joe and Jason. It was definitely a wonderful experience from two absolute gentlemen knowledgeable professionals. In addition the Financing manager was excellent and it was a most painless experience.Lastly the dealership facilities are world class as are the cars. Very highly recommended.

I appreciate the professional courtesy, friendliness and treatment like I was a VIP customer. Compared to another Genesis dealer, Genesis of Westlake had the look of a more upscale dealership, befitting of a car luxury brand!

Talk about someone who treats his customer with respect and values the opportunity! Hunter is pleasant, well-versed, has a great can-do attitude and epitomizes all that youd hope to find when shopping for a car.Also, kudos to Angie Ortiz in Finance...shes wonderful and has a great disposition. An absolute pleasure to work with.Phenomenal experience!!! Will be back for a new Tucson for my wife.
Recently purchased Genesis GV80 from here. Their customer service is top notch! Very smooth negotiation and straight forward. Although Westlake is known for selling most expensive super cars you can find on planet, they gave me the best price in town! I will definitely be back here once I can afford one of those super cars.
My experience with the Hyundai dealership service (who Genesis referred me to was fantastic - very professional and great service). I would give them 5 starts except that the title of this review was for genesis which I cannot change.The very frustrating part was Genesis itself and getting in contact with anyone in their service dept prior to being transferred to Hyundai. Leaving lots of messages that dont get returned, no one else available to help and asked to leave even more messages that dont get returned.
A great experience with the staff and finance people....I would strongly recommend Genesis of Westlake for anyone looking for a seamless transaction.
The dealership and hospitality were extraordinary. Adding to luxury and simplicity to a daunting process. My particular sales associate; was honest and accountable. There wasn’t a moment from the time to I first emailed the inquiry to the time I signed my deal – did I feel that I wasn’t getting the most accurate information and best deal on my Genesis G70.
My husband and I stopped by the Genesis dealer to check out the brand new GV 80. I heard a lot of good things about the vehicle. I Went in and spent 15 minutes, not a single person greeted us. Customer service was extremely lacking. Can you imagine going to a Lexus dealership and getting this level of service? I think that the vehicle may be good but the customer service is truly slowly lacking. They lost out on a potential sale.
Honest and straight forward. People complain about dealers, but I have none with Genesis of Westlake. Genesis of Westlake let me go on a scheduled test drive with my wife and encourage me to go get lunch and not worry about the time.
The Genesis Westlake Service through OGara Coach is appallingly bad. No one in the Genesis Service ever answers the phone. They do not return calls either. You have to hound them to get anyone to pick up a phone. It is obvious that this dealer if it offers any service at all, reserves that service for its Bentley owners. This list of what they did and didnt do is too long for me to get into it here. I have already spent enough time filling out their stupid survey. But I will be contacting Genesis USA to tell them that OGara Coach is the reason I will not be buying another Genesis. If OGara Coach doesnt want to provide service its Genesis customers, they should hand the franchise over to someone else.
First we live almost 40 miles from this place but we are definitely coming back to do more business with them in the future.We had very positive experience leasing Genesis sedan from this dealership. Moe was very helpful and professional. In my opinion this business is trustworthy and committed to long term relationship with their customers. Highly recommend them.
Really unfriendly. Went in last week to check out the Gv70. A salesperson came out and he could not have been more rude. I currently drive a BMW X6 and am in the market but Genesis will have a long way to go to convert luxury buyers if they employ arrogant and unfriendly sales people.

I came into the dealership and was instantly greeted by Sam he was so helpful and I felt so comfortable taking my time and asking questions, he was patient. Sam helped me find the perfect car, he really listened to what features were important to me and showed me just that. He really made me feel like I was getting a great deal and I really did. Thanks again Sam! The finance department worked with me as well. Overall I really did have an amazing experience. This was my first time getting a car by myself and they made the whole process so easy I will definitely be a forever customer.

I was stunned by the low-pressure, laid-back sales experience here when I leased my G70 2.0T. Dan Medina was helpful and easy to work with, Julie in finance was a delightful help, and I couldnt be happier with my purchase experience. What really blew me away, however, was the post-sales service. I had some lot damage on my rear bumper at sale that was minor, but as soon as I mentioned it to Dan, he made sure that it was handled thoroughly. Jaclyn in service arranged a loaner which was dropped off at my office clean and fully-fueled, which I had for over a week while my rear bumper was either replaced or repaired (it looks so new I cant honestly tell which). After the repair was done, they swapped cars with me again at my convenience, and I am one thoroughly impressed and pleased customer. Keep up the excellent work, and I hope the brand takes off!
