I have been renting at this storage facility for roughly three years now. The location for me is perfect. Teri, the one staff member I interact with most often is very helpful and friendly. She always has a smile and something nice to say. I would recommend this location to someone looking in this area.

Ive been using this place for past 8 years. Since day one I have mostly dealt with Teri who is a terrific person. Always smiling, very friendly and answers any questions you may have. She is the best. To the owners of the company - please take care of her wether is promoting Teri to a higher position within the company or giving her a pay raise or bonus. Clean, dry, and secure storage units, what more could you need?

Teri & staff were respectful, helpful, & kind. The star rating is because Public Storage raised their prices over $110 in 4 years and the gate at this location is consistently left open; especially on the weekends. Their competitor right next store offers units 10’ larger at over a hundred dollars less than Public Storage. The latest price hike happened during Covid-19; while so many people out of work. That’s a shame. I recommend shopping around for prices before considering Public Storage.

Good Morning, my husband and I had a great experience with our Public Storage on 15 mile. We went to a smaller unit, so it was a transfer. Thanks to Teri and and very nice young man, Ralph. We feel we now have 2 new friends. The transfer went very well and we had no problem. We have had the unit since 1994 and our experience has been good. Cindy and Teri worked well as a team to get my storage unit set up. It was an easy process, and a cost effective way to store my stuff. My only suggestion would be to inform people up front of the cost of the lock, as it is pretty much necessary, but not mentioned up front with a specific cost.

I have NEVER in my ENTIRE LIFE been so disgusted by a company. My fiance and I have been renting a unit at the Troy location. Today we got a call stating we forgot to put our lock back on our locker, AND FOR THAT REASON they thought that we abandoned it. SERIOUSLY, it was left off ACCIDENTALLY. One person thinking another person closed it up. As a BUSINESS MANAGER your job should be to CALL THE NUMBER ON FILE and ASK NOT ASSUME. And how do you just THROW OUR STUFF AWAY. We have already started a cooperate complaint. Just make sure you moms with multiple kids during the stress of moving your whole family during this pandemic DONT ACCIDENTALLY FORGET to put your lock back on. Or if someone else says they did, CHECK TO MAKE SURE.

This place is great! Weve been here several years and have always been very happy. The staff Teri and Simone were super helpful in getting us going on additional larger units. Having these additional units during this frenzied pace has helped us to increase profits and having the security in place gives us confidence to leave all our stuff here. In the area we have 10+ self-storage facilities. All of the facilities seem clean, safe and secure & each place is priced within a few dollars per month of one another. After researching my options online and contacting multiple places I found that the level of customer service was the only thing that set one place apart from the rest. My decision to choose the place was easy. They have an awesome staff that consistently provides amazing customer service!!Thank you to Michelle who recently stayed after hours on a Sunday to assist me. She could have told me to come back on Monday during business hours but instead she insisted on staying to help me right then and she had the best attitude! Its rare to find people that actually do go above and beyond to take care of each customer.Store your stuff here!! They really are the best!

I had to store my entire belongings for 5 years at Public Storage due to a family tragedy. When I recovered my possessions I was very happy to learn nothing was damaged. Public Storage made it very convenient for me to enter and leave and the management was very customer service oriented. Thank you Public Storage I have my life back and my family member is doing well.

Storage facility is very good and Teri is very friendly and has a excellent customer service.I have given 3 star because they publicize it as just $1 for first month but they charged me $57 which includes $25 admin fee (one time) + $11 insurance/month (mandatory) + $20 lock(mandatory). I prefer to keep the insurance option and have an option of using my own Lock

After needing a storage unit during a recent move I had found this facility. I was assisted by the manager Scott who was extremely nice and helpful. He showed me all the sizes available that worked for me and they were all clean and in great condition as well. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage.

Stopped in to get prices and Holly was fantastic. She took me on a tour of the property and showed me units that she thought would work for me. Although she didnt have the space I needed, she offered to check neighboring locations for me. Although I wasnt able to find the right size unit near my location I must say how impressed I was with the cleanliness of the property and the professionalism of Holly. I will definitely be coming back when I return to the states.

Teri is a really great person and even stayed a few minutes after close to wrap up my things.I do dislike that Public Storage advertises that the first month is $1 when in reality it’s $65 due to;Having to buy your own lockHaving to buy storage insurance ($15/month)Activation FeeThat’s independent of individual locations though and is moreso the company as a whole.Their offices aren’t open during operating hours and the locks don’t close. There’s no cameras visible for security and no onsite dumpster.

If you need a storage unit you should definitely come to the public storage at 322 east maple rd troy mi 48083. Go see Teri she is the sweetest and kindest. She always does her job to the fullest extent.

I was a little stressed the day that I stopped in to pick up some boxes for my upcoming move and was welcomed with a warm greeting from Amanda. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped me select the right size boxes for my move. I have already recommended working with Amanda at this location to a few friends who plan on moving soon and may need a storage unit. Their Pricing is highly deceptive. 3 months after I moved in hear they raised rates by $22 dollars a month in addition to the extra insurance and a lock that you are required to buy. Read the fine print before you sign anything with this company, they are highly deceptive. I regret that all of my stuff is here now. You have been warned.

I actually called the wrong location because there is one closer to our facility but since Teri was so nice, Im going to store at this location anyway.
