Friendly atmosphere and the staff was very cool. I will definitely consider buying here.In my opinion, the maintenance staff is very important. They are the ones that generate income after the sale of the vehicle.If the maintenance service was unprofessional you can be sure there won’t be a next time.
I would like to share that I received excellent service, 5 star rating, from service advisor, Reinaldo Fuentes. Mr. Reinaldo, took the time to listen to all the reasons I went by Fred Haas Nissan. Upon completion of all services, Mr. Reinaldo further went on to verify any recalls on my Nissan Roque. Mr. Reinaldo also kept his professionalism and friendliness when I returned back to the service dept. after I noticed the cashier had failed to give me paperwork required to purchase my annual registration sticker. When my vehicle is due for any other service, believe that I will definitely look for Mr. Reinaldo to be my service advisor. Thank you.
It took over 2 hours just to do an oil change. No one ever came to me and let me know what was going on. My appointment was at 11:30am and my car was not put on the stand until almost 1:30pm. A suggestion for Fred Haas Nissan....if you arent able to do the work in the time you said it would be done, check on your customer and give them the choice to come back another day.
Excellent customer service. They were flexible and willing to work with me all the way. They called me often to keep me updated on every little detail they put into my car. They sent me links so that I could review what needs to be done, they don’t start on anything until I send my approval, which I appreciate so much. I feel like a valued customer, and I’m happy to be with Fred Haas Nissan.

This was one of the easiest car buying experiences I’ve had. After expressing interest in an SUV, Star Norris responded via email asking my preferred method of contact. For me, it was via text. Star walked me through the appraisal of my trade-in as well as got the ball rolling on the purchase of my preferred SUV. No haggling. No hassle. Just simple. Had a horrible experience from the time I bought my vehicle in April, first I had an issue with my wipers, that took two trips to the service department to resolve. My first oil change was the only thing that went ok besides the fact that they couldnt find my car or paperwork when I was trying to check out. I just took my car back this week for an oil change and for them to check one of my headlights that was dim when I first bought it but just like the windshield wipers they did not make sure they worked correctly when I purchased it and now they want to charge $3100 to fix my headlight!!! When I first called to schedule my appointment I wanted to schedule with the first service person I met Stacy and they told me I couldnt schedule with her first thing in the morning because she wasnt available so I pushed my appointment up to 9am and guess what...didnt even see Stacy, and then when I called her she told me she would call me RIGHT BACK, and yep you guessed it, never received a call back from her. I had a very important meeting scheduled at 2pm that I had to miss because once again when I showed up to pick up my vehicle they couldnt find the paperwork or the keys. I guess giving me a discount on my oilchange was supposed to pacify me but honestly that was just a slap in the face. I will NEVER purchase or refer anyone to this dealership!!! Wish I didnt have to select a star!!!

The Service Advisors are always really friendly and honest—but Dallas goes above and beyond. He is honest and sincerely cares about customer service and is generally, an all-around good guy. Lots of people make big promises about customer service but don’t follow through. But Dallas walks the walk!

I have the worst I mean worst car issues with my Nissian Armada. It’s literally a guessing game if it will start everyday. Service department is a challenge to deal with as well. Do not buy. Looking forward to getting rid of this car. My husband has a Titan and same issues. Never buying a Nissian again!After 8 hours got home and noticed my hood all bent on one side. Popped the hood and found electrical tape. They must have really jammed hard to close my hood back. Sloppy if you ask me. Do not go here.

I came to Fred Haas Nissan a couple months ago just browsing, Johnny Boy came out to assist me and boyfriend and took us on a test drive in an adorable vehicle. I came back today with my mother and sister who have both had a couple bad experiences with salesmen who have tried to take advantage of them in the past. The trick was, we had already had a bank draft to purchase the vehicle but we didn’t tell him until we finally found the perfect car. He 🤦🏽♂️(Face palmed) and said “let’s get you into this car today”. Johnny stuck with us through the whole process took us on a couple more test drives and found us the perfect car that fit directly in our budget. I will probably never buy another car from anyone else he was very patient and understanding!

The “2” for how likely to refer a friend to Fred haas Nissan is strictly due to the finance department… The experience that we had through the finance department was a nightmare… I felt pressured and the finance manager would not take no for an answer. After making the finance manager aware that I was going to refinance he made it abundantly clear that I am needing to wait 90 days before I refinance so that he can get paid. Because of my experience I would never refer friends or family to Fred Haas Nissan.

Have had poor experiences with the service department, from inconsistent information provided by service advisors to incomplete work that rendered my car unsafe to drive however released, only to get a frantic phone call from the department to bring the car back because they forgot to complete something during the repair. I realize that this location has overall good reviews but if you consider what has happened to me, you can only be lucky so long before something goes wrong with your vehicle on account of this locations leisure like attitude towards safety and what seems like zero accountability. I am taking my business elsewhere and for those of you that gave Fred Haas Nissan service department good ratings, please check the work they do to your car to make sure all is right and safe before you drive off!
Went in for my first oil change. Online scheduling was easy. Stacey the onsite assistant was very pleasant. I really loved the fact that they returned my car cleaner than what it was when I brought it in. In this day and time good help is hard to find but it was found here at Fred Haas Nissan.

After deciding that I wanted to get a Nissan Sentra, I visited this location near my home. I met with Johnny Oloh who patiently and thoroughly explained the differences between the Sentra models. He was knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic about the cars he showed me. He took me on a tour of the facility and introduced me to members of various departments and made sure that I was comfortable. He took my requests about pricing and financing seriously and helped me get the perfect deal. We I took my wife a couple of days later to pick up the car, he spent a lot of time explaining to her how the various features work. He took a photo of us too standing in front of our new car with a big red bow on the hood!
Sales Associate Omer Sharif was very helpful and understanding in helping us at the dealership. He was willing to go above and beyond in helping meet our monthly payment requirements and gave us a great rate in the end. The pricing strategy and practice of this dealer are disgrace. I hate companies like this one. As buyer, we spend a lot of time online and compare apple to apple. We decide to buy a car and drive 30-40min to dealer to find out some Hidden fees names market adjustment. How about you put that online so we dont waste our time if it doenst fit into our budget. Sales person is great, Car was even good. I was about to buy it until the last min. Funny enough, They promote No Hidden Fees, No gimmick, No lies in their website like a joke. When I asked my sales person how he explain this, he couldnt say anything but sorry. Do yourself a favor, work with companies who has integrity and not lying to get sales. Have some self-respect.UPDATE: As the manager stated, they reached out to me. And said it was confusion and they will give me substantial discount. They waived 80% of hidden fees like it is a favor:) and still tried to charge 20% of it. I kept my ground and they FINALLY waived that too. I told them I cant make it on Saturday but I will be there on Monday to purchase the truck. Guess What is happened? They sold the vehicle to someone else whoever they got away with their fees. By the way, They didnt even bothered to tell me they sold the vehicle.I texted this MANAGER to ask if they sold the vehicle no answer. I was just being careful with them and called and asked with different name and they told me they sold [email protected], you have broken system with unethical sales people and managers. In 1000 years, I will never buy cars from you or any other Haas affiliated brand.
Had a 7am appointment. Arrived a bit early in drive thru lane behind other cars. After 25 minutes. Almost all the cars had left and nobody had still spoken to us. I went in and asked for service and they all thought someone else was helping. Finally a person started processing, but since I had an appointment, someone else needed to help... and they were busy and would need a few more minutes. At that point I cancelled and left.
Was greeted right away by friendly servers, they open the door for us offered us water and a seat. Mr. Azango was so kind and friendly and went out of his way to make sure that he could find the color I was looking for which he did. Talked about what I wanted in a car and really full listened to my wants and needs to make sure we were getting everything wr needed and wanted out of our car. The whole process did not take to long and they were clear on all details so there were no confusion. Test drove the car and went up hill from there. Good experience five stars.
Update: Jim Blackburn, the Service Manager at Fred Haas has reached out to me and made this right. I appreciate the attention and assistance that I have received, since I originally posted my review. I will be going back for my future service visits. Thank you Jim!I brought my vehicle in to get an oil changes, tire rotation and have an issue diagnosed. When dropping off my vehicle I was told that the diagnosis would take a minimum of 4 hours and I should not wait. I was given a ride home. 2 hours later, I get a text message with a quote for $4,500 worth of work and no real explanation. I declined everything that was suggested and said yes to the oil change. The tire rotation was not an option. Then I did not receive any contact for 2 hours, so I called in to check if my vehicle was ready. I left a message for the service rep assigned to my vehicle. 40 minutes later I got a return call from the rep, saying my car was ready. He asked if I had declined everything, didnt ask why or explain what was going on with my vehicle.I just moved down to Houston from Chicago and was hoping to find the same service I received up at McGrath Nissan for the past 10 years. I guess that was too much to hope for.
This car buying experience was as good as it gets. Star Norris was honest and a pleasure to work with. I never felt like I was getting played. I had been to Tom Peacock Nissan the day before, and it was the complete opposite experience. I would definitely buy another car at this dealership.

Had issues with my car recently and brought it to Fred Haas Nissan for service and Giovanni Arocena was prompt, fast, and efficient with my situation. He was very personable and showed a genuine interest in helping me get my car back on the road. He is the only reason why I still go to Fred Haas Nissan for service because of his amazing service. I am a business owner and i strongly believe they need to give this man a raise for all of his hard work ethic and put this man over training new hires. The other service guys strongly need to take notes from this guy on how to deliver A+ customer service to customers. Great place to purchase a new car. Called and told them exactly what is was looking for, they didn’t have it on there lot but they found it on another lot and went and got it for me. Washed and full of gas when I got there. The price they gave me over the phone is the price I payed when I signed the contract, no hidden dealers fee and they did not try and add any other fees when I got there. Very please and will purchase from them again in the future.
