Lee was very friendly and moderately communicative. I know everyone is very busy so I try be understanding. I’m pretty disappointed and upset that my drivers side window was working when I took it in and now my window will not roll down at all. Lee said it was an easy fix and the tech said the board is corroded - I just find it incredibly odd that my window rolled down 5 minutes before I dropped my vehicle off and it now doesn’t. When I asked about how much it would cost to fix the board they weren’t sure and then said between 550-700+. My window worked fine and now bill marsh expects me to pay $700 to fix something that worked when I dropped it off. I will be leaving a poor review for bill marsh.

August 5, 2021I wanted to write a quick review about the exemplary service received from Christa Clark this year on my vehicle purchases from Bill Marsh Price Point. Christa was very helpful and fully committed to assisting my wife and I with the purchase of our vehicles. It was obvious to me that she is passionate about her work and customer service. I experienced this commitment this past week when she came in after hours on a Saturday evening to show me the new truck that we ordered (build) over five months ago. She accommodated my schedule and wanted to be sure that I could see the truck that I had patiently waited for as soon as possible. She even provided photos and a video of the truck the day it was delivered to Traverse City because she knew how excited I would be to see my truck and wanted we to have that experience despite not being able to make it Traverse City that day.Christa was awesome to work with and will be highly recommended to family and friends for their vehicle needs.Christa - Thank you for being all in on our vehicle purchases this year.Dean Bott

I wish I could leave zero stars. Derek in the service department told me on Wednesday he had a car reserved for me for today while he replaces the motor in my car. Today arrives and he has no car for me because he didnt reserve it the first time he called and when he called back it was gone. He didnt even inform me until today. He then told me I have to wait until Tuesday. I call to talk to a manager and he tells me im out of luck. Nothing he can do. So I call back to speak to someone else and I have to wait for the owner to get done with his cookout before he will speak to me. So I am currently waiting for a call back from a man of a company full of rude, unreliable, untrustworthy, and disrespectful employees. I will NEVER go back to bill marsh. I cannot wait to get my car out of there.

John was amazing!! I had never went through the whole buying process myself. It killed my husband to just sit back and watch me go through picking and the car and making sure I got a fair price my trade in. John made me feel comfortable with the entire transaction. We even left a phone in a the trade in vehicle that he tracked down and secured for us to come back to get. Bill Marsh has a great employee in John and we will be back in 3 years to hopefully see him again!!

I have purchased 2 GM vehicles from Bill Marsh. Their staff is friendly; allow you to look at the vehicles, and try them out without pressure. I have had good experiences with their technicians and their mechanics when working on my cars. I purchased a Buick Encore this time; but really liked the Pontiac G6, and the two Pontiac Grand Ams that I had before the G6. They hire women mechanics and technicians and its nice to see both men and women working on cars. Their mechanics are kind, respectable, and never laugh when you hand them a list of fix it issues like please check the fuel line (the car is sputtering going down a hill.) Their sales people are competent and can tell you the benefits of each particular vehicle. The mechanics are great diagnosticians and it is impressive that they look at systems too, not just connect the vehicle to a computer and then you are on your way. Reece is a technician in Pit Row and he is good at his job. He completed the oil change on my G6 (before the Encore) and then told me that I had a leak in the windshield wiper fluid line. I had not even known that, until he mentioned it. The Service Desk Crew have the same polished manners and acumen about GM vehicles. They are prompt; answer questions right away and if they dont know the answer to something, they find out and call you back. Would I refer my friends and family to Bill Marsh and GM? Of course. The challenge is that most of them are also Bill Marsh and GM fans already... Thank you for all that Bill Marsh and GM do!! Really like my new vehicle!!

Everyone with the exception of a service rep acted in a very friendly and professional manner! I especially want to give a HUGE shout out to James Marsh who personally intervened in a very rude conversation with the service rep and myself, and personally took the car part that I was asked to bring in that day and actually took the time to fix my car HIMSELF on the spot!!! I was SO impressed with his professionalism, his kind demeanor, and his EXCELLENT customer service! He exemplifies the integrity and reputation of BILL MARSH BUICK GMC!! I was so impressed with what he did for me that day!!We had always purchased our cars at Williams Chevrolet because we like Chevy products but decided to purchase our GMC Terrain from Bill Marsh because of their reputation. He called me to let me know about a great deal on a vehicle, brought the vehicle to my home for me to see and to drive, and then when I decided to move forward he brought the paperwork to my home, took care of all of the details, changed out my license plate on the new SUV, and took my old SUV away! Talk about SERVICE!Additionally, anytime I go into Bill Marsh for any service Im treated like gold. I would never go anywhere else and frequently tell my friends and associates to only go to Bill Marsh for their cars. Keep up the GREAT job!

My girlfriend and I leased a new vehicle while purchasing her current lease. During the leasing process, it was difficult for the staff to provide us a final monthly cost for the new vehicle. The price changed each time we spoke with the staff. It was hard to get a hold of staff members. Often, phone calls were ignored. Staff would tell us a day for the purchase of her current lease, then tell us they were too busy. Felt like they didnt want to sell us a vehicle. After the lease, we requested a grocery cover for the back. We were initially told it would be there by the weekend. When we came back, we were told that they wouldnt have it in for 2 weeks. Its been a month now with no call. Attempted to contact the dealer multiple times and were ignored by the salesmen. We enjoy the vehicle, but customer service was unsatisfactory.

The purchase was our own decision to make after we test drove by ourselves most companies you have to have a salesman ride with you when test driving! The team was great at answering questions and not pushy! We got the carfax right away I recommend Bill Marsh excellent service!!

Everyone was very helpful. I am so glad I purchased the wheel and tire warranty! And my rating is based solely on pre-plague factors. HOWEVER, my biggest concern is health related. They generally wore their masks only where they thought I could see them and would otherwise pull it below their mouths to speak on the phone or with their co-workers. This is deeply concerning as, just because a person cannot see the threat to their health and well-being, it does not mean that threat does not exist. I know its not comfortable and is often annoying. Please, do better. Protect each other and your customers.

While I received my vehicle back with things fixed and a free set of tires. I am still disappointed with the service because of the fact that my tire FELL OFF my vehicle (after a previous service through Bill Marsh) while is was MOVING and myself and my 6 month old child was in the vehicle. This was a traumatic experience that I will NEVER forget. Thanks for buffing out the dent and putting some new tires on my car...…but I truly think we could have done more...you know, since it was your fault to begin with.

I contacted dealer on Saturday and said my car kept stalling out and we made an appointment for Tuesday. I dropped car off on Monday as we were leaving town till Tuesday. By the time we got to our destination the tech called and said the car was repaired and I could pick it up Tuesday morning when we returned. And the repair was covered by my service contract. Great dealership. Not so sure about the product.... I bought a slightly used 2019 Ram Longhorn outright from a dealership down state just as the pandemic was starting. Not from Bill Marsh.However, I have been bringing my truck to Bill Marsh to fix all of the issues with the truck.Right away I see why this truck was returned. Electrical issues with the radio. A faulty drivers mirror. And it always feels like something is wrong under the hood with the half hybrid engine turning off and on constantly. If you turn that feature off then the truck doesnt feel like its shifting properly. I feel like I was not a priority. Because after my first visit they had to order parts and told me they would get in contact when the parts came in two weeks later I had to call them and they had the parts in and had not called me. I understand that everyones busy but the follow through is the most important part of Customer service.

Have had the truck in 7 times trying to get everything fixed after the body shop worked it on have had several check engine lights which on a scanner state the first time the fault code was thrown was while it was at bill marsh, picked the truck up for the first time from the body shop in a snow storm so I couldn’t inspect the work done on it, now I have noticed my passenger door the plastic piece was charged to my insurance and they never replaced it, called todd and he pretty much told me tough luck we already got paid I have told everyone who’s mentioned getting work done to avoid bill marsh. Should not be able to work on vehicles if the quality of work is going to be that terrible.

My choices of Dealer satisfaction is not based on the personnel but mainly General Motors response to my 2011 GMC Terrain Eco 2.4L issue with oil consumption. I bought my GMC new at your dealership in 2011. My oil consumption only started to happen this past fall 2020. It is a know problem that existed 2015 noting my letter received from GM but not to take my car in if I do not have the problem. I have only 60,000 miles on car, I am told that the offer to fix was ended in 2018 so the oil consumption is my problem and repair is up to me regardless that GM knew of the problem 2015. I feel that I am without recourse in this regardless of the known issue then even though time has left me out of the repair. It would have been nice to at least to offer of some sort of an effort to see what could be done for me and my Terrain but that offer was not there other than to clean my my engine with a 3-part BG MOA kit and hope for the best. It is still consuming oil though not as rapidly. I think that GM did a disfavor to their customers leaving the dealership to deal with the repercussions. I am hesitant to purchase another GM product.

My on-site experience was great—very fast oil/filter change & tire rotation.However, (there’s always one) your on-line schedule app is flawed.I then used the message feature, (Terri) inquired as to what I wanted and took my phone number so the service dept could call me. Scheduled an Express Service online a week prior to the appointment. I received text and email reminders of the appointment but when I arrived they had no record of it. I showed the service department the 3 text messages I had received and they acknowledged issues with the online scheduling process. They still got me in and out in less than a hour. I appreciate their service and will probably call the next time for an oil change appointment.
