My lady purchased frames and contacts from this location. The initial gentleman that assisted her was very professional and had great customer service.However, a different guy assisted my lady when we came back to pick up her glasses and boxes of contacts. Everything went well until she asked for a bag to put her items in. He responded Oh, you can buy one for 10 cents. I forgot his name, but this guy is bald.Im not sure if Walmart Vision can afford to offer bags to customers, but I do see a problem in refusing to provide a bag for a female customer who just spent $300+.

Great place for shopping with family.

First, I was very happy I was able to get a weekend eye exam. The optometrist was very personable and thorough. I also received superb customer service from Kerby in the vision center. I needed new glasses and contact lenses and he was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire process.

I went in to get fitted for contacts. Discovered I was paying more at target then here. The service was excellent! Friendly staff and they took me in really quick as a walk in even though they had booked appointments all day. Ordered my contacts from the place next to them Friendly staff as well very helpful.

After a round of the classic laying down on the bed on top of my glasses, I went in for a installation of a new hinge screw. Was inexpensive and fast.

Great customer service, and very thorough with their explanations of all possible purchases and discounts. Easy, quick and simple.

I’ve called multiple times throughout the day for an appointment but no one answers. Finally got through and the phone sounded so bad I couldn’t understand what the man was saying. Then they redirected me to another office because that one is “kind of closed”. Bad service.
