Completely unprofessional. I tried doing the right thing for my health and my unborn childs health, scheduled my COVID vaccine over a month ago, booked both doses. I go in for my scheduled second dose today, and they no longer offer Pfizer and I have to reschedule with a different store. Why would you even bother offering the shot if you werent going to provide it beyond a certain time? Definitely not returning, and unsure when Ill be able to get my other dose. Thanks for nothing.

Reminded why I NEVER fill scripts here anymore by going in for my covid shot. Scheduled an appointment which of course they didnt know about despite having confirmation info. Took over an hour to get the shot and leave despite being the only person waiting for it. Im not sure if this is a staff issue or a system issue as there seems to be or seems to have been some ridiculous time consuming clerical error every time I came in here before too.

Manager refused to price match with walgreens.com which is against their store policy.

WELL? Once again, they have let me down!!! At this point, I WILL NOT return! I took my 82 year old Mother in there this past Wednesday and they had NEITHER of the two items she was looking for. This has happened in the past, where they advertize items, and then never have them in stock! I just returned from stopping in there again...and STILL neither of the two items! I have several other choices here in Traverse City and I will SURELY be utilizing them from now on! I will not be returning to this Walgreens again in the future....for anything! And besides, its a pain in the butt to get in and out of. Have a nice day!

Your Pharmacist needs to be fired. You dont tell an obviously flustered 9mo pregnant woman that any decent mother wouldnt give her 3 year old a cough medicine because its just rewiring their brain. I go in to deliver #2 in 2 days and need some sort of relief in my house right niw. All I asked was which supplement was better, and she got all snotty and judgy on me. Not acceptable.

Dont even deserve 1 star....waited an hour and a half just to NOT get my meds.because of a mess up on there end! . And they were very unfriendly
