One of the most incompetent pharmacies Ive ever seen not to mention the rude unprofessional staff answering the phone.. but Im sure that the proper agencies should be informed as to the fact that this pharmacy doesnt feel that a life saving breathing meditation is of importance not to mention would rather chose to blame the patient and hang up in theyre face rather than to admit fault. I will be making the proper reports to the proper agencies to the constant ongoing issues with this pharmacy.

Pharmacists are nice on pickup. But the people answering the phone are outright rude. Its like pulling teeth to get a response. And even then its vague answers. Very frustrating.

Not the usual excellent customer service from this Walmart pharmacy. Will not be using this ever again. First they open at 9 am with an off the hook busy signal til 10:30. Shame on you. Then they tried to charge full price for my test strips of $504.00. Not my insurance price of $59.90 go figure. Shame on you again. Use this place at your own risk. You have been warned.

Cindy in the pharmacy is a terrible employee. She is RUDE to customers and makes up rules about prescription pick-up, such as a passport isnt accepted as a form of ID!! I have been getting my medicine refilled at walmart for years now and i never had a problem until i moved to the trussville location!!! Moving to walgreens

The staff who answers the phones are less than friendly. There are only a few pleasant staff in store, but others seem annoyed and act as if you are ruining their day by inquiring about your prescription.

Horrible experience with the rudest tech ever, a nasty woman with short gray hair looked to be in her late 50s.I asked another employee what this rude things name was, they said Cindy. I will never use this pharmacy again!!!
