Staff is very friendly and works with you. They are very knowledgeable and can explain all the citys policies. The citys policies are not very consumer friendly but the staff is awesome!
Judy and Diana in Customer Service have gone above and beyond. I called three times in one day regarding questions I had in reviewing my statements. They both were patient and explained the items with care and expertise. All you have to do to get to Customer Service is press 1 for for English and press the star key to reach Customer Service - that easy.
My visit was not a good one I went to see if I could make a payment plan even though I gave them money. The gave me 2 weeks to pay the rest I said they usually give you at least twice to pay your bill up she said we dont do that any more because of Covid-19 I said thats all the more reason too people depend on you guys to help which you are no help. This community is suffering more than you realize.

Id give no stars if I could. There is nothing right about this utilities department or services it provides.It is a needlessly complicated mess and the water is not truly for safe human consumption.

I have always found the staff helpful and easy to work with. Im not sure of your issues...as for drinking and cooking problems we have not problems, maybe its not the water thats bad, could be your house pipes or water lines.
Went in to speak to billing department about a high bill. Woman was rude and short.
Why have online billing when it never works. I have never had so much trouble trying to pay my bill online. Now I will need to go down there to pay and face some very unpleasant customer service.

The people in this department will go to great lengths to avoid customer contact. Since when is Customer Service allowed to be unavailable? I needed to speak to one of the angry, unhelpful staff members for some help that they; I know, would begrudge me and that is the response I get. I hope that these people do not get paid for not doing their jobs. Maybe thats why they are so angry all the time.

Answer the phone. all you do is sit there in front of them. your open until 5 and its noon and still wont answer. you suck at your jobs
We just naught a house here and and in the chaos of moving my family of 5 we forgot to change the water bill over into our name. They came nice aND early to turn it off and as soon as we noticed we went over and too care of it. The said they would be over between one and five to turn it back on (this is on a thurs) they didnt show. Called them and got a response pretty early on Friday saying they would be here some time today. NO SHOW AGAIN. So twe have to buy water to brush and flush and wash dishes at walmart and drive to edgewa ter to take a shower at our relatives. Wondering if anyone is going to come snice it is now the weekend. Not a good start as a new homeowner here.

Deserve a negative star rating! Horrible rude mean workers. Uncaring staff. Ive even emailed above their heads and no response. They have no compassion for anyone and I really wish there was another water company we could go thru.
Worst thing about Titusville... as much as they charge, you cant even drink or cook with it.

Horrible customer service, very difficult to reach someone by phone. Tried online bill pay but it would not work. Software looked like something from the early 90s.These problems have been going on for years, the only solution is to fire the upper management, middle management, and maybe even lower ranking employees.
Trying to pay online is impossible on the existing website
