I went in to have some shirts made and Noah was great! He showed me how he was going to complete my request and I was able to watch him step by step. His customer service was also amazing!

I went into this store with only a very basic concept but found the ordering experience to be terrific! Well was nice, professional and creative. Looking forward to seeing the finished product!

Customer service was horrible! After attempting to set up online T-shirt with representative I was unable to view the finalProof to complete transaction online. Once I arrived at store to show clerk the email which did not have an image and erroneous quote. (According to them) She called management who refused to honor the quote that their system had given me. The quote given was 15 per shirt but when I arrived in store they said the actual quote should’ve been 30 per shirt. Had I known that this was not the company I should patronize prior to visiting Arizona I would have definitely saved time and peace of mind by choosing another Tshirt business . #zerostars

I wanted to write a review about this wonderful store. I have purchased several t-shirts from them and have met the ladies who worked there. They are really good at their job and know what theyre doing.If you purchase from them, they take the time to explain to you the instructions on washing the t-shirts.I noticed that someone tried to say bad stuff about this awesome store. I just wanted to tell the person that this store is not like Walmart or Burlington so you can buy clothes and return them the next day or in couple days after your event is done. They work very hard and love their job. They spend a good amount of time to create something that the customer will like. So please appreciate what they do. Its not always about money but about the customer service.I will share you one of the t-shirts that I have purchased from them long time ago and washed it several times and still love it.

AZ Custom Tees were so helpful! I already had a design created, but they were very attentive and kept me in the loop the entire process from letting me see their program to texting me photos for approval on what size the design should be on the shirts. I’m so excited to see my shirts when they’re done! Definitely recommend working with them!

We had a very last minute order due to having problems with the image we wanted printed on our custom t-shirts. We were able to upload the photo on the design app and it was compatible! We contacted the guys at AZ Custom Tees and asked if we were able to rush our order and they did! If i could give this place zero stars i would. I had 5 shirts done. they looked great very happy until i wanted to wash the tee i turned them inside out and cold water the graphic bled pink and green all over the picture upon contacting the store was told come in the would fix it. upon getting to the store the lady said no its my fault some how black bleeds green and pink and my husbands blue shirt somehow bleeds green and pink too.

The lady that I encountered was not only rude but she was very distracted by I guess other people that were walking by the front of the store when I asked her about product and the prices she was very fun at Decatur didnt her product but she was ready to give out high prices. And I had visited this shop Pryor and had talked to the lady that is the owner and she was very very nice and willing to accommodate and to do whatever it tricks to make you feel comfortable and earn your business well I came back today to bring the pattern that I wanted for a shirt and I told the lady exactly what you know was going on and she had told me a price and I had told her no thats not what I was told I told her what I was told and she was like no thats with you how this that and the other and I told her no that is not what the agreement was that I had with the lady that I have talked to you so long story short I will not be coming back here due to that ladys service or shall I say lack of service and I would not recommend for anybody to come here to get anything done due to the environment the attitude and the unwillingness to go the extra mile to try to make your customers feel not only wanted but appreciated and I have seen her doing a shirt before I had talked to her and it didnt look good at all the letters were crooked this picture was off center and slanted and I would have paid for that but the people that were in front of me they must have felt sorry for her or something because they did pay for it reluctantly . So go somewhere else this is not a customer friendly shop. Good luck and God bless. .
