I cannot speak highly enough about my experience. I had car issues while here on vacation from Chicago. The dealer was backed up for weeks and I was referred to Brandon at Peninsula. I told him about my situation on the phone, and the minute I arrived, he hooked up the diagnostic panel and calmly walked me through everything. It was also very obvious from the outset that Brandon knows pretty much everything about Audis. He diagnosed my issues, tracked down and picked up parts, and had me out the door within 2 hours.
