As for a lot of people, buying a car is not one of my top 10 things I like to do. All I can say is i will be going to Price Point from now on when I am looking to buy used cars. It was a seamless transaction all the way around and my salesman Jeff Baja was on top of everything.

We purchased a new to us, used vehicle before it hit the lot. They kindly went through it head to toe, top to bottom to check all mechanics. Even did an interior and exterior detail so we could start out feeling like new. Very satisfied with the prompt communication and work ethics they put forth as a team. Bonus was, having my car filled up with gas before I drove it off the lot. Seems silly but was the icing on the cake. Never have we ever purchased a used vehicle and they fill it up. I give 4 stars due to the fact that they were very considerate in placing us in a different vehicle, though i am a little disappointed that the replaced vehicle was not, i feel cleaned in the proper manner, as the day that i picked up the replace vehicle it has had a marker line on the upper corner of the drivers side window, i feel that Tim was doing his very best to make it a very good experience for us, however, i also feel that he was being made to do what he could, it being his job after all, I also feel that had he been free to really give the customer service he is capable of giving, we would not have been feeling uncomfortable toward the end of the process, and that my concerns really were not being taken seriously, the vehicle could have been cleaned better than it was, the loose sounding noise that i hear toward the back could have been looked at in a more timely manner, i like this vehicle, and i will not put anyone through this ordeal again, Tim was great, couldnt ask for a better sales person, Thank You for your kind services,

I thought I found a perfect truck, bought it and had the 5 day buy back, After 3 days I didnt want that truck any more, It was no problem to return the truck, sign a few papers. This happened the day the virus became a problem. The staff worked with me and I had my old truck back. I would buy from price point again, service was great.

The salesman found me the perfect vehicle. And that is the only good thing I can say about my car buying experience. The vehicle needed to be serviced the day I got it home; servicing that was obviously ignored by Price Point. The vehicle was also dirty, it was barely sprayed with a hose before sale.The poor communication and lack of professionalism has left me uneasy about my purchase. Although Price Point did correct all issues, the overall experience was exhausting.

Purchased a vehicle from here and was rushed through the process. I was walked through what I needed to do for this vehicle and had a friend Co-sign. Well I dont know how but he is the owner and Im the cosigner. I was told this was normal. Then again rushed and walked through the paperwork to finish the purchase. It was close to 75 miles away from us so I wanted to be sure it was worth the drive to check the car out. Ive wanted to work with Bill Marsh in buying a car for some time and recently got the chance. Unfortunately I was disappointed in my experience. It never felt like I had someone looking for the vehicle I wanted, I needed to continue to review their website and find the vehicle. I had another dealership north of Traverse calling me every other day with updates on their side. They bent over backwards to earn my business but just never had the vehicle that I wanted. Definitely didnt feel that here.I also had to be the person that found problems with the vehicle I bought when of course it came back from service inspection with no issues. I requested the service inspection sheet multiple times, but only was ever presented it at signing. Disappointing.

We purchased a used Jeep patriot from this dealer after seeing the vehicle online. We were originally impressed by how many photos they took. The dealership did not lower that any. The dealer had everything set up for us for when we arrived since we were on a strict time constraint. The individual we dealt with, Jim Larson, was out of the office that day and had us set up with his manager.We test drove the vehicle and fell in love. The car did have a rough idle, but the service center was not available on that Saturday. We purchased the vehicle and later had it checked out by a closer dealership.Price point was good about checking in with us on the problem and our satisfaction. They even are footing the bill. The other dealership does not yet have the part in, so I cannot comment on whether or not they have will uphold their offer to pay for the maintenance.Overall, we loved our experience. We found a vehicle online at Bill Marsh Auto and being that we lived in Wisconsin, we were putting our trust in them for being upfront and honest. I made it clear that I was extremely hesitant essentially buying over the phone, but Jesse K. did a great job of walking us through everything on the vehicle and upfront on minor, and I mean minor, scratches. I was sold a 2014 chevy equinox. After 6 weeks, I needed a new engine. It was replaced for free, however I have nothing but troubles with my equinox following the engine replacement. I will go elsewhere for my next vehicle. I was also promised a new key fob but have yet to recieve it. Its now been 5 months of waiting.

After 2 dealerships in the Chicago area SOLD 2 different cars out from under me before I could get to them. I came across a 3rd I wanted, I’m 6 hours away from Traverse City, Michigan in a little town in central Illinois. I called sales immediately, I ended up getting a guy by the name of Jesse Kethman, this man was straight forward and Honest. He also was able to MAKE SURE the car was NOT sold before I could get there, trusting me not to be wasting his time with the 2 days it took before I could get there. So for this I am VERY thankful, this salesmen and dealership should be how they all operate. I will be looking at their inventory the next time I even think about car shopping, PERIOD. She is a fabulous individual and great at listening and understanding her customers, going above and WAY beyond any other sales agent I have ever dealt with. She does not push anything at you to buy that is thought to be of the dealerships best interest or what is that to be the only thing the customer can afford, but rather thoroughly asks the correct questions and listens to the customer on what they are seeking in a new or newer used vehicle. At that point she does the leg work and research to find something that suits their needs as specified. Although she was not able to find what I was looking for at this time, I will be back in the future, and might I note I am from Southwest Michigan. Krista does not beat around the bush, letting you know if she can help you out at that time or not. With that mind set, I will for sure continue to come back to Krista at Price Point for any of my future needs towards a newer vehicle before looking elsewhere. Jim Larson really did a great job getting us into another vehicle. Where Ive talked to a few other dealers and just got the run around, working with Jim was a completely different buying experience. He and the sales manager starte late on a Friday night to help us out, got us into the van the next morning after Baban opened. My name is McKenzie and last month I had the privilege/honor of meeting Miss Krista Montague. I went into Price Point on 31 to to learn more information on what type of car I would like and how I can afford a car with my income. She explained to me which cars have a better gas mileage and which cars I can be safe in. I bought a Jeep Patriot with the help of Zach Millican. He was very helpful by walking me through the steps to buying my first car. Everyone at Pricepoint was really friendly and easy to talk to. They went above and beyond to help me get my roof rack off my old jeep and returned items I forgot to take out. Had a better experience at Price Point / Bill Marsh than any of the other dealerships I went to before buying my new car. The salesperson I worked with, Lisa Groleau, was fantastic and she knew everything about the car I ended up buying.I started by browsing the website, where a chat window appeared and I was instantly connected to Lisa to setup an appointment for a test drive. She greeted me as I walked in and we went for our test drive after she ran through nearly every feature of the car. We talked budget and she made an effort to show other cars on the lot that were a bit less expensive but I was already sold on the car Id driven. We setup an appointment for the next day to settle financing and she made every effort to let me know what my options were in detail and to make honest suggestions based on my needs. She was a joy to work with and I cannot recommend her enough.The price was fantastic (compared to KBB) and the process was painless and felt very genuine. Every staff member I interacted with was professional and friendly and they didnt utilize gimmicks like an over-priced car reduced by way of minimum trade-in or dancing clowns throwing popcorn at you.If you want to avoid the hassle and high-pressure sales tactics utilized at other dealerships I would strongly encourage going to Bill Marsh/Price Point. This has been the antithesis of the car-buying experience I expected and Im so pleased Im having a hard time wrapping up this review.Thank you so much Lisa and everyone at Bill Marsh/Price Point.

Corey Peterson was very helpful and got me into a new truck within a day! I called him a few days before going in and he had options lined up for me on arrival. Scheduled a test drive with in an hour at a different Bill Marsh location. I was driving away with my new truck the next morning!

I tried to sell my car there. Finally i decided to keep my car for another year. But even so the experience there was really pleasure. No beating around the bush no sellers talk - Very straightforward he put data in computer and directly give me price for my Subaru quite higher then what they offered in Subaru dealership. (I would expect opposite). Very recommended.
