Bill Marsh is the BEST auto experience Ive had in Traverse City.I was able to work with Meg and I told her what I was looking for, ended up finding what I needed, and she worked with me in all of the in-between, (would highly recommend); she even sent me videos on the vehicles/ price points! She knew my budget and worked with me on that too. All of that to say, a great experience and would highly recommend, very easy even with trading in my old vehicle that needed some body work done.(She was even able to help my dad get a new car too! She sent me a video for him too.)A+, thanks for a great experience and hiring great people Bill Marsh. Will definitely recommend and hope to work with again in the future. 5 stars.

Ask for Marie when you walk in the building. I had been denied at another dealership and desperately needed an economical car to get to and from work. I walked in and was greeted kindly, told her the issue I had and she worked to get it solved. Just a few days later I was in an extremely fuel efficient car that still met all my needs and I couldnt be happier. Marie was such a blessing to work with and was there from start to finish helping everything to settled. She even goes above and beyond and makes sure everything is well even after hours. Definitely recommend

I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Bill Marsh Auto and had the pleasure of working with Marie. Marie was extremely professional, friendly and very responsive. She provided pictures, videos and even took to the time to FaceTime with me for the purpose of doing a virtual tour of the vehicle. Marie had my Jeep professionally detailed and worked closely with me to arrange delivery (which was a pain free, seamless process as well). Id give more stars if I could, this dealership is amazing! I reached out online & Meg got back to me right away & offered to have them drive a vehicle to my house an hour away for a test drive; the day of she also sent me a sweet video of the SUV interior, & stayed in contact throughout the day. During my test drive, I loved the SUV so much I drove it back to TC right then to buy it! While I was driving there, Meg took my info over the phone & hustled to get everything ready for me, & I learned my driver has been with Bill Marsh for 31 years, which says a lot about the integrity of a company & how well they take care of their employees (clearly they treat them very well!). The entire purchase took only 2 hours & was effortless! Today, Meg sent me a thank you video, the level of care & personal attention she gave me has been amazing!! I love my new ride & am so happy with the entire process, I recommend Bill Marsh to anyone looking for a good deal from a dealer with stellar customer service!!!

If you ever wanna have problems with a car from the start then this is a great place to get your car! There management system is horrible. Ever since I bought the car a year ago I’ve had problems now it needs a brand new engine and price point will not do a single thing about it because it was 100 miles over the warranty. They sell terrible cars. Don’t ever buy a car from here.

I bought my jeep here in 2018, Edgar sold it to me! It was well loved until we realized we needed more space for our three children. We went back yesterday and Edgar helped me trade in my Jeep for a Ford Escape. He made the process super simple and his communication is amazing. I ask a lot of questions and he took the time to answer or find an answer for every single one and never seemed bother by my over thinking. He texted me options for a few days with my permission which made the process easier when I arrived. He took the time to ask questions to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Wow!!! First of all let me start by saying I had been to 2 other dealerships that evening and was very displeased with the inventory and service. When I walked into Bill Marsh was immediately made right at home. Not gonna lie i was looking pretty rough myself, running on no sleep and wearing my holey work clothes. The kindness and respect I was given was outstanding! My girlfriend and I were helped right away by Jim Larson! Right away we told him what we were looking for and our price range. Jim looked in the database and found a few great options for the exact car we were looking for. Before I could even say Id be okay with looking at different options, he found the exact car just dropped off as a trade in that day. So it wasnt in there inventory yet but that didnt stop him he showed us the info on the car including the car fax and when it would usually take a day or two for them to get it ready and put on the lot, Jim offered to go get it from a near by location just to show us! Already we were amazing by his professionalism and his will to get us into a great vehicle! He was truly about finding us a good vehicle and not just worried about making a buck. When Jim pulled up in the car we were amazed to see it was in perfect condition. I took a thorough inspection on it and took for a test drive and fell in love with it. Not only was the car perfect but it was exactly what we wanted and more! The price was a steal for the quality and compared to other dealerships prices. Jim had promised he would hold it for us, but we were alittle to excited with this vehicle and Jim had no problem staying alittle longer to make sure we got this all wrapped up and were happy! We were able to drive it off the lot that night and couldnt be more happy with our purchase and service!!!!! We will definitely be coming back for any future car purchases and thank you again Jim for all your hard work!!!! Bill Marsh has earned our business forever! Keep up the great work and continue to provide great vehicles to the people!

I test drove a Mustang at Bill Marsh and immediately began working on a deal. My salesman was Dan, and he seemed to be attentive and quick to answer questions. While we gathered all the info needed to move forward with the deal, Dan told me that we needed to move quickly. This was on 5/31. I called the next day to finish things up and Dan was not in. I was told he would be in Saturday. I called Saturday only to discover that Dan was once again not in, and that he would be in on Monday. I was frustrated at this point and asked to speak with someone else. This person told me that the car was still available and that I was the only person working on a deal on the car. He told me that since it was the beginning of the month, his boss would let him put a sold sign in it until we could iron things out on Monday. He said he would call me if there were any issues. Monday morning, I called and spoke with Dan only to find out that the sold the car to someone else. I was angry. Between my salesman not telling me he was not going to be around Friday and Saturday, and the fact that he did not put me in touch with someone who would finish the deal, perhaps a manager. I did end up speaking with the manager late in the afternoon, which only allowed me to become more angry, and he told me that he was sorry and there was nothing he could do. He said these things happen. When I asked him what he would do to make it right, he said nothing. I also emailed him twice asking what they could do to make this right, and he never responded. How sad. I took my business somewhere else and bought from Fox Motors. Never again will I even stop to look at their inventory much less buy anything when this is the way I was treated. They lost that sale, and a new truck lease as well. The way I see it, it was about $72,000 they lost. So, long story short, do not buy from them. I will never consider it, and I will be sure to let everyone I know about my experience there.

I bought a used Ford F-150 from your lot in Kalkaska. First of all . I want to say that My salesman Edgar was not the issue at all . He is a great salesman. However the Bill marsh auto group is. My parents have always bought several cars and trucks though Jeff Rhode . My sisters and I have bought a few too. So I thought I would go back to bill marsh, well that was a big mistake and one I will never do again. I bought a Ford F-150 from your Kalkaska lot it was supposed to be a one owner car it was not. I had the truck for 3 weeks and the engine had some major issues. So that was 2100.00. A few months after that it had electrical issues that was 1700.00, then I started to notice that the undercarriage was starting to rust really bad. Then the whole truck started to rust . I have only had the truck for 1 year and 9 months. I called and never had a phone call back. Finally after sending a email, I got a response from Edgar. I explained to him everything that has happened from the inside to the body. He told me to bring it to your body shop on Barlow so they could see what they could do. So I did. And Edgar got back with me quickly and said there was nothing bill marsh could do. I was not really asking for a freebie. I would have paid to get the body fixed. What I was asking for was just some help with the bill .That’s all. I asked the question to Edgar if Bill Marsh or his kids have bought a used truck and still had years to pay on it would they find it unacceptable. I would think they would. But they don’t have to ever worry about that now do they???? . NOW the transmission is out and has been for almost 8 months but again no money to fix and pay a truck payment so I got rid of the truck . I think Bill marsh and his kids should wake up and understand that we cannot all just go pick a new car out of the lot for nothing. It just makes me sick . I know since then my friends bought a brand new Buick from you all and got taken advantage of too, and they will not be coming back either. This is just not how you all should do business, and treat your customers.

I bought a 2015 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk last fall from Bill Marsh and it has just been one issue after another with that vehicle. I had to put in a new thermostat this winter and now I have to replace the failing radio (which apparently everything runs through...heated seats etc.). Their customer service since I signed the paperwork has been terrible. The woman who took my calls on the phone was rude and snarky when I inquired about the warranty on the Jeep. Bill Marsh was recommended to me by a friend but after this I will never buy another vehicle from them again.
