Had a great experience with Serra Volvo service and especially service manager Dave Feiger. My 2010 S80 needed a lot of work and due to supply chain problems parts took a while to obtain. Serra provided a very nice loaner and working with Dave we got all the work done at a reasonable cost. Good communication and very professional. Highest recommendation.

Serra Volvo, and specifically Steven Guest, have been fantastic. I was shopping for a new car for my Mom and Steven was very receptive and helpful in finding me what I was looking for. Steven always got back to me promptly, and worked hard to help me find the perfect car. From the initial contact with him, to the last signature, Steven and the whole Team at Serra were courteous, professional, transparent, and fair. I have never experienced such an easy, prompt, and simple car purchase before. Even with the Stay-at-home order in place, Steven worked hard and made it easy to take care of all paper work remotely.I had a very specific build I was looking for, and Steven was able to locate a car out of state. Steven sent a team of drivers to grab it, and even had the car delivered right to my Moms house! Unlike other dealers I spoke with who gave me excuses and non-answers, Steven was ready to go the moment I called him, and was motivated to help me find the perfect vehicle. Both my Mom and I are not from Traverse City, and I only called Serra on a whim. I am very glad that I did. I would not hesitate to purchase a car from Steven, or anyone at Serra. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful to work with, and I cannot recommend them enough.Additionally, for any detailers out there: I requested the car not be prepped or washed and delivered dirty, and they obliged! it was awesome to have an untouched car arrive and be able to correct and protect it myself. I gave Bob Hampton a rating of 10 out of a possible 10 on a recent service visit. Bob is a great service representative. He met me as soon as I arrived at the dealership, reviewed the service to be done, and kept me informed of progress on the 20,000 mile checkup on my XC 90. He then assisted in purchase of a roof rack for my vehicle. Bob is a definite cut above the standard representative.

Bryan was very helpful and very informative. Not a high pressure sales person (which we prefer). He also seemed very sincere - in helping us find the right auto for us.

I purchased my car through Serra. I dont remember my salespersons name, but the experience was absolutely amazing. Ive been looking high and low for a certain car - which has meant many bad experiences and less than great salesmen. I was thoroughly impressed by the staff at Serra. They never forced a sale. They didnt repeatedly ask questions or harass me. They simply gave me the keys to test drive, asked if I had any questions, and got me in and out the door. I have had the car for five weeks, and small details become more apparent (I bought my car used) - they had put new tires on the car. Theyd provided immaculate service records. The oil had been changed, timing belt info was available, you name it. I cant speak highly enough about my experience!

Bob Hampton at Serra Volvo helped get my S90 in and out of service expeditiously and provided a rental car so I could complete my other appointments.

Not impressed with their customer service. The service on our vehicles hasnt been an issue. Just how they treated us beforehand. Called to confirm (after arranging during scheduling) that we would get a rental that would fit four kids. The day of service they tried giving us a smaller vehicle, before giving us a vehicle with a broken gas gauge. When I was trying to talk to the lady doing our paperwork, she ignored me and took a phone call without even acknowledging that I was talking or asking me to hold for a moment. Definitely not impressed!

Sent me home with a brand new 2019 XC 90 without a wiper blade in the rear. Imagine my suprize when it had to be turned on and it starts to scratch and screetch. Not a luxury experience for a luxury price tag!

Last two trips to Serra for service was EXECPTIONAL. If you are thinking of getting service if Grand Rapids you can save yourself the disappointment by driving north! I wont go into the whole unsatisfactory experience here but Serra is definitely worth the drive and has secured our loyalty!

To begin with I took it in for a Lube, Oil, Filter and Tire Rotation. and this is what happened: Got ripped off to a tune of $100s of dollars, not finished on time, involved and informed were service write Kyle, service director Dan and the general manager Jim was informed. Completely ruined a set of new tires, put on the wrong set of brakes, no emergency brake, no alignment and I didnt even get the car wash.Compassion to begin with and then NOTHING in the end. Plus I get to do it all all over again but this time with Bill Marshs Brake and Alignment Center. Bill Marsh Group has ALWAYS been trust worthy and HONEST, not going back to Sierra or ANY of their Dealerships.This incident cost me in a total of more than $4000, DANG!!!Just DONT DO IT

Went there because my car wouldnt start. Customer service representative lied about first thing they tried which was about $50 so I authorized continuing the process with two other parts which ended up costing roughly $1000 including the $50 key. Found out the next day no new key was made and the obd2 port wasnt operational after they serviced my car. They reimbursed me for the key. Some time after I started having electrical issues and breaks in the wiring was found. No electrical issues on the car before this. Called them and they said they needed to see the car but my car would NOT start again and I live in Grand Rapids so I received no help from them after spending close to $1000 for a repair. I know they are at fault and will be contacting an attorney for fraud. Dont go here for anything.
