My daughter and I were out car shopping for her. Kellen and Roby were amazing to work with. Both outstanding salesmen! They were very informative, generous, and very easy to talk with. We were told that our monthly payments would be $399 and our warranty was good for 2 years and 30,000 miles. A little while into the transaction Roby came in to tell my wife and I that he got us a better warranty and a lower monthly payment. He didn’t have to do that, but he went out of his way to do that. That really stood out! We purchased a 2020 Hyundai Kona. If I could give more than five stars based on our experience today I 100% would. If it’s not RighyWay, it’s wrong.

Kellen and Chase are the real deal. These guys went above and beyond to help me out during what seemed like an impossible time of my life. I am an extraordinarily busy, working mom. I 100% didnt have time, nor the patience required to go into a dealership and sit through all the run around. So while surfing the web, I found and purchased a Rav4 through an exclusive online dealership that claimed they deliver. After test driving the vehicle, I decided to talk it over with my family and sleep on it. They were respectful of me, my wishes, and even my opinions the entire time (which can be challenging). Bought a 4 year old vehicle from Chase. Had 60k miles. Just 27 days later, the car broke down and left me stranded. I DID end up purchasing the extended warranty, however, the dealership wasnt even willing to cover the $100 deductible on a vehicle they sold me, that I hadnt even made the first payment on. I would NEVER consider buying anything from this place unless you want to press your luck and put money into something you just bought. Find yourself a REPUTABLE dealership, who doesnt just show face while trying to sell, a place that would actually fell bothered they sold you a lemon. Run away from RightWay!

The team at RightWay is exceptional by definition. We operate a small tree service and rely heavily on the use of a working truck for all our services. Earlier in the week after working long hours my wife fell asleep at the wheel and rolled our truck completely totalling it.
